A number of new organic luminophores was synthesized by PO olefination from 2- (4-bromomethylphenyl)-5-phenyloxazole and -1,3,4-oxadiazole and various heterocyclic aldehydes that contain a furan ring. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the products in toluene, as well as their scintillation characteristics, were measured. We investigate the tail behavior of the sojourn-time distribution for a request of a given length in an M/G/1 Processor-Sharing
(PS) queue. An exponential asymptote is proven for general service times in two special cases: when the traffic load is sufficiently
high and when the request length is sufficiently small. Furthermore, using the branching process technique we derive exact
asymptotics of exponential type for the sojourn time in the M/M/1 queue. We obtain an equation for the asymptotic decay rate
and an exact expression for the asymptotic constant. The decay rate is studied in detail and is compared to other service
disciplines. Finally, using numerical methods, we investigate the accuracy of the exponential asymptote.

The characteristics of the critical electron density points of the O-H···A fragment (A = O or N) in molecular crystals with short H bonds were analyzed in terms of the Bader quantum-topological theory of molecular structure. The wave functions (B3LYP/6-31G** approximation) of the ground state of 26 three-dimensional periodic crystals with experimentally determined structures were used. Intermediate-type interactions separating the limiting cases of covalent and closed shell-type interactions were found to be characterized by the following geometric parameters: 2.45 Å ≤ D(O···O) ≤ 2.6 Å, 1.35 Å ≤ d(H···O) ≤ 1.65 Å, and 1.0 Å ≤ d(O-H) ≤ 1.10 Å. Such interactions are observed in molecular crystals with the O-H···A fragment and high bridge proton mobility. Differences between H···O and H···N interactions were quantitatively characterized by the dependence of ρ b on d(H···A), where A = O or N. The dependence parameter values were shown to be determined by the nature of the A atom that forms the H bond. The influence of the crystalline environment on systems with strong H bonds manifested itself by changes in the position of the bridge proton. The d(O-H)/d(H···O) ratio was, however, the same for gas-phase complexes and molecular crystals with weakly bent O-H···O fragments (∠O-H···O > 160°). 相似文献

The temperature dependences of the density, mobility, and lifetime of electrons, and the photoconductivity and cathodoluminescence spectra of gallium arsenide with different electron densities doped with germanium when single crystals are grown by the Czochralski method are investigated. An analysis of the scattering mechanism is given, and the acceptor and donor densities are determined. The acceptor-type capture levels are found from the temperature dependence of the electron lifetime. The results of a study of the cathodoluminescence spectra indicate the presence in the specimens of complex radiational recombination centers similar to germanium-atom complexes with inherent lattice defects. 相似文献

Temperature dependences of dielectric constant, amplitude of the third harmonic and heat capacity for the organic ferroelectric of diisopropylammonium iodide (C6H16NI) have been investigated. The measurements were carried out through heating and cooling cycles in the range of 300–400?K. It was found that upon the first heating, only one phase transition occurred without the presence of the ferroelectric phase. For samples preheated over 420?K, two phase transitions at 363 and 378?K appeared in the heating process, and the ferroelectric state was also observed between them. Upon cooling, the ferroelectric phase was detected in the range of lower 361?K and persisted up to room temperature. 相似文献
