New ternary magnesium alloys AMgNi4 (A=Y, La, Ce, Pr and Nd) have been studied by First-Principles calculations within the generalized gradient approximation. The optimized structural parameters were in good agreement with the available experimental data. The calculated cohesive energies and formation enthalpies showed that these alloys had strong structural stability. Then the elastic constants Cij of these AMgNi4 alloys were calculated, and the bulk modulus B, shear modulus G, Young's modulus E, Poisson's ratio ν and anisotropy value A of polycrystalline materials were derived from the elastic constants, the related mechanical properties were further discussed. The electronic structures were also calculated to reveal the underlying mechanism for the structural stability and the elastic property. 相似文献

本文通过对La1/3Sr2/3Fe1-xCoxO3系列样品进行X射线衍射(XRD)和变温电阻率(p~T)、比热(C~T)、磁化率(M~T)等测试,研究了Co掺杂对该系列样品的晶体结构和电热磁性质的影响.结果表明,随着Co掺杂量的增加,晶胞体积单调减小;电阻中电荷有序(charge ordering,CO)的特征逐渐消失.Co含量低的样品随着温度降低发生顺磁-反铁磁(PM-AFM)转变和金属-绝缘体(M-I)转变;Co含量高的样品则在磁转变温度以下表现出团簇玻璃型短程铁磁有序行为,并且在整个测量温区内具有金属导电特性.这些证明Co掺杂引起电子的局域化效应是导致体系电磁和输运行为发生变化的主要原因. 相似文献

We investigate the Eulerian bond-cubic model on the square lattice by means of Monte Carlo simulations,using an efficient cluster algorithm and a finite-size scaling analysis.The critical points and four critical exponents of the model are determined for several values of n.Two of the exponents are fractal dimensions,which are obtained numerically for the first time.Our results are consistent with the Coulomb gas predictions for the critical O(n) branch for n < 2 and the results obtained by previous transfer matrix calculations.For n=2,we find that the thermal exponent,the magnetic exponent and the fractal dimension of the largest critical Eulerian bond component are different from those of the critical O(2) loop model.These results confirm that the cubic anisotropy is marginal at n=2 but irrelevant for n < 2. 相似文献

In this work, ZnO nanorod/Cu2O composite nanostructure solar cells were prepared using hydrothermal growth and electrodeposition. The CdS layer was added between ZnO and Cu2O to suppress carrier reverse recombination. Nondestructive interface deposition methods were employed to prepare CdS and Cu2O functional layers. The CdS layers were unconventionally deposited in non-alkaline solution, which can inhibit etching on the ZnO surface, and Cu2O layers were electrodeposited in ZnO-buffered alkaline solution which can also inhibit etching on the ZnO surface. Finally, the performance of solar cells was improved by adding a highly resistive CdS intermediate layer between ZnO and Cu2O layers. This work demonstrated the nondestructive interface approach of chemical solution deposition of functional layers on ZnO and possibilities for further improvements to the performance of Cu2O-based nanostructure solar cells with the addition of an intermediated layer. 相似文献

Using the tight-binding formalism, we explore the effect of weak disorder upon the conductance of zigzag edge silicene nanoribbons (SiNRs), in the limit of phase-coherent transport. We find that the fashion of the conductance varies with disorder, and depends strongly on the type of disorder. Conductance dips are observed at the Van Hove singularities, owing to quasilocalized states existing in surface disordered SiNRs. A conductance gap is observed around the Fermi energy for both edge and surface disordered SiNRs, because edge states are localized. The average conductance of the disordered SiNRs decreases exponentially with the increase of disorder, and finally tends to disappear. The near-perfect spin polarization can be realized in SiNRs with a weak edge or surface disorder, and also can be attained by both the local electric field and the exchange field. 相似文献

The properties of polymer matrix composites are related not only to the chemical composition of the materials but also to the processing equipment used for their preparation which has a direct influence on the microstructure of the composites. In this paper polypropylene (PP)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending through a self-developed, eccentric rotor extruder (ERE). The structure and elongational deformation mechanism of an ERE were described in detail. The morphological, rheological, thermal and mechanical properties of the resulting PP/MWCNTs nanocomposites were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and rheological analysis showed that the MWCNTs were well dispersed in the PP matrix. The thermal stability was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and indicated that the addition of MWCNTs could effectively improve the thermal stability of pure PP. The percentage of crystallinity and tensile strength of the composites were improved as a result of the heterogeneous nucleation effect of the MWCNTs in the PP matrix. The research results revealed that the enhancement of the properties of PP/MWCNTs composites could be attributed to a better dispersion of the MWCNTs in the matrix as compared to samples prepared by conventional extrusion. 相似文献

In order to achieve a higher lateral resolution required for ultraprecision measurement of microstructural workpieces, phase-only pupil filtering differential confocal microscopy (PFDCM), a new approach is proposed based on the differential confocal microscopy (DCM), which uses a three-zone phase-only pupil filter with lateral super-resolution capability obtained through optimized design to change the distribution of DCM three-dimensional point spread function, so that the DCM lateral resolution is therefore significantly improved while its axial resolution is slightly improved. Preliminary experimental comparison and analyses indicate that, the lateral and axial resolutions of PFDCM are better than 0.2 μm and 2 nm, respectively, when wavelength of incidence laser beam , numerical aperture of measuring lens NA=0.85, and lateral spot size with a three-zone phase-only pupil filter GT=0.65. It is therefore concluded that PFDCM is a new approach to further improvement of lateral resolution in laser probe measurement systems. 相似文献
