丙二酸酯衍生物2用2-氯硒基苯甲酰氯和2-(2-胺基乙氧基)乙醇为原料,经三步合成制得。2与C60的Bingel环加成反应制得C60基Ebselen衍生物3,产率为42% (基于已反应的C60),1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、FAB-MS和元素分析鉴定了其结构。为了证实3对鼠胸腺细胞的活力具有增强效应,C60衍生物4和2被选择,并采用与3相同的方法来处理鼠胸腺细胞,结果显示:3处理组的MTT(OD)值(0.335 ± 0.021)高于4处理组(MTT(OD): 0.283 ± 0.031)和2处理组(MTT(OD):0.247 ± 0.025),表明3在促进鼠胸腺细胞活力方面优于2 和 4。 相似文献

We study the L^l-error estimates for the upwind scheme to the linear advection equations with a piecewise constant coefficients modeling linear waves crossing interfaces. Here the interface condition is immersed into the upwind scheme. We prove that, for initial data with a bounded variation, the numerical solution of the immersed interface upwind scheme converges in L^l-norm to the differential equation with the corresponding interface condition. We derive the one-halfth order L^l-error bounds with explicit coefficients following a technique used in [25]. Histone deacetylases (HDACs) play an important role in tumorigenesis. Inhibition of HDACs is considered as a potent strategy for cancer therapy. Two lead compounds (ja and jb) were found to have activities against HDACs with IC50 at about 15 μmol/L. Then a new series of hydroximic acid derivatives were designed and synthesized based on them. The HDACs activity assay in vitro found that compounds J04 and ,109 are nearly as potent as the positive control drug Zolinza. 相似文献

This article describes a new and simple method for preparing polyimide nanocomposites that have very low dielectric constants and good thermal properties: simply through blending the polyimide precursor with a fluorinated polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane derivative, octakis(dimethylsiloxyhexafluoropropyl) silsesquioxane (OF). The low polarizability of OF is compatible with polyimide matrices, such that it can improve the dispersion and free volume of the resulting composites. Together, the higher free volume and lower polarizability of OF are responsible for the lower dielectric constants of the PI‐OF nanocomposites. This simple method for enhancing the properties of polyimides might have potential applicability in the electronics industry. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. temperature than that of a conventional solid-state reaction processing. The mechanism of the mechanical activation was studied.

In this research, poly(methyl methacrylate)‐b‐poly(butyl acrylate) (PMMA‐b‐PBA) block copolymers were prepared by 1,1‐diphenylethene (DPE) controlled radical polymerization in homogeneous and miniemulsion systems. First, monomer methyl methacrylate (MMA), initiator 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) and a control agent DPE were bulk polymerized to form the DPE‐containing PMMA macroinitiator. Then the DPE‐containing PMMA was heated in the presence of a second monomer BA, the block copolymer was synthesized successfully. The effects of solvent and polymerization methods (homogeneous polymerization or miniemulsion polymerization) on the reaction rate, controlled living character, molecular weight (Mn) and molecular weight distribution (PDI) of polymers throughout the polymerization were studied and discussed. The results showed that, increasing the amounts of solvent reduced the reaction rate and viscosity of the polymerization system. It allowed more activation–deactivation cycles to occur at a given conversion thus better controlled living character and narrower molecular weight distribution of polymers were demonstrated throughout the polymerization. Furthermore, the polymerization carried out in miniemulsion system exhibited higher reaction rate and better controlled living character than those in homogeneous system. It was attributed to the compartmentalization of growing radicals and the enhanced deactivation reaction of DPE controlled radical polymerization in miniemulsified droplets. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Methoxy‐substituted poly(triphenylamine)s, poly‐4‐methoxytriphenylamine ( PMOTPA ), and poly‐N,N‐bis(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐N′,N′‐diphenyl‐p‐phenylenediamine ( PMOPD ), were synthesized from the nickel‐catalyzed Yamamoto and oxidative coupling reaction with FeCl3. All synthesized polymers could be well characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. These polymers possess good solubility in common organic solvent, thermal stability with relatively high glass‐transition temperatures (Tgs) in the range of 152–273 °C, 10% weight‐loss temperature in excess of 480 °C, and char yield at 800 °C higher than 79% under a nitrogen atmosphere. They were amorphous and showed bluish green light (430–487 nm) fluorescence with quantum efficiency up to 45–62% in NMP solution. The hole‐transporting and electrochromic properties are examined by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical methods. All polymers exhibited reversible oxidation redox peaks and Eonset around 0.44–0.69 V versus Ag/AgCl and electrochromic characteristics with a color change under various applied potentials. The series of PMOTPA and PMOPD also showed p‐type characteristics, and the estimated hole mobility of O ‐ PMOTPA and Y ‐ PMOPD were up to 1.5 × 10?4 and 5.6 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. The FET results indicate that the molecular weight, annealing temperature, and polymer structure could crucially affect the charge transporting ability. This study suggests that triphenylamine‐containing conjugated polymer is a multifunctional material for various optoelectronic device applications. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
