Synthesis of 6（E）—Geranylgeraniol—19—oic Acid

Facile synthesis of 6(E)-geranylgeraniol-19-oic acid 1,a naturally occurring alicyclic diterpene acid, by a Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons olefination of two readily available fragments 2 and 3,is described.

Based on the development prospect of cosmetics industry, the advantage of light industry characteristic and the foundation of applied chemistry in Jiangnan University, a systematic upgrading of applied chemistry was carried out through "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "upgrade and practice of chemistry-related majors of local and/or trade university responding to the social developments" supported by the Ministry of Education. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the orientation and training goal of applied chemistry were updated first, and then the curriculum system was determined and the curriculum construction is strengthened, so as to achieve more distinctive characteristics, more solid foundation and more comprehensive quality. In view of the new requirements of the 3E for talent training, some practices have been formed in the aspects of multi-disciplinary integration, multi-angle coordination and close integration to industry. Contributing the development of cosmetics industry and seizing the commanding point of science and technology from the perspective of talent training, will play a unique role in human social progress.     

Synthesis of 1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro-[1,4] diazepino[6,5,4-jk ]earbazole and related compounds

1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-Octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]earbazole (VIa) was synthesized from 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzodiazepine (la) via the route shown in Scheme 1. Other compounds which were prepared similarly are 3-acetyl-6-chloro-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino-[6,5,4-jk]carbazole(Vb) and 3-methyl-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]carb-azole (VIII). Chemical transformations which were carried out with VI and 3-acetyl-1,2,3,4,8,9, 10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]carbazole (Va) are also described.     

铁系元素冠醚配合物的研究——V.三氯化铁与4′-溴苯并-15-冠-5固态配合物的合成和性质

本文报导了三氯化铁(水合物)与4′-溴苯并-15-冠-5(L)固态配合物的合成,对合成的新配合物,进行了元素定量分析及摩尔电导测定,并作了红外光谱、紫外光谱,热重和差热以及X-射线粉末衍射分析的性质表征。从而证明,该配合物中FeCl₃与配体L比为1:1,是溶化剂,含有结晶水的固态配合物。     

锆对铂重整催化剂性能的影响规律

以正庚烷的转化为探针反应 ,研究了添加元素锆对铂重整催化剂性能的影响规律。结果表明 ,在 4 50℃和连续流动条件下 ,Pt/γ -Al2 O3催化剂中引入锆不仅能够提高铂催化剂的稳定性和芳构化产率、抑制氢解和异构化 ,而且能使铂催化剂保持初活性。锆含量在 0 .56%左右 ,其调变作用最为显著。     

A study of carboxylic-modified mesoporous silica in controlled delivery for drug famotidine

A series of pure silica MSU and carboxylic-modified MSU materials were prepared. The formation of mesoporous silica materials with terminal carboxylic groups on pore surface was performed by the acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of cyano to carboxylic. Then their potential applications in controlled drug delivery carriers were investigated. Drug famotidine was selected as a model molecule out of the consideration of the terminal amino groups in its molecule. The adsorption experiments show significant adsorption of famotidine on the carboxylic-modified MSU materials. And, the functionalization level of carboxylic groups has been found to be the key factor affecting the adsorption capacities of the modified MSU materials for famotidine. Subsequently, three kinds of release fluids, including simulated gastric medium, simulated intestinal medium, and simulated body fluid, were used to test the famotidine release rate from the carboxylic-modified MSU material. Obvious delayed effect has been observed for the famotidine release from the carboxylic-modified mesoporous silica material under the in vitro assays.     

ESR studies of γ-irradiated histone octamer and the histone H3

ESR spectrum of neat histone H3 γ-irradiated and observed at 77 K with low microwave power and modulation amplitude showed multiple resolved structure depicting nonequivalent interaction of the unpaired electron located at amido-carbonyl radical anion [– )NH–] of the peptide backbone with adjacent –NH– group and the β-proton of –CH group. The predominance of amido-carbonyl radical anion is in good accord with the expected partition of secondary electrons amongst the various electrophilic groups including peptide carbonyl and aromatic acid residues. Following a gradual rise of annealing temperature to room temperature, a double splitting spectrum from the well known -carbon amido radical was evolved.

本文用现场红外反射吸收光谱电化学方法和循环伏安法研究了Pt电极表面及附近水的行为. 据不同范围内得到的SNIFTIRS 谱中水峰的变化提出了三种可能的解释: (A)电极上水的吸附取向的改变; (B)电极附近水分子的长程有序的变化; (C)电极上水的氧化及还原, Pt-O化合物的形成导致薄层中水量的减少。
