Effect of Ce<Superscript>3+</Superscript> on spectral characteristic of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex from spinach

It was studied by spectroscopy that PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D₁, D₂ and Cytb559, were purified from PSII particle of CeCl₃ treated spinach. The results of the experiment show that Ce³⁺ could improve the growth of spinach, and accelerate electron transport of PSII particles. Of chl-a of UV-Vis spectrum of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, Soret band was blue-shifted by 3 nm and Q band by 2 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence emission peak was blue-shifted by 5 nm in CeCl₃-treated spinach compared with the one in control. By the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy methods, it has been found that Ce³⁺ is coordinated with 8 nitrogen atoms in the first coordination shell with Ce-N bond length of 0.253 nm, and Ce³⁺ with 6 oxygen atoms in the second coordination shell with Ce-O bond length of 0.32 nm. However, the secondary structure of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy has no significant change after CeCl₃ treated. It might be that Ce³⁺ binds to porphyrin rings of chlorophyll and oxygen of amino acid residue of polypeptide in D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, and then accelerates the primary reaction of PSII, intensifies function of P680⁺ primary electron donor of D1/D2/Cytb559, but there is little change in conformation of PSII reaction center complex.

This paper will summarize our thinking and experience in striving for the first-class course from the aspects of first-class team construction, first-class resource construction, teaching connotation innovation, teaching mode exploration, and extract the experience that can be used as reference by teaching peers.     

高频超声中带退化记忆项的MGT方程解的衰减估计北大核心CSCD

研究了高频超声应用中带无穷退化记忆项的Moore-Gibson-Thompson方程τu_(ttt)+α(x)u_(tt)-c^(2)Δu-bΔu_(t)+∫^(∞)_(0)g(s)div[a(x)▽u(t-s)]ds=0解的适定性和衰减速率,其中非负函数a(x)和α(x)是可退化的并满足a(x)+α(x)≥δ>0.该系统是由黏性热松弛流体中波传播模型的线性化而得到的.通过使用Faedo-Galerkin逼近和能量估计,证明了解的适定性.在适当的假设下,通过构造适当的李雅普诺夫泛函,建立了能量的指数或一般衰减结果.

Generalized Lagrangian Duality in Set-valued Vector Optimization via Abstract Subdifferential

Rotational Hypersurfaces with Constant Gauss-Kronecker Curvature

The authors study rotational hypersurfaces with constant Gauss-Kronecker curvature in Rⁿ. They solve the ODE associated with the generating curve of such hypersurface using integral expressions and obtain several geometric properties of such hypersurfaces. In particular, they discover a class of non-compact rotational hypersurfaces with constant and negative Gauss-Kronecker curvature and finite volume, which can be seen as the higher-dimensional generalization of the pseudo-sphere.

几乎各向同性的高维空间分数阶扩散方程的分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理方法

一类空间分数阶扩散方程经过有限差分离散后所得到的离散线性方程组的系数矩阵是两个对角矩阵与Toeplitz型矩阵的乘积之和.在本文中,对于几乎各向同性的二维或三维空间分数阶扩散方程的离散线性方程组,采用预处理Krylov子空间迭代方法,我们利用其系数矩阵的特殊结构和具体性质构造了一类分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理子.通过理论分析,我们证明了所对应的预处理矩阵的特征值大部分都聚集于1的附近.数值实验也表明,这类分块快速正则Hermite分裂预处理子可以明显地加快广义极小残量(GMRES)方法和稳定化的双共轭梯度(BiCGSTAB)方法等Krylov子空间迭代方法的收敛速度.     

Effects of Cone Angles on Nonlinear Vibration Responses of Functionally Graded Shells北大核心CSCD

The nonlinear vibration responses of functionally graded materials (FGMs) shells with different cone angles under external loads were studied. Firstly, the Voigt model was employed to describe the physical properties along the thickness direction of FGMs conical shells. Then, the motion equations were derived based on the 1st-order shear deformation theory, the von Kármán geometric nonlinearity and Hamilton’s principle. Next, the Galerkin method was applied to discretize the motion equations and the governing equations were simplified into a 1DOF nonlinear vibration differential equation under Volmir’s assumption. Finally, the nonlinear motion equations were solved with the harmonic balance method and the Runge-Kutta method, and the amplitude frequency response characteristic curves of the FGMs conical shells were obtained. The effects of different material distribution functions and different ceramic volume fraction exponents on the amplitude frequency response curves of conical shells were discussed. The bifurcation diagrams of conical shells with different cone angles, as well as time process diagrams and phase diagrams for different excitation amplitudes, were described. The motion characteristics were characterized by Poincaré maps. The results show that, the FGMs conical shells present the nonlinear characteristics of hardening springs. The chaotic motions of the FGMs conical shells are restrained and not prone to motion instability with the increase of the cone angle. The FGMs conical shell present a process from the periodic motion to the multi-periodic motion and then to chaos with the increase of the excitation amplitude. © 2022 Editorial Office of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics.
