DNA为模板的铂纳米团簇沉积

Platinum nanoclusters were deposited along the supercoiled DNA strands after incubation of cis-(trans-1R，2R-diaminocyclohexane)(dl-camphorato)platinum(Ⅱ) (Cdp)， an analogue of the anti-tumor drug-carboplatin， with DNA and K₂PtCl₄ for 600 min and then through reduction of dimethylaminoborane (DMAB). The decrease of absorption of DNA at 260 nm indicates the coordination of Cdp and DNA. TEM and AFM were employed to characterize the morphologies and structures of platinum nanoclusters.     

Synthesis and characterization of new soluble poly（aryl ether nitrile）s containing phthalazinone moiety

A series of novel poly（aryl ether nitrile）s containing phthalazinone moiety were synthesized by the nucleophilic displacement reaction of bisphenol-like monomers （I） with 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile. The inherent viscosities ranged from 0.46 to 1.07 dL g^-1. The glass transition temperatures were in the range of 277-295℃, and the temperatures for 10% weight loss in nitrogen atmosphere were found between 495 and 527 ℃. The structures of these resultant polymers were confirmed by FT-IR and 1^H NMR. Moreover, the properties of poly（aryl ether nitrile）s including solubility and crystallinity were also studied.     

LyP-1 peptide-functionalized gold nanoprisms for SERRS imaging and tumor growth suppressing by PTT induced-hyperthermia

The gold nanoprisms (GNPs) have exhibited special plasmonic properties for biomedical applications because of their unique shapes and dimensions. Based on their optical performance, the NIR dye IR780 not only enabled the GNPs-based nanosystem as SERRS nanoparticles for Raman-encoded molecular imaging, but also enhanced the plasmonic photothermal property by laser irradiation. Meanwhile, the GNPs/IR780-Lyp-1 by introduction of tumor-homing peptide segment LyP-1, which presents high affinity to p32 protein, demonstrated the increased enrichment in tumor region and enhanced photothermal therapy efficacy.     

Structural and spectroscopic characterization of (mu-hydroxo or mu-oxo)(mu-peroxo)diiron(III) complexes: models for peroxo intermediates of non-heme diiron proteins

(mu-Hydroxo or oxo)(mu-1,2-peroxo)diiron(III) complexes having a tetradentate tripodal ligand (L) containing a carboxylate sidearm [Fe2(mu-OH or mu-O)(mu-O2)(L)2]n+ were synthesized as models for peroxo-intermediates of non-heme diiron proteins and characterized by various physicochemical measurements including X-ray analysis, which provide fundamental structural and spectroscopic insights into the peroxodiiron(III) complexes.     

A multifunctional Pasteurella multocida sialyltransferase: a powerful tool for the synthesis of sialoside libraries

A multifunctional sialyltransferase has been cloned from Pasteurella multocida strain P-1059 and expressed in E. coli as a truncated C-terminal His6-tagged recombinant protein (tPm0188Ph). Biochemical studies indicate that the obtained protein is (1) an alpha2,3-sialyltransferase (main function), (2) an alpha2,6-sialyltransferase, (3) an alpha2,3-sialidase, and (4) an alpha2,3-trans-sialidase. The recombinant tPm0188Ph is a powerful tool in the synthesis of structurally diverse sialoside libraries due to its relaxed substrate specificity, high solubility, high expression level, and multifunctionality.     

循环伏安法对自组装分子沉积膜屏蔽效应的研究

用循环伏安法研究了分子沉积（ＭＤ）膜的屏蔽效应，讨论了不同条件对其成膜性和稳定性的影响，得到了金电极表面沉积规整ＭＤ膜的一般机制和佳成膜条件，证实了ＭＤ膜的自发有序排列的组装过程。     

电化学方法对两性接枝星形聚合物LB膜屏蔽效应的研究

本文将自制Y式玻碳电极拉上两性接枝星形聚合物(GPSMA)的LB膜,用循环伏安法研究谈膜的屏蔽效应,讨论了接枝量、成膜条件等对膜缺陷的影响,并提出了减少缺陷的办法。     

Synthesis, crystal structure and studies on properties of trisodium 5,3′,5′-trisulfonate-2,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-deoxybenzoin

A new water soluble compound trisodium 5,3′,5′-trisulfonate-2,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-deoxybenzoin (TTDB) was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, ¹H NMR, and elemental analysis. The single crystal of TTDB was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The scavenging effect of compounds on hydroxy radicals was detected by fluorescent spectrophotometry. The electrochemical behavior of compounds in nonaqueous solution DMF was carried out by means of cyclic voltammetry. The experimental result shows that the crystal [C₁₄H₁₇Na₃O₁₈S₃] belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with unit cell constants a = 1.4223(4) nm, b = 2.4327(8) nm, c = 1.3596(4) nm, α = 90°, β = 113.044(5)°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, V = 4.329(2) nm³, D _c = 1.925 mg/m³, F(000) = 2568, F _w = 638.43, R ₁ = 0.0950, wR ₂ = 0.2648. The half effective concentration EC₅₀ of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound THDB is 53.1 μmol/L, while that of scavenging hydroxy radicals of compound TTDB is 47.3μmol/L. Norditerpenoid Alkaloids from the Roots of Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var.Pengzhouense

In continuation of our studies on Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var. pengzhouense, two new norditerpenoid alkaloids, pengshenines A(1) and B(2),have isolated from the roots of the plants and their strucures were elucidated by 1D-and 2D-NMR.     

甲基丙烯酸—磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物LB膜的研究

制备了不同摩尔比的甲基丙烯酸-磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物,研究了这种共聚物在水面的表面压力(π)-分子面积(A)曲线、共聚物制成的MOS LB膜的电容(C)-电压(V)特性及此LB膜的相变温度。
