用X射线衍射(XRD)技术和显微Raman散射方法对金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)法生长的六方相InxGa1-xN薄膜样品进行了研究,观察到了相分离现象和LO声子-等离子耦合模(LPP+),讨论了InxGa1-xN的A1(LO)模被屏蔽的主要物理机制.同时,对Raman谱中E2和A1(TO)声子模进行了分析和讨论.在InxGa1-xN样品的低温Raman谱中还观察到单电子跃迁产生的Raman散射信号. 关键词: Raman散射 X射线衍射 相分离 应力 LO声子-等离子耦合  相似文献

The spontaneous-emission lifetime of CdSe/CdS core-shell quantum dots was studied as a function of the distance between the dots and a polished Si surface. The experimental results reveal a significant modification of the spontaneous-emission rate of the quantum dots by the Si surface.  相似文献

Fabrication of submicrometer structures by two-photon-initiated polymerization is performed with an inexpensive and low-power microlaser. This is made possible by the design of photoinitiators with strong two-photon absorption cross sections. We analyze the influence of both material properties and irradiation conditions on the two-photon polymerization rate and show that resins based on our highly sensitive two-photon photoinitiator can be solidified with microlaser excitation, whereas commercial UV photoresins require ultrashort and intense laser pulses.  相似文献

We report a demonstration of distributed-feedback (DFB) optical parametric oscillation (OPO) by writing photorefractive gratings in periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN). The photorefractive DFB structures were fabricated by illumination of PPLN with UV light through a photomask and by writing of PPLN with UV-light gated interfering laser beams at 532 nm. Evidence of OPO was observed from the spectral narrowing at the 1438.8- and the 619.3-nm signal wavelengths from 1064- and 532-nm-pumped PPLN crystals with the DFB grating periods phase matched to the 4084.5- and 3774-nm idler wavelengths, respectively.  相似文献

A simple two ordinary lens system is proposed to realize the fractional Fourier transform (FRT) of continuously variable order while keeping the scaling factors of both the input and output functions as the same constant independent of the geometric parameters of the system and the FRT orders. A new method, based on zero point of longitudinal electric field, was used to determine the spatial resolution of external electro-optic (EO) probing equipment. Considering the diffraction of Gauss beam, the result of external EO probing was simulated which was in accordance with the experiment. A spatial resolution <1 μm was demonstrated initially in our equipment using 650 nm laser diode as probe beam and semi-insulating GaP as probe tip.  相似文献

In earlier studies, one has successfully developed three different source methods (SSM, similar source method; IPSM, internal parallel source method; ISM, internal source method) to estimate radiation and scattering sound fields. All these methods are estimations of exterior sound fields. In the present study, the similar source method is modified to estimate an interior sound field. The modification is to move the imaginary sources outside the boundary surface. In addition, general boundary conditions in terms of acoustic admittance or impedance are considered by introducing the suitable least square error functions. Finally, a two-dimensional interior sound field with alternative boundary conditions is evaluated to simulate sound fields inside a car. The results are in agreement with those of boundary integral method.  相似文献

Raman spectra of as-grown and vapor transport equilibration (VTE) treated Er:LiNbO3 crystals, which have different cut orientations (X-cut and Z-cut), different Er-doping levels (Er:(0.2, 0.4 and 2.0 mol%)LiNbO3) and different VTE durations (80, 120, 150 and 180 h), were recorded at room temperature in the wavenumber range 50-1000 cm−1 by using backward scattering geometry. The spectra were attributed on the basis of their spectral features and the previous experimental work and the most recent theoretical progress in lattice dynamics on pure LiNbO3. In comparison with the pure crystal the most remarkable effect of Er-doping on the Raman spectrum is observed for the E(TO9) mode. It does not appear at 610 cm−1 as the pure crystal, but locates at 633 cm−1. In addition, the doping also results in the lowering of the Raman phonon frequency, the broadening of the Raman linewidth and the changes of the relative Raman intensity of some peaks. The VTE treatment results in the narrowing of the linewidth, the recovery of the lowered phonon frequency and the further changes of relative Raman intensity. The narrowing of Raman linewidth indicates that the VTE processing has brought these crystals closer to stoichiometric composition. The VTE treatment has induced the formation of a precipitate ErNbO4 in the high-doped Er(2.0%):LiNbO3 crystals whether X- or Z-cut. For these precipitated crystals, besides above linewidth and phonon frequency features, they also display more significant Raman intensity changes compared with those not precipitated crystals. In addition, a slight mixing between A1(TO) and E(TO) spectra is also observed for these precipitated crystals. Above doping and VTE effects on Raman spectra were quantitatively or qualitatively correlated with the characteristics of the crystal structure and phonon vibrational system.  相似文献

In this work, based on the calculation in detail, two new fitting formulae of total excitation and excitation autoionization cross-sections for Na-like ions (18?Z?39) are given.
