Malyngamide X ( 1 ), the first (7R)‐lyngbic acid connected to a new tripeptide backbone, was isolated from the Thai sea hare Bursatella leachii. The gross structure of 1 was established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic data. Combination of the NMR spectroscopic experiments with α‐methoxy‐α‐(trifluoromethyl)phenylacetic acid esters, 2,2,2‐trifluoro‐1‐(9‐anthryl)ethanol chiral solvating agent, and molecular mechanics of 1 and the synthetic molecular fragments allowed us to determine the absolute stereochemistry of all six stereogenic centers without hydrolytic degradation of the compound. Compound 1 displayed moderate cytotoxic, antitubercular, and antimalarial properties.  相似文献

Summary A method of joining two metal cylindrical shafts with adhesive coupling is proposed. Two cylindrical shafts with the same diameter are connected by bonding through a cylindrical coupling with epoxy resin. The strength of the shaft joint under tensile loading and torsional loading is investigated analytically and experimentally. The stress and strain distributions of the shaft joint is analyzed by the finite element method. The analyzed strain distributions in the joint are compared with experimental values. The joint strength is predicted by applying the strength laws of shafts, coupling, adhesive layer and adhesive interface between shaft and adhesive coupling. The effects of the coupling dimension on the joint strength are examined. It is shown that the adhesive shaft joint can transfer the load by which the cylindrical shafts are plastically deformed.This paper was refined by the author, K. The possibility of using an Auger peak height in the dN (E) /dE spectrum and an integrated N (E) spectrum as a measure of the Auger current is discussed and necessary relations are presented. The methods of the background determination are reviewed and discussed.

The relation between the Auger current and the atomic cancentration of a corresponding sample component is derived and the state of art in the field of theoretical and experimental determination of factors appearing in this relation (ionization cross-section, Auger transition probability. backscattering factor, and inelastic mean free path of Auger electrons) is presented.

Approaches to the quantitative Auger analysis (QAA) of homogeneous, isotropic samples, including corrections for matrix factors, are presented and discussed. Problems arising when heterogeneous samples are analyzed are discussed and practical approaches to such an analysis are presented.

The role of crystalline effects (the dependence of the Auger signal from crystalline samples on the direction of the primary electron beam and angular distribution of Auger electron emission from such samples) in QAA is discussed and examples of such crystalline effects are presented together with their physical foundation.

Some rules are suggested allowing the quantitative Auger analysis to be performed with the smallest possible error.  相似文献
