Conformational analysis of mono-and bis(dimethoxyphosphoryl)benzenes with substituents in the benzene ring was performed by the method of dipole moments, IR spectroscopy, and quantum-chemical calculations (DFT B3LYP/6-31G*). Comparison of all calculated and experimental data shows that the compounds studied exist as equilibrium mixtures of conformers with preferred gg orientation of the phosphoryl and methoxy groups. 相似文献

The reaction of chloroethynylphosphonates with N-substituted benzimidazole-2-thiones proceeded chemo- and regioselectively with the formation of cyclic zwitterions, namely alkyl (9H-benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]-thiazol-3-yl-4-ium)phosphonates. Chemo- and regioselective reaction of N-unsubstituted benzimidazole-2-thione with chloroethynylphosphonates led to the production of linear Z-1,2-bis(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylsulfanyl)-ethenylphosphonates. 相似文献

p-chloroaniline, p-anisidine, and p-aminoacetophenone, whose pK
b values are in the range of 9–13, to form new asymmetrical phosphorylated acetamidines in high yields. Structure of the compounds
