Arbeitsbedingungen für den 0,01–1 ppm-Bereich werden angegeben. Die Reproduzierbarkeit der Bestimmung wird durch Zusatz eines inneren Standards verbessert.

Determination of seven elements (Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Pb, Sr and Zn) in whole enamel and surface layers of extracted non-carious human teeth by FAAS, ETA AAS, ICP-AES and ICP-MS (Pb) is demonstrated. Techniques are described for obtaining whole enamel and its acid dissolution. Fifty microm width enamel layers from outer enamel surface to a 200 microm depth were successively etched in 1 mL of 3 M HClO4 for 3 min dissolution periods. Enamel samples were analyzed for populations under and over 20 years of age and enamel from Bronze Age teeth. Concentrations of microelements in the whole enamel and in the first surface layer (50 microm depth) were compared. With exception of Sr and Mg, all elements show significantly higher concentrations in the first layer than in whole enamel and higher concentration in teeth of individuals over 20 years, which demonstrate the cumulative effect of these elements. The Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb and Zn concentrations in four layers of erupted and non-erupted teeth decreased while Mg and Sr concentrations increased toward enamel-dentine junction. The concentrations of most elements were almost constant as they approached the 150 microm layer. This concentration gradient may result from interaction between saliva and teeth and supports the hypothesis that the surface de- and re-mineralization process is effective at most to 150 microm from the enamel surface. 相似文献

Non-ionic surfactant (Brij 35, Tween 20, Tween 80 and Tergitol NPX) modified capillary isotachophoresis was investigated for the separation of 2-arylpropionic acids (fenoprofen, flurbiprofen, ibuprofen, ketoprofen and naproxen) and benzoic acid and its derivatives (salicylic, acetylsalicylic and gallic acids). The relative step height (RSH) values of analytes were found to be dependent on the type and concentration of the surfactant. The strength of the affinity of the 2-arylpropionic acids to the non-ionic micelles was found to be as follows: flurbiprofen > fenoprofen > ibuprofen > naproxen > ketoprofen. In general, the RSH values of 2-arylpropionic acids increase with an increase in the concentration of surfactants. However, the RSHs of benzoic, salicylic and gallic acids are not considerably affected. Separation of all acids was obtained with the Tween 20 (1.5%, w/v) in the leading electrolyte 10 mmol L(-1) hydrochloric acid/L-histidine (pH 6.0). Changes in the fluorescence intensity of fenoprofen, flurbiprofen and naproxen were also investigated in micellar media (Tween 20, Tween 80 and Brij 35). The strength of the affinity of the 2-arylpropionic acids to the Tweens micelles was found to be as follows: flurbiprofen > fenoprofen > naproxen, which is consistent with the isotachophoretic results. On the contrary, the strength of the affinity to the Brij micelles was found to be as follows: fenoprofen > naproxen > flurbiprofen. 相似文献

A substoichiometric method for the determination of heavy rare earths (holmium, thulium) has been developed. After the addition of a substoichiometric amount of EDTA to the test sample of rare earth labelled with its radioactive isotopes, the negatively charged complex formed was separated by passage through a column of Dowex 50 x 8. Interfering metals can be removed by preliminary cupferron and diethylammonium diethyldithiocarbamate extraction. Concentrations of rare earth down to 4 x 10(-7)g 5 ml have been determined. 相似文献

The application of d.c. and square-wave polarographic measurements for the indication of the end-point in titrations with triethylenetetraminehexa-acetic acid (TTHA) has been studied. TTHA has ten co-ordinating groups and forms complexes with metal to ligand ratios of either 1:1 or 2:1, depending on the metal and experimental conditions. The shape of the titration curves, determined by the dependence of the limiting current (peak current of the square-wave polarographic curve) or of the half-wave potential (peak potential) on the amount of TTHA added indicates the composition of the complex formed in the titration. The composition of this complex as determined from the studied titration curves agrees with that predicted by theory. Titrations with polarographic indication of the end-point were also applied for direct titrations of binary mixtures of metal ions. The resulting titration curves indicated the existence of mixed dinuclear complexes and also the kinetic factors involved in the reactions between two different metal ions and TTHA. 相似文献

Using two-dimensional electrophoresis we investigated the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-based photodynamic therapy (PDT; induction with 1 mM ALA for 4 h followed by blue light dose of 18 J/cm2) on the protein expression in HL60 leukemia cells. ALA-PDT resulted in extensive qualitative and quantitative changes in the protein pattern of HL60 cell lysates. Of more than 1350 protein spots recognized on the protein maps of ALA-induced cells, seven proteins were enhanced and 17 suppressed following irradiation. Three of these, calreticulin precursor, p58 microsomal protein (ERp57) and protein disulfide isomerase (p55) have been identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption and ionization-mass spectrometry and the pI/molecular weight parameters of the affected proteins were estimated by computer analysis. The findings suggest participation of endoplasmic reticulum Ca(2+)-binding chaperones and/or Ca2+ signaling in ALA-PDT mediated cytotoxicity. 相似文献

A simple and rapid method for the substoichiometric determination of traces of manganese in various materials by neutron-activation analysis has been developed. After dissolution of the irradiated test sample, manganese(II) carrier is added and subsequently oxidised by peroxodisulphate to the heptavalent state. The permanganate thus formed is finally extracted into chloroform as tetraphenylarsonium permanganate using a substoichiometric amount of tetraphenylarsonium chloride. This single separation step isolates radiochemically pure manganese-56 in the analysis of a relatively simple material in which interfering elements (gold, rhenium, etc.) are absent. When this is not true, a preliminary separation of manganese from the irradiated sample, based on the extraction of manganese diethyldithio-carbamate into chloroform and followed by stripping of the manganese with dilute sulphuric acid, must be used. A simultaneously irradiated standard containing manganese must be treated in exactly the same way as a test sample. The possibilities of the practical utilization of essential oils (EOs) from various plant species in the food industry have attracted the attention of the scientific community. Following our previous studies, the antifungal activities of three further commercial EOs, Melaleuca armillaris subsp. armillaris (rosalina; REO), Melaleuca quinquenervia (niaouli; NEO), and Abies alba (fir; FEO), were evaluated in the present research in respect to their chemical profiles, over four different concentrations, 62.5 μL/L, 125 μL/L, 250 μL/L, and 500 μL/L. The findings revealed that the major compounds of REO, NEO, and FEO were linalool (47.5%), 1,8-cineole (40.8%), and α-pinene (25.2%), respectively. In vitro antifungal determinations showed that the inhibition zones of a Penicillium spp. mycelial growth ranged from no inhibitory effectiveness (00.00 ± 00.00 mm) to 16.00 ± 1.00 mm, indicating a very strong antifungal activity which was detected against P. citrinum after the highest REO concentration exposure. Furthermore, the in situ antifungal efficacy of all EOs investigated was shown to be dose-dependent. In this sense, we have found that the highest concentration (500 µL/L) of REO, NEO, and FEO significantly reduced (p < 0.05) the growth of all Penicillium strains inoculated on the bread, carrot, and potato models. These results indicate that the investigated EOs may be promising innovative agents in order to extend the shelf life of different types of food products, such as bread, carrot and potato. 相似文献
