The salt bis 4-benzyl piperidinium monohydrogenmonophosphate pentahydrate is orthorhombic with the following unit cell dimensions: a = 11.235(2) Å, b = 27.924(6) Å, c = 9.321(4) Å space group Pca21 with Z = 4. The structure was solved by the Patterson method and refined to final R value of 0.049 for 1802 independent reflections. The flack parameter is 0.14 with an e.s.d. of 0.23. The structure consists of infinite parallel two-dimensional [110] planes built of mutually connected ions and water molecules by strong O—H,...,O and N—H,...,O hydrogen bonding. There are no contacts other than normal van der Waals interactions between the layers.  相似文献

Far-infrared (FIR) Fourier-transform transmission spectra and x-ray diagrams of poly(vinylidene fluoride) films are examined in terms of poling-field action on the crystalline phase (α and β forms) and on the amorphous phase. We show that the poling field induces an increase of crystallinity in the α phase as well as in the β phase, and for the latter an orientation of dipoles in the field direction. For samples containing a mixture of phases α and β we note an α to β phase transition, a rotation of the dipoles in the β phase, and an increase of the crystallinity of the sample. Part of the β phase is generated from the amorphous phase.  相似文献

The disposition of the cannabimimetic naphthalen‐1‐yl‐(1‐pentylindol‐3‐yl)methanone (JWH‐018) in mice following inhalation of the smoke of the herbal incense product (HIP) ‘Buzz’ is presented. A high‐pressure liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (HPLC/MS/MS) method was validated for the analysis of JWH‐018 in the specimens using deuterated Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol (d3‐THC) as the internal standard. JWH‐018 was isolated by cold acetonitrile liquid–liquid extraction. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Zorbaz eclipse XDB‐C18 column. The assay was linear from 1 to 1000 ng/mL. Six C57BL6 mice were sacrificed 20 min after exposure to the smoke of 200 mg ‘Buzz’ containing 5.4% JWH‐018. Specimen concentrations of JWH‐018 were: blood, 54–166 ng/mL (mean 82 ± 42 ng/mL); brain, 316–708 ng/g (mean 510 ± 166 ng/g); and liver, 1370–3220 ng/mL (mean 1990 ± 752 ng/mL). The mean blood to brain ratio for JWH‐018 was 6.8 and ranged from 4.2 to 10.9. After exposure, the responses of the mice were consistent with cannabinoid receptor type 1 activity: body temperatures dropped 7.3 ± 1.1 °C, and catalepsy, hyperreflexia, straub tail and ptosis were observed. The brain concentrations and physiological responses are consistent with the hypothesis that the behavioral effects of ‘Buzz’ are attributable to JWH‐018. We focus on the functional role of small silver clusters in model hybrid systems involving peptides in the context of a new generation of nanostructured materials for biosensing. The optical properties of hybrids in the gas phase and at support will be addressed with the aim to bridge fundamental and application aspects. We show that extension and enhancement of absorption of peptides can be achieved by small silver clusters due to the interaction of intense intracluster excitations with the π-π* excitations of chromophoric aminoacids. Moreover, we demonstrate that the binding of a peptide to a supported silver cluster can be detected by the optical fingerprint. This illustrates that supported silver clusters can serve as building blocks for biosensing materials. Moreover, the clusters can be used simultaneously to immobilize biomolecules and to increase the sensitivity of detection, thus replacing the standard use of organic dyes and providing label-free detection. Complementary to that, we show that protected silver clusters containing a cluster core and a shell liganded by thiolates exhibit absorption properties with intense transitions in the visible regime which are also suitable for biosensing applications.  相似文献

In this paper, we evaluate a multi-stage information technology investment project, by implementing and resolving Berk, Green and Naik’s (2004) model, which takes into account specific features of IT projects and considers the real option to suspend investment at each stage. We present a particular case of the model where the project value is the solution of an optimal control problem with a single state variable. In this case, the model is more intuitive and tractable. The case study confirms the practical potential of the model and highlights the importance of the real-option approach compared to classical discounted cash flow techniques in the valuation of IT projects.  相似文献
