SXDG-1型汽车前照灯全自动检测仪的微机控制

SXDG—1型汽车前照灯全自动检测仪是用于检测汽车前照大灯光轴的偏斜情况及发光强度并进行定量检验的专用设备。它可以自动测出有关参数,并予以数字显示和打印输出。本文介绍了该仪器的主要性能、工作原理及微机控制系统(包括硬件结构和软件设计思想等)。     

SOME BLENDING INTERPOLATION METHODS IN CAGD

Some of the blending interpolation methods (which) stated by a convex combination technique are presented. This includes C1 ,C2 blending triangular interpolanls and C1 -blending quadrilateral inter polanls for surfaces. The mentioned methods can be generalized to the construction of C" blending interpolants.     

基于增广Lagrange函数的RQP方法

Recursive quadratic programming is a family of techniques developd by Bartholomew-Biggs and other authors for solving nonlinear programming problems.This paperdescribes a new method for constrained optimization which obtains its search di-rections from a quadratic programming subproblem based on the well-known aug-mented Lagrangian function.It avoids the penalty parameter to tend to infinity.We employ the Fletcher‘s exact penalty function as a merit function and the use of an approximate directional derivative of the function that avoids the need toevaluate the second order derivatives of the problem functions.We prove that thealgorithm possesses global and superlinear convergence properties.At the sametime, numerical results are reported.     

光谱法研究异丙甲草胺及其S-对映体与脲酶的相互作用机制

应用紫外差光谱和荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中酰胺类除草剂异丙甲草胺及其S 异构体与脲酶分子间的相互作用。结果表明 ,随着除草剂浓度的增加 (0 0～ 1 6 μmol·L-1 ) ,脲酶的紫外吸收光谱发生红移 ,吸收强度减弱。除草剂对脲酶的荧光均有猝灭作用 ,且静态猝灭是引起脲酶荧光猝灭的主要原因。从荧光猝灭结果求出了除草剂和脲酶的结合常数及结合位点数。异丙甲草胺 :K =1 4 9× 1 0 3 L·mol-1 ,n =0 84 ;S 异丙甲草胺 :K =2 2 2× 1 0 3 L·mol-1 ,n =0 89。     

Pb2+对α-淀粉酶活性的影响及其光谱学研究

在α 淀粉酶介质中加入Pb2 ,通过光谱学手段研究Pb2 对α 淀粉酶活性影响的作用机理。结果表明低浓度的Pb2 对酶有激活作用 ,高浓度则严重抑制酶活性。在高浓度下 ,Pb2 能完全竞争出α 淀粉酶中的Ca2 而结合到了α 淀粉酶上 ,其EXAFS的测试表明Pb2 与氨基酸残基上的羧基氧发生了配位 ,配位数为 2 ,Pb—O键长为 0 2 34nm。圆二色 (CD)谱测试表明 ,高浓度的Pb2 结合使α 淀粉酶的二级结构被破坏 ,α 螺旋含量、β 转角及无规则卷曲大量下降 ,β 折叠、二硫键含量大量增多 ,Pb2 的这种完全结合致使酶的构象改变 ,形成无效的酶 Pb2 底物复合物 ,因而使酶失去活性。

Marine organisms have been found to be a storehouse of steroids, particularly in term ofunique side-chain structures and unusual functionalization. 紧束缚模型方法及其在DNA分子中的应用

近年来,紧束缚模型方法被广泛应用于计算生物大分子体系.本文从第一性原理出发,根据紧束缚近似的思想,推导出生物大分子体系中的单电子运动方程.在此基础上给出了紧束缚模型方法中所涉及参数(在位能和迁移积分)的计算公式,在理论上完善了紧束缚模型方法.我们将所提出的参数化方法应用于理想B型DNA分子,给出了各种序列组合下的在位能和迁移积分.此外,我们还计算了周期性DNA分子poly(A)-poly(T)和poly(G)-poly(C)中空穴在位能和迁移积分随格点间距离的变化,为改进现有的SSH极化子模型提供了新的思路,有助于DNA中电荷输运的极化子机理的研究.     

四（2,4—二叔戊基苯氧基）酞菁铜（Ⅱ）的合成及其LB膜

合成了标题酞菁铜衍生物,并通过元素分析,高压液相色谱,紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振谱,电镜,顺磁共振谱及质谱加以确认。该化合物在稀氯仿溶液和LB膜中各以单,双分子缔合的形式存在。Z型沉积形成的单层LB膜对氨气有很高的灵敏度和选择性。     

Three New Diterpenoids from Euphorbia wallichii

Three new abietane diterpene lactones, 3α-hydroxyjolkinolide A (1), ent-8α, 14β-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (2) and ent-8α,14α-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (3) as well as a known abietane diterpene jolkinolide A (4) were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.
