Despite recent progress in producing perovskite nanowires (NWs) for optoelectronics, it remains challenging to solution-print an array of NWs with precisely controlled position and orientation. Herein, we report a robust capillary-assisted solution printing (CASP) strategy to rapidly access aligned and highly crystalline perovskite NW arrays. The key to the CASP approach lies in the integration of capillary-directed assembly through periodic nanochannels and solution printing through the programmably moving substrate to rapidly guide the deposition of perovskite NWs. The growth kinetics of perovskite NWs was closely examined by in situ optical microscopy. Intriguingly, the as-printed perovskite NWs array exhibit excellent optical and optoelectronic properties and can be conveniently implemented for the scalable fabrication of photodetectors. 相似文献

The exceptional nature of WO3−x dots has inspired widespread interest, but it is still a significant challenge to synthesize high-quality WO3−x dots without using unstable reactants, expensive equipment, and complex synthetic processes. Herein, the synthesis of ligand-free WO3−x dots is reported that are highly dispersible and rich in oxygen vacancies by a simple but straightforward exfoliation of bulk WS2 and a mild follow-up chemical conversion. Surprisingly, the WO3−x dots emerged as co-reactants for the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of Ru(bpy)32+ with a comparable ECL efficiency to the well-known Ru(bpy)32+/tripropylamine (TPrA) system. Moreover, compared to TPrA, whose toxicity remains a critical issue of concern, the WO3−x dots were ca. 300-fold less toxic. The potency of WO3−x dots was further explored in the detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with the most competitive limit of detection so far. 相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) nanomaterials are currently explored as novel photothermal agents because of their ultrathin structure, high specific surface area, and unique optoelectronic properties. In addition to single photothermal therapy (PTT), 2D nanomaterials have demonstrated significant potential in PTT‐based synergistic therapies. In this Minireview, we summarize the recent progress in 2D nanomaterials for enhanced photothermal cancer therapy over the last five years. Their unique optical properties, typical synthesis methods, and surface modification are also covered. Emphasis is placed on their PTT and PTT‐synergized chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy, and immunotherapy. The polymer phosphine ligand with various crosslinkage and phosphine contents was prepared by copolymerization of diphenylvinyl-phosphine with divinylbenzene using 2,2′ -azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. Linear methyl heptanoate in high yield was obtained from hexene-l catalyzed by polymer-supported and homogeneous phosphine-palladium-tin chloride complex. Comparison with the homogeneous catalyst, the polymer catalyst had higher activity and almost the same selectivity. The effects of the catalyst composition, the structure of the polymer ligand and other experimental variables on the catalytic activity and selectivity of the polymer catalyst have been examined, and are discussed in relation to the mode of this catalysis. 相似文献
