This paper deals with quantum mechanical interaction of no
3− with (5,5) and (8,0) swcnts. To perform this we have made an ab initio calculation based on the density functional theory. In these framework the electronic density plays a central role and it
was obtained of a self-consistent field form. It was observed through binding energy that NO3− molecule interacts with each nanotube in a physisorption regime. We propose these swcnts as a potential filter device due to reasonable interaction with NO3− molecule. Besides this type of filter could be reusable, therefore after the filtering, the swcnts could be separated from NO3− molecule.

Bufo ictericus integument was investigated by stereoscopic, low vacuum scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and light microscopy. The studies revealed, that the dorsal integument surface is rougher than ventral. Three types of projections are visualized: larger rounded verrucae, smaller conical cornified tubercles, and conical short spines. Prominent verrucae are observed on the dorsal surface, being flatter on the ventral surface. The tubercles are visualized only on the dorsal surface. The verrucae are separated by grooves that may contribute spreading and retention of the glandular secretion upon the integument. The pattern of the epidermal grooves is also important for water distribution, protecting the animal against desiccation. The epidermis is composed of a stratified epithelium with intraepithelial blood vessels, where keratinocytes predominate, but flask cells, and Merkel cells also occur. In the spongious dermis, cutaneous glands are visualized. The compact dermis is a series of alternating layers of bundles of collagenous fibers, and between spongious and compact dermis there are basophilic areas that correspond to Eberth-Katschenko layer. The dorsal and the ventral surfaces of B. ictericus are morphologically distinct. The integument structure is related to the physiology of each surface and represents an adaptation to habitat, reflecting a lifestyle of the animal. 相似文献

We determine the bifurcation from the constant solution of nonclassical transitional and overcompressive viscous shock profiles, in regions of strict hyperbolicity. Whereas classical shock waves in systems of conservation laws involve a single characteristic field, nonclassical waves involve two fields in an essential way. This feature is reflected in the viscous profile differential equation, which undergoes codimension-three bifurcation of the kind studied by Dumortier et al., as opposed to the codimension-one bifurcation occurring in the classical case. We carry out a complete bifurcation analysis for systems of two quadratic conservation laws with constant, strictly parabolic viscosity matrices by reducing to a canonical form introduced by Fiddelaers. We show that all such systems, except possibly those on a codimension-one variety in parameter space, give rise to nonclassical shock waves, and we classify the number and types of their bifurcation points. One consequence of our analysis is that weak transitional waves arise in pairs, with profiles forming a 2-cycle configuration previously shown to lead to nonuniqueness of Riemann solutions and to nontrivial asymptotic dynamics of the conservation laws. Another consequence is that appearance of weak nonclassical waves is necessarily associated with change of stability in constant solutions of the parabolic system of conservation laws, rather than with change of type in the associated hyperbolic system. 相似文献

In this work, highly stable, soluble and luminescent CdS quantum dots (QDots) with a narrow size distribution were synthesized in ethylene glycol using the polyol process and the solvothermal technique. In this case instead of using a conventional highly toxic sulfur source like H2S, we use elemental sulfur dissolved in ethylene glycol to perform the reaction. When the solvent reaches its boiling point inside the autoclave, sulfur is reduced to S?2 and reacts with Cd+2 ions to form CdS nanocrystals. Analysis of the spectroscopic and TEM measurements showed that 3 nm monodispersed CdS QDots were synthesized and exhibited high photoluminescence (PL) in the blue green region of the spectra when excited with 355 nm. 相似文献

Transverse and parallel dielectric permittivity elements have been derived for radio frequency waves in a laboratory dipole magnetic field plasma. Vlasov equation is resolved for both the trapped and untrapped particles as a boundary value problem to define their separate contributions to the dielectric tensor components. To estimate the wave power absorbed in the plasma volume the perturbed electric field and current density components are decomposed in a Fourier series over the poloidal angle. In this case, the dielectric characteristics can be analyzed independently of the solution of the Maxwell's equations. As usual, imaginary part of the parallel permittivity elements is necessary to estimate the electron Landau damping of radio frequency waves, whereas imaginary part of the transverse permittivity elements is important to estimate the wave dissipation by the cyclotron resonances.
