This article offers a materials-chemistry perspective for colloidal quantum dots (QDs) in the field of display, including QD-enhanced liquid-crystal-display (QD-LCD) and QD-based light-emitting-diodes (QLEDs) display. Despite recent progress in producing perovskite nanowires (NWs) for optoelectronics, it remains challenging to solution-print an array of NWs with precisely controlled position and orientation. Herein, we report a robust capillary-assisted solution printing (CASP) strategy to rapidly access aligned and highly crystalline perovskite NW arrays. The key to the CASP approach lies in the integration of capillary-directed assembly through periodic nanochannels and solution printing through the programmably moving substrate to rapidly guide the deposition of perovskite NWs. The growth kinetics of perovskite NWs was closely examined by in situ optical microscopy. Intriguingly, the as-printed perovskite NWs array exhibit excellent optical and optoelectronic properties and can be conveniently implemented for the scalable fabrication of photodetectors. 相似文献

The spatial arrangement of chromosome within the nucleus is linked to genome function and gene expression regulation. Existing genome-wide mapping methods often rely on chemically crosslinking DNA with protein baits, which raises concerns of artifacts being introduced during cell fixation. By genetically targeting a photosensitizer protein to specific subnuclear locations, we achieved blue-light-activated labeling of local DNA with a bioorthogonal functional handle for affinity purification and sequence identification through next-generation sequencing. When applied to the nuclear lamina in human embryonic kidney 293T cells, it revealed lamina-associated domains (LADs) that cover 37.6 % of the genome. These LADs overlap with heterochromatin hallmarks and are depleted with CpG islands. This simple labeling method avoids the harsh treatment of chemical crosslinking and is generally applicable to the genome-wide high-resolution mapping of the spatial chromosome organization in living cells. 相似文献

Radiation-induced cleavage for controlled release in vivo is yet to be established. We demonstrate the use of 3,5-dihydroxybenzyl carbamate (DHBC) as a masking group that is selectively and efficiently removed by external radiation in vitro and in vivo. DHBC reacts mainly with hydroxyl radicals produced by radiation to afford hydroxylation at para/ortho positions, followed by 1,4- or 1,6-elimination to rescue the functionality of the client molecule. The reaction is rapid and can liberate functional molecules under physiological conditions. This controlled-release platform is compatible with living systems, as demonstrated by the release of a rhodol fluorophore derivative in cells and tumor xenografts. The combined benefits of the robust caging group, the good release yield, and the independence of penetration depth make DHBC derivatives attractive chemical caging moieties for use in chemical biology and prodrug activation. 相似文献

2,3,3-Trisubstituted indolenine constitutes an integral part of many biologically important monoterpene indole alkaloids. We report herein an unprecedented access to this skeleton by a TiCl3-mediated reductive cyclization of tetrasubstituted alkenes bearing a 2-nitrophenyl substituent. The proof of concept is demonstrated firstly by accomplishing a concise total synthesis of (+)-1,2-dehydroaspidospermidine featuring a late-stage application of this key transformation. A sequence of reduction of nitroarene to nitrosoarene followed by 6π-electron-5-atom electrocyclization and a 1,2-alkyl shift of the resulting nitrone intermediate was proposed to account for the reaction outcome. A subsequent total synthesis of (+)-condyfoline not only illustrates the generality of the reaction, but also provides a mechanistic insight into the nature of the 1,2-alkyl shift. The exclusive formation of (+)-condyfoline indicates that the 1,2-alkyl migration follows a concerted Wagner–Meerwein pathway, rather than a stepwise retro-Mannich/Mannich reaction sequence. Conditions for almost quantitative conversion of (+)-condyfoline to (−)-tubifoline by way of a retro-Mannich/1,3-prototropy/transannular cyclization cascade are also documented. 相似文献

The first trans-selective cyanoboration reaction of an alkyne, specifically a 1,3-enyne, is described. The reported palladium-catalyzed cyanoboration of 1,3-enynes is site-, regio-, and diastereoselective, and is uniquely enabled by the 1,4-azaborine-based Senphos ligand structure. Tetra-substituted alkenyl nitriles are obtained providing useful boron-dienenitrile building blocks that can be further functionalized. A two-step hysteretic FeII spin crossover (SCO) effect was achieved in programmed layered Cs{[Fe(3-CNpy)2][Re(CN)8]}⋅H2O ( 1 ) (3-CNpy=3-cyanopyridine) assembly consisting of cyanido-bridged FeII-ReV square grid sheets bonded by Cs+ ions. The presence of two non-equivalent FeII sites and the conjunction of 2D bimetallic coordination network with non-covalent interlayer interactions involving Cs+, [ReV(CN)8]3− ions, and 3-CNpy ligands, leads to the occurrence of two steps of thermal SCO with strong cooperativity giving a double thermal hysteresis loop. The resulting spin-transition phenomenon could be tuned by an external pressure giving the room-temperature range of SCO, as well as by visible-light irradiation, inducing an efficient recovery of the high-spin FeII state at low temperatures. We prove that octacyanidorhenate(V) ion is an outstanding metalloligand for induction of a cooperative multistep, multiswitchable FeII SCO effect. 相似文献

The exceptional nature of WO3−x dots has inspired widespread interest, but it is still a significant challenge to synthesize high-quality WO3−x dots without using unstable reactants, expensive equipment, and complex synthetic processes. Herein, the synthesis of ligand-free WO3−x dots is reported that are highly dispersible and rich in oxygen vacancies by a simple but straightforward exfoliation of bulk WS2 and a mild follow-up chemical conversion. Surprisingly, the WO3−x dots emerged as co-reactants for the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of Ru(bpy)32+ with a comparable ECL efficiency to the well-known Ru(bpy)32+/tripropylamine (TPrA) system. Moreover, compared to TPrA, whose toxicity remains a critical issue of concern, the WO3−x dots were ca. 300-fold less toxic. The potency of WO3−x dots was further explored in the detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with the most competitive limit of detection so far. 相似文献

A divergent synthetic approach to biogenetically related diterpenoids such as ent-kauranes, ent-trachylobanes, ent-beyerane, and ent-atisane has been developed. The unified synthetic route involves the De Mayo reaction to rapidly generate the bicyclo[3.2.1]-octane moiety of ent-kaurane. The key reactions also include bioinspired nucleophilic cyclopropanation generating the [3.2.1.02,7]-tricyclic core of ent-trachylobane and regioselective cyclopropane fragmentation furnishing ent-beyerane and ent-atisane through the nucleophilic attack and protonation of the cyclopropane ring. Precise control of the micro-/nanostructures of nanomaterials, such as hollow multi-shelled structures (HoMSs), has shown its great advantages in various applications. Now, the crystal structure of building blocks of HoMSs are controlled by introducing the lattice distortion in HoMSs, for the first time. The lattice distortion located at the nanoscale interface of SnS2/SnO2 can provide additional active sites, which not only provide the catalytic activity under visible light but also improve the separation of photoexcited electron–hole pairs. Combined with the efficient light utilization, the natural advantage of HoMSs, a record catalytic activity was achieved in solid–gas system for CO2 reduction, with an excellent stability and 100 % CO selectivity without using any sensitizers or noble metals. 相似文献
