We establish criteria for the validity of modular inequalities for the Hardy operator on the cone Ω of nonnegative decreasing functions from weighted Orlicz spaces with general weight. The result is based on the theorem on the reduction of modular inequalities for positively homogeneous operators on the cone Ω, which enables passing to modular inequalities for modified operators on the cone of all nonnegative functions from an Orlicz space. It is shown that, for the Hardy operator, the modified operator is a generalized Hardy operator. This enables us to establish explicit criteria for the validity of modular inequalities. 相似文献

We consider reference systems of uniformly accelerated observers in anti-de Sitter space. We construct coordinate transformations for the transition from an inertial reference system to a uniformly accelerated reference system for all acceleration values, both greater and less than critical. The basis for the construction are the Beltrami coordinates, natural coordinates for describing a uniformly accelerated motion because geodesics in anti-de Sitter space in these coordinates become straight lines, i.e., can be described by linear functions. Because translations of space–time coordinates in anti-de Sitter space are non-Abelian, a nontrivial problem of defining the comoving inertial reference system arises. Constructing the coordinate system of an accelerated observer using this auxiliary comoving inertial reference system requires additional transformations that not only equalize the velocities of the two systems but also equalize the system origins. The presence of a critical acceleration in anti-de Sitter space leads to a difference in explicit expressions in passing to an accelerated coordinate system for accelerations greater and less than critical. 相似文献

We study initial-boundary value problems for a model differential equation in a bounded region with a quadratic nonlinearity of a special type typical for the theory of conductors. Using the test function method, we show that such a nonlinearity can lead to global unsolvability with respect to time, which from the physical standpoint means an electrical breakdown of the conductor in a finite time. For the simplest test functions, we obtain sufficient conditions for the unsolvability of the model problems and estimates of the blowup rate and time. With concrete examples, we demonstrate the possibility of using the method for one-, two- and three-dimensional problems with classical and nonclassical boundary conditions. For a constrained pseudoinverse problem whose operators satisfy the complementarity condition we propose a one-parameter continuous regularization method of the second order. This method is based on stabilization of solutions to Cauchy problems for a linear differential equation of the second order in a Hilbert space which is obtained from the heavy ball method.
