混合溶剂对磺化聚苯乙烯水基微乳液体系形态的影响

利用相反转技术制备磺化聚苯乙烯(SPS)水基微乳液,研究发现,通过选择溶剂和控制混合溶剂的组成,可制备不同颗粒形态结构的SPS水基微乳液,并研究了相反转过程、乳液稳定性与混合溶剂组成之间的关系。     

Polymer bound glutamic acid salicylaldehyde Schiff‐base complex ­catalyst for oxidation of olefins with ­dioxygen

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. Electrospray liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry fingerprinting of Acanthophis (death adder) venoms: taxonomic and toxinological implications

Death adders (genus Acanthophis) are unique among elapid snakes in both morphology and venom composition. Despite this genus being among the most divergent of all elapids, the venom has been historically regarded as relatively quite simple. In this study, liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) analysis has revealed a much greater diversity in venom composition, including the presence of molecules of novel molecular weights that may represent a new class of venom component. Furthermore, significant variation exists between species and populations, which allow for the LC/MS fingerprinting of each species. Mass profiling of Acanthophis venoms clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of this technique which underpins fundamental studies ranging from chemotaxonomy to drug design.     

Diastereoselective allylation of planar chiral substituted ferrocenecarboxaldehyde: an efficient entry to chiral ferrocenyl ligands

2,2′-Disubstituted ferrocenecarboxaldehydes are subjected to zinc-mediated allylation to form homoallylic ferrocenyl alcohols. The effects of ortho-substituted functional groups on facial selectivities of planar chiral aldehydes were studied and it was found that the corresponding homoallylic alcohols were obtained as single diastereomers in excellent yields.

合成了Ｎ－（４－羟基苯基）马来酰亚胺和含聚硅氧烷链双马来酰亚胺，并用ＦＴＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ、元素分析、ＧＰＣ、ＤＴＡ和ＴＧ对其进行了表征。     

Oxidation of Styrene with Molecular Oxygen in Supercritical CO2

The oxidation of styrene with molecular oxygen catalyzed by PdCl2 CuCl2 has been investigated in supercritical CO2 with a batch reactor. The oxidative system of styrene contains four components at the beginning and seven components during the reaction. The critical temperature, critical pressure, and critical density at different conversions are determined by using a high-pressure view cell. The effect of phase behavior on the conversion and selectivity were studied. Experimental results showed that the critical parameters of the reaction mixture at fixed initial molar ratio changed with the conversion of reactant. The conversion of styrene reached maximum near the critical density of the reaction mixture. Product selectivity also varied with density of reaction mixture and could be tuned to some degree.     

Selective binding of steroids by 2,2'-biquinoline-4,4'-dicarboxamide-bridged bis(beta-cyclodextrin): fluorescence enhancement by guest inclusion

A novel bis(beta-cyclodextrin) was synthesized, and its binding behavior with steroids was investigated to demonstrate that the cooperative co-inclusion of guest and tether by two cyclodextrin moieties is operative to afford the highest molecular selectivity of up to 3.6 for deoxycholate over taurocholate.     

Self-assembling a molecular pegboard

This paper describes the design, construction, and application of a self-assembled, chemically addressable DNA nanogrid composed of DNA tiles of nanometer dimensions. This self-assembled structure permits precise placement of molecules at predetermined locations on a "molecular pegboard". We used the indexed DNA nanogrids to identify single molecules of DNA that hybridize at particular locations.     

A new serratane-type triterpene from Lycopodium phlegmaria

A new serratane-type triterpene, lycophlegmarin (1), has been isolated from Lycopodium phlegmaria L. Four known related triterpenoids were also found from the title plant. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and chemical method. Lycophlegmarin exhibited modest growth-inhibitory activity in vitro against human hepatoma cells BEL 7402.     

Enantioseparation in capillary electrophoresis using 2-O-(2-hydroxybutyl)-beta-CD as a chiral selector

The resolving ability of 2-O-(2-hydroxybutyl)-beta-CD (HB-beta-CD) with different degrees of substitution (DS = 2.9 and 4.0) as a chiral selector in CZE is reported in this work. Fourteen chiral drugs belonging to different classes of compounds of pharmaceutical interest such as beta-agonists, antifungal agents, ageneric agents, etc., were resolved. The effects of the DS of HB-beta-CD on separations were also investigated. The chiral resolution (R(s)) was strongly influenced by the concentrations of the CD derivative, the BGE, and the pH of the BGE. Under the conditions of 50 mmol/L Tris-phosphate buffer at pH 2.5 containing 5 mmol/L HB-beta-CD, all 14 analytes were separated. The very low concentration necessary to obtain separation was particularly impressive. The DS had a significant effect on the resolution of the chiral drugs and the ionic strength of the separation media; hence, the use of a well-characterized CD derivative is crucial.
