Thermophilic dry methane fermentation is advantageous for feedstock with high solid content. Distillation residue with 65.1 % moisture content was eluted from ethanol fermentation of kitchen waste and subjected to thermophilic dry methane fermentation, after adjusting the moisture content to 75 %. The effect of carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio on thermophilic dry methane fermentation was investigated. Results showed that thermophilic dry methane fermentation could not be stably performed for >10 weeks at a C/N ratio of 12.6 and a volatile total solid (VTS) loading rate of 1 g/kg sludge/d; however, it was stably performed at a C/N ratio of 19.8 and a VTS loading rate of 3 g/kg sludge/d with 83.4 % energy recovery efficiency. Quantitative PCR analysis revealed that the number of bacteria and archaea decreased by two orders of magnitude at a C/N ratio of 12.6, whereas they were not influenced at a C/N ratio of 19.8. Microbial community analysis revealed that the relative abundance of protein-degrading bacteria increased and that of organic acid-oxidizing bacteria and acetic acid-oxidizing bacteria decreased at a C/N ratio of 12.6. Therefore, there was accumulation of NH4 + and acetic acid, which inhibited thermophilic dry methane fermentation.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of conjugated, metal-free organic dyes, triphenylamine derivatives 3-(4-(bis(4-(5-(4-(hexyloxy)phenyl)thiophenyl)phenyl)amino)phenyl)-2-cyanoacrylic acid (OD3) and (E)-3-(5′-(4-(bis(4-(5-(4-hexyloxy)phenyl)thiophen-2-yl)phenyl)amino)phenyl)-2,2′-bithiophen-5-yl)-2-cyanoacrylic acid (OD3DT), with and without a π-conjugated bridge, respectively, in film at a temperature range from 13 to 400 K. We find that the intensities of absorption and PL of OD3 decrease gradually beyond 200 K, as well as the ratios of integral areas of absorption to PL spectra. However, the other compound, OD3DT, shows a very different behavior. An increase is discovered in the ratio of the absorption to PL integral area when the temperature is higher than 200 K. A π-conjugated bridge gives this compound a higher degree of symmetry, and therefore, a better alignment of the molecules in the film, which causes a stacking aggregation such that the temperature effect on this compound is different than OD3.  相似文献

The authors describe a zinc(II) benzenetricarboxylate (Zn-BTC) based metal-organic framework (MOF) with chrysanthemum-like structure, and its application to the adsorption of pesticides from real water samples. The Zn-BTC MOF was characterized by XRD, TGA, SEM, nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The MOF was used in dispersive solid-phase extraction of six aromatic pesticides from various wastewater samples prior to their quantification by HPLC. Extraction times, extraction temperature, amount of adsorbent, and oscillation rate were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the method has relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 6.1–10.1%, and good linearity (correlation coefficients higher than 0.9974). The LODs and LOQs for seven pesticides are found to be 0.20–1.60 μg·L?1 and 0.66–5.28 μg·L?1, respectively. The RSDs of within batch extraction are 1.6–9.5% and 3.9–12%.

The article describes a bienzyme visual system for aptamer-based assay of Hg(II) at nanomolar levels. The detection scheme is based on the finding that Hg(II) ions captured by aptamer-functionalized magnetic beads are capable of inhibiting the enzymatic activity of uricase and thus affect the formation of H2O2 and the blue product, i.e., oxidized tetramethylbenzidine. This strategy allows for a visual detection of Hg(II) at nanomolar levels without additional amplification procedure. Measuring the absorbance at 650 nm, the logarithmic calibration plot is linear in the concentration range of 0.5–50 nM and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.15 nM. This is as low as the LOD obtained by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). The ions K+, Mg2+, Na+, Ca2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Al3+, Co2+, AsO2 ?, Ni2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ do not have a significant effect on color formation. The method was applied to the analysis of (spiked) river water, lake water, mineral water, tap water and certified reference water samples, and the results agreed well with those obtained by AFS or certified values, with recoveries ranging from 97% to 109%. The relative standard deviation for five parallel detections at a 10 nM Hg(II) level is 5.2%.

A series of metal–organic frameworks built from a propionate-functionalized purine-containing ligand 3-(6-oxo-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-1-yl)propanoic acid (H2L), {[La(HL)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (1), {[Ce(HL)3(H2O)2]·4H2O}n (2), [Co(HL)2(H2O)2]n (3), {[Cd(L)(H2O)]·0.5H2O}n (4) and {[Pb(HL)(C2O4)0.5(H2O)]·2H2O}n (5), was synthesized and characterized. Isostructural 1 and 2 have polymeric chain structures further linked into 3-D porous supramolecular frameworks with 1-D open channels through complicated interchain hydrogen bonding interactions. At 77 K and 1 bar, the dehydrated porous materials 1 and 2 show adsorption behaviors with maximum nitrogen uptakes of 14 and 23 mL g?1, respectively. Complexes 35 are 2-D coordination polymers but have different topological structures. Metallohelicate 3 has (4,4) nets composed of left- and right-handed metal–organic helices sharing the common metal centers, but metallohelicate 4 possesses (4·82) topology and 5 has 63-topological structure. In 3 and 5, the polymeric layers are further assembled through regular interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions to form 3-D supramolecular frameworks. Additionally, the thermostabilities of 15 as well as the magnetism of 3 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, vulgarisins B–D (13), have been isolated from a medicinal plant Prunella vulgaris Linn. These diterpenoids contain a rare 5/6/4/5 fused tetracyclic ring skeleton. Their structures were determined through the analysis of spectroscopic data, and the absolute configuration were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction as well as CD analysis. All the compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity activity, vulgarisins B (1) and C (2) demonstrated modest cytotoxicity activity against human lung carcinoma A549 cell line.  相似文献

The telescoping of allyl-palladium catalyzed ketone dehydrogenation with organocuprate conjugate addition chemistry allows for the introduction of aryl, heteroaryl, vinyl, acyl, methyl, and other functionalized alkyl groups chemoselectively to a wide variety of unactivated ketone compounds via their enone counterparts. The compatibility of the dehydrogenation conditions additionally allows for efficient trapping of the intermediate enolate with various electrophiles. The utility of this approach is demonstrated by comparison to several previously reported multistep sequences.  相似文献

We report a formal [4+2] cycloaddition reaction of styrenes under visible-light catalysis. Two styrene molecules with different electronic or steric properties were found to react with each other in good yield and excellent chemo- and regioselectivity. This reaction provides direct access to polysubstituted tetralin scaffolds from readily available styrenes. Sophisticated tricyclic and tetracyclic tetralin analogues were prepared in high yield and up to 20/1 diasteroselectivity from cyclic substrates.  相似文献

Human serum albumin (HSA) is the most abundant plasma protein and has an inherent ability to target tumor cells. It is an excellent candidate for drug delivery. However, HSA cannot form complex with DNA or RNA, because it is negatively charged under physiological conditions. In this work, we reported a simple method to prepare HSA/RNA nanoparticles mainly by physical interaction. Firstly, the solution pH is adjusted to 4.0, under which condition HSA is positively charged. It forms complex with RNA via electrostatic interaction. The solution is then heated at 75 oC for 15 min to stabilize the structure and the size of the formed complex. The HSA/RNA nanoparticle prepared by this method has a diameter about 110 nm and a narrow distribution. It is also stable for days under physiological conditions. Cellular essays demonstrate that these particles exhibit a high cellular uptake efficiency and non-toxicity to HeLa cells.  相似文献
