The structural analysis of amylose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (ADMPC) was performed by NMR spectroscopy using a sample with a lower degree of polymerization in order to understand the chiral recognition mechanism when it was used as a chiral stationary phase (CSP) in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). ADMPC exhibited chiral discrimination for many enantiomers, including 1-(9-anthryl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanol (1) and 1,1'-bi-2-naphthol (2) in both NMR and HPLC. A good agreement was observed between the HPLC and NMR results when chloroform was employed as the common solvent. The structure of ADMPC in solution was investigated by NMR using the 2D NOESY technique coupled with computer modeling, and a left-handed 4/3 helical structure was obtained as the most probable one. The binding geometry between ADMPC and the enantiomers of 1 was also investigated by (1)H NMR titration. On the basis of these results combined with molecular modeling, a rational model to explain the chiral discrimination mechanism of 1 on ADMPC was proposed.  相似文献

Nitrosation of 3-methoxyphenol and 1-naphthol were examined under both acidic (NaNO(2)-EtCO(2)H-H(2)O) and basic (i-AmNO(2)-K(2)CO(3)-DMF) conditions. Acidic nitrosations afforded ortho-directed products, whereas para-directed nitrosations were observed under basic conditions to yield p-quinone monooximes. The basic para-directed nitrosation was further examined using 15 phenols, two naphthols, and four phenolic heterocyclics. A one-pot operation of the basic nitrosation followed by methylation with dimethyl sulfate gave the corresponding methyl ethers in high yield. Two p-quinone monooximes derived from 3-methoxyphenol and 8-hydroxyquinoline showed a moderate activity against HSV-1, and the latter oxime was also effective against HSV-2. On the other hand, p-quinone monooximes derived from methyl salicylate, 1-naphthol, 7-hydroxy-2-methylbenzo[b]furan, and 8-hydroxycoumarin showed the comparable activity to that of DDI against HIV-1.  相似文献

The ruthenium-catalysed double addition of trimethylsilyldiazomethane to alkynes developed by Dixneuf and co-workers was applied to the synthesis of 2-alkyl- or 2-aryl-3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,3-butadienes by use of alkynylboronates instead of alkynes. Di- and tetrasubstituted 1,3-butadienes were prepared from a 2-boryl-1,4-disilyl-1,3-butadiene, using the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction, iodolysis of the alkenylsilane moieties with N-iodosuccinimide and hydrolysis of the carbon-silicon bonds with trifluoroacetic acid. The same compound was converted also to a bicyclic compound, a trisubstituted 1,3-butadiene and a dienone through the Diels-Alder reaction, oxidation of the alkenylboronate moiety and the Mukaiyama aldol reaction.  相似文献

The novel ring transformation reactions were found in the reactions of 1,3,7,9-tetra-alkyl-8,9-dihydroxanthines and acetylenic compounds. The reaction of the dihydroxanthine with DMAD gave a propellane type compound and with methyl propiolate afforded the similar type compound and a pyrimido[4,5-b]diazepine derivative. Five kinds of 2-alkyl-substituted oxanes like 2-ethyloxane, 2-n-propyloxane, 2-iso-propyloxane, 2-n-butyloxane and 2-n-amyloxane were fluorinated electrochemically to give the corresponding perfluoro(2-alkyloxane)s. The perfluoro(2-alkyloxane)s were obtained in good yields from these starting materials together with isomeric perfluoro(2-alkyloxolane)s, perfluoro(2-alkyl-5-methyloxolane)s and perfluoro(dialkyl ether)s. The purification of the perfluoro(2-alkyloxane)s which contained small amounts of isomeric perfluoro(2-alkyloxolane)s was successfully achieved by recovering the former unreacted after treating these mixture with anhydrous aluminum chloride at 150 /sR 160 °C during /sR 48 hrs in order to convert the latter into the easy-separable perfluoro(2,5,5- trichloro-2-alkyloxolane)s. Small quantities of new perfluoro(5,5-dichloroalkanoyl chloride)s were also among the chlorination products. The spectroscopic data as well as the physical properties of these new fluorination products, and perfluoro(2,5,5-trichloro-2-alkyloxolane)s and perfluoro(5,5-dichloroalkanoyl chloride)s are presented.  相似文献

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) organic dyes are currently receiving a great interest, but there are still not many reported observations of CPL spectra of hydrophobic dyes from aqueous solution. We have prepared hydrophobic pyrene derivatives and dissolved them into aqueous solutions with γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) by using grinding technique. Among these derivatives, (pyrene-1-carbonyl)serine (PySer) forms a spatially restricted dimer in the hydrophobic chiral cavity of γ-CD and exhibits excimer emission with a high quantum yield of Φf?=?0.68. In addition, circular dichroism and CPL signals were induced for the complex. The strong gCPL value of gCPL?=?+?2.2?×?10?3 was obtained, which may be attributed to the interaction between the hydroxyl groups in the side chain of PySer with those of γ-CD and it strengthens the chiral dimeric structure.

The title carbene was generated and characterized by matrix spectroscopy (ESR and UV/vis) and laser flash photolysis along with theoretical calculations, which revealed interesting effects of triptycyl groups on structure and reactivities of carbenes.  相似文献
