Summary The determination of methyl-parathion (MPT), ortho (ONP), meta (MNP) and para nitrophenol (PNP) has been studied by differential pulse voltammetry with a carbon-paste electrode modified with 50% (w/w) of C18. A study of the influence of the pH in the preconcentration cell and the measurement cell was carried out for an electrode with 50% modifier and an accumulation time of 5 min. The voltammograms were recorded with a sweep rate of 40 mV s–1 and a pulse amplitude of 50 mV. With the optimum conditions of pH for both of the steps, various other variables were studied. The variables for each compound were optimized and the possibility of application to the determination of a mixture of the four compounds was investigated. The determination limits found for all the compounds are: 2 ng ml–1 for ONP, 5 ng ml–1 for MNP, 4.3 ng ml–1 for PNP and 7.9 ng ml–1 for MPT. The method was applied to samples of a small lake which gathers rain water and water filtered from land on which cereals are grown.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a dynamic reconstruction algorithm which reconstructs the unknown unbounded input and all unobservable phase coordinates from the results of measurements of part of the coordinates. An upper and a lower bound for the accuracy of the reconstruction is obtained. We determine the class of inputs for which the upper bound is uniform. We give a condition for optimally matching the algorithm parameters, ensuring the highest order of the upper bound and equating the orders of the upper and lower bounds. Thus, we establish the sharpness of the upper bound.  相似文献

[Pd2(μ‐Cl)2(C6F5)2(tht)2] ( 1 ) is a very efficient initiator of the radical polymerization of methyl acrylate, but it is not active in the polymerization of methyl methacrylate or in the copolymerization with 1‐hexene. The addition of an excess of NBu4Cl to solutions of [Pd2(μ‐Cl)2(C6F5)2(tht)2] ( 1 ) provides an initiator system that copolymerizes methyl acrylate and 1‐hexene by an insertion‐triggered radical mechanism. Random copolymers are obtained with 11% incorporation of 1‐hexene in moderate yields (about 35%). Studies of the decomposition products obtained after the first insertion of methyl acrylate in the Pd? C6F5 bond of 1 show that the addition of excess halide in the presence of monomer favors the homolytic cleavage of the Pd? C bond, and the generation of the radicals that are active species in the polymerization, versus alternative evolution pathways. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to study the supramolecular structure of self‐assembled complexes formed by N‐dodecyltrimethylammonium cations and the synthetic polypeptide poly(α,L ‐glutamate). The influence of the type of solvent has been investigated, considering explicit environments of chloroform, water, and methanol on a stoichiometric complex containing 15 residues. In chloroform, the complex stabilizes in a regular structure: the polypeptide adopts an α‐helix conformation that is regularly surrounded by surfactant molecules to form electrostatic interactions through a multiple interaction pattern. However, this structure destabilizes in methanol and water: (a) the α‐helix unfolds in the two solvents and (b) the electrostatic links between the surfactant molecules and the polyanion are disrupted in aqueous solution, although these interactions are still preserved in methanol. The role of the solvent environment in stabilizing or destabilizing the polypeptide secondary structure, the organization of the surfactant molecules, and predominantly the surfactant–polypeptide supramolecular organization is discussed in detail. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The stoichiometric reactions of trimethylaluminum with 2,6‐(MeOCH2)2C6H3OH (LH) revealed compounds L3Al ( 1 ) and L2AlMe ( 2 ). On the other hand reaction of 1 equiv. of LH with trimethylaluminum did not lead to the formation of complex LAlMe2 ( 3 ), rather 2 together with Me3Al were observed as a result of a disproportionation of 3 . Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and in the case of 1 by X‐ray diffraction. Derivative 2 underwent transmetalation with Ph3SnOH, giving LSnPh3 ( 4 ) as the result of a migration of ligand L from the aluminum to the tin atom. The identity of 4 was established by elemental analysis, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy and 1H, 119Sn HMBC experiments. The system 2 and B(C6F5)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio was shown to be active in the polymerization of propylene oxide and ε‐caprolactone. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The formation of slip bands is the main mechanism of cyclic deformation in pure Al. Their density, orientation and heights in polycrystalline Al were investigated during cycling. Types, sizes and densities of precipitates are responsible for the mode of cyclic deformation in AlCu4 pure alloy. In technical Al alloys intermetallic phases have detrimental effects on deformation homogeneity and largely govern the fatigue mechanism of the material and especially microcrack initiation.  相似文献

Optimization theory deals with algorithms finding the lowest cost (energy) configuration in a minimal number of steps. When the cost function has many local minima, the deterministic algorithms become easily trapped in suboptimal solutions. The simulated annealing method tries to overcome this difficulty by introducting thermal noise in the problem. Here we explore the possibility of implementing search procedures analogous to the quantum tunneling effect. The suggested dynamics is a guided diffusion process of an interactingpopulation of configurations. Different dynamical aspects of the search process are formulated first in a simple one-dimensional tight-binding model with a hierarchical potential. The new algorithm is then applied to the Traveling Salesman Problem. It is demonstrated that the use of interacting, evolving populations of tours representing our wave packet leads to systematic improvements and possibly, to the optimal tour. In addition, the structure of the cost function landscape for a given instance becomes locally accessible. The performance of the algorithm and its implications for parallel computing and genetic programming are briefly discussed.  相似文献

The reaction between thiocarbamate herbicides and 2,6-dichlorobenzoquinone-N-chloroimine or 2,6-dibromobenzoquinone-N-chloroimine is suitable for the detection of these herbicides on thin-layer plates with high sensitivity. The reactions were followed by infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry. We have established the formation of 2,6-dichlorobenzoquinone-S-alkyl sulphenylimines. In the case of the bromo-derivative, halogen exchange and substitution on the quinone ring took place simultaneously leading to the formation of mixed halogenated 2,6-dihalo- and, in addition, 2,3,6-trihalobenzoquinone-S-alkyl sulphenylimines. The final product of the detection reaction, i.e. 2,6-dichlorobenzoquinone-S-alkyl sulphenylimine was reacted with 2,6-dibromobenzoquinone-N-chloroimine where 2,6-dichloro-3-bromobenzoquinone-S-alkyl sulphenylimine formed as a consequence of the looser bromine-carbon linkage on the 2 and 6 positions of the quinone ring.  相似文献
