Gear-like array of (H_2O)_(12) as building blocks in one-dimensional supramolecular assembly

The preparation and crystal structure of complex Co(Hsae)_2·2H_2O (1,H_2sae=N-salicylidene-2-iminoethanol) are reported.X- ray analysis revealed that every six Co(Hsae)_2 forms a cyclic chip and every 12 water forms a novel gear-like cluster.Acting as building blocks,the gear-like water cluster and complex chip are connected in A-B fashion and extend into one-dimensional supramolecular chain.Hydrogen bond is the primary bridging force in the formation of supramolecular framework.     

聚苯乙烯乳胶球三维有序体的制备及其显微形貌表征

A three-dimensional (3D) ordered structure was achieved by self-organization of monodisperse polystyrene latex about 250nm in diameter after being ambient dried. The stacked morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation. It is shown that the face-centered cubic(FCC) phase dominantly exists. This finding presents a potential template for preparing an inverse FCC structure as a photonic crystal of full band gap if the index contrast is higher than 2.8.     

汞的形态分析研究 Ⅱ.固相萃取预富集-液相色谱分离测定不同形态的有机汞

本文报道了固相萃取预富集处理样品继以液相色谱分离测定不同形态痕量有机汞的方法.二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)作络合剂及甲醇作洗脱液的预富集系统能在线富集甲基汞(MeHg)、乙基汞(EtHg)和苯基汞(PhHg).用于测定加标海水中MeHg、EtHg和PhHg,回收率分别为96.9％、102.4％和98.0％;相对标准偏差分别为3.5％、5.0％和5.0％;检测下限分别为 1.0μg/L、1.2 μg/L和 1.2 μg/L.

三元配合物钯（Ⅱ）-2,2''-联吡啶-L-天冬氨酸与DNA作用研究

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Organosoluble Methyl Substituted Poly(aryl Ether Ketone)s Containing Sulfone Linkage

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl₃ as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl₃ and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature.     

Polymer bound glutamic acid salicylaldehyde Schiff‐base complex ­catalyst for oxidation of olefins with ­dioxygen

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. Shape-controlled synthesis of copper colloids with a simple chemical route

The new electrical and optical properties of nanomaterials depend sensitively on both size and shape, which are of both fundamental and technological interest. This paper introduces a simple chemical method to produce copper particles, which has the ability to shape the particle without using any capping agent or template. In our synthetic procedure, the reactant concentration and temperature exerted a strong influence on the shape of the copper particles. At low reactant concentrations, the particles were cubic; at high reactant concentrations, obtained particles were spherical. The number of hollow particles greatly increased when the synthesis was performed at low temperature. We also synthesized a copper cubic ring at lower temperature, and it has been rarely reported. The absorption spectrum of hollow particles showed obvious red shifts, which suggests the possible assembly of novel optical materials.     

Polargraphic adsorptive waves of alkaline-earth metal complexes with thymolphthalexone

Sensitive derivative polarographic adsorption waves have been observed for alkaline-earth metal-TP complexes in 0.15M potassium hydroxide containing 3 x 10(-5)M thymolphthalexone (TP). The limit of detection for calcium, strontium and barium was 7.5 x 10(-7)M and for magnesium 4.0 x 10(-6)M. The proposed method has been used successfully for determining trace amounts of calcium in natural waters and hair samples. The composition of the complex has been shown to be 1:1 alkaline-earth metal:TP and various experiments have confirmed that the wave is an adsorption wave. The reaction mechanism has been studied by a number of methods.
