Reaction of 5-arylethynyl-2-methyl-2H-tetrazoles (acetylene tetrazoles) with arenes under the action of Brønsted superacid CF3SO3H or acidic zeolite HUSY CBV-720 gives rise to E-/Z-5-(2,2-diarylethenyl)-2-methyl-2H-tetrazoles, as products of hydroarylation of acetylene bond, in yields up to 98% with predominant formation of E-isomers. Cationic intermediates of these reactions have been studied theoretically by DFT calculations. Addition of CF3SO3H to the triple bond of acetylene tetrazoles leads to the corresponding E-/Z-vinyl triflates in high yields. Hydration of triple bond in these tetrazoles in H2SO4 results in the formation of 5-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-2-methyl-2H-tetrazoles. Tandem hydroarylation-ionic hydrogenation of acetylene tetrazoles in the systems acid(CF3SO3H or AlCl3)-arene-cyclohexane affords 5-(2,2-diarylethyl)-2-methyl-2H-tetrazoles. 相似文献

The rapid development of enantioselective C?H activation reactions has created a demand for new types of catalysts. Herein, we report the synthesis of a novel planar‐chiral rhodium catalyst [(C5H2tBu2CH2tBu)RhI2]2 in two steps from commercially available [(cod)RhCl]2 and tert‐butylacetylene. Pure enantiomers of the catalyst were obtained through separation of its diastereomeric adducts with natural (S)‐proline. The catalyst promoted enantioselective reactions of aryl hydroxamic acids with strained alkenes to give dihydroisoquinolones in high yields (up to 97 %) and with good stereoselectivity (up to 95 % ee). 相似文献

The paper deals with the effect of the compression conditions on the propagation front velocity of exothermal reaction and the specific heat release in Al–Ni powder reactive materials with mean particle sizes of 70–110 nm. It was shown that the velocity increases from 2.7 to 8 cm s?1 and comes to saturation with the lowering of the porosity (η) from 0.91 to 0.34, while the dependence of the specific heat release has its maximum for η?=?0.5. The results of the X-ray diffraction analysis obtained in situ during the sample heating suggest that the sequence of phase transformations in the system does not depend on the porosity. In all cases, first in the temperature range of ~?500–540 °C the NiAl compound is formed. With the further heating up to ~?640 °C, the Ni3Al, Ni2Al3 and NiAl3 compounds are additionally formed. The calculation of kinetic parameters was performed using the obtained curves of the differential scanning calorimetry: activation energy, pre-exponential factor and reaction model. The comparison of the calculated results and the scanning electron microscopy data has shown that such behavior of the Al–Ni system with the porosity lowering occurs due to the growth of the transformation degree and is associated with the presence in the final powder mixture of mutually non-contacting Al and Ni agglomerates with the dimensions of over 10 μm. 相似文献

Utilization of (p, 4n) reaction channel for the production of medical radionuclides became very attractive with commercial availability of medium energy cyclotrons. In present work, we show the proof-of-principle study on the production of 86Y for Positron Emission Tomography imaging via radionuclide generator 86Zr → 86Y. A method for the regioselective synthesis of imidazo[4,5-e][1,3]thiazino[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazine derivatives has been developed by the reaction of imidazotriazinethiones with ethyl phenylpropiolate upon treatment with potassium carbonate or sodium methoxide in methanol. The synthesis was accomplished by Michael-type addition of the imidazotriazinethiones to the triple bond of ethyl phenylpropiolate followed by subsequent intramolecular cyclization. 相似文献
