Photo-reaction between the ligands Ph2ECH2EPh2 (E = P: dppm, E = As: dpam, E = Sb: dpsm), L, and the vanadium complexes η5-C5H5V(CO)4 and [Et4N][V(CO)6] yields monosubstituted mononuclear (dpsm) and dinuclear, ligand-bridged complexes (dpam, dpsm). With dppm, the final products are disubstituted chelate complexes, but monosubstituted mono- and dinuclear species are formed as intermediates.The shielding of the 51V nucleus decreases in the series dpsm > dppm > dpam and {M(CO)n} > {M(CO)n?1} L > {M(CO)n?1}2μ-L > {M(CO)n?2}dppm ({M(CO)n}[V(CO)6]?, η5-C5H5V(CO)4). The half-widths of the NMR signals are greater for dinuclear than for mononuclear complexes.The crystal and molecular structures of η5-C5H5V(CO)3As2Ph4 have been determined. The compound crystallizes in the space group P21/c with a = 1347.8, b = 1020.0, c = 2085.2 pm and β = 82.3°. Due to steric crowding, the 51V shielding is low composed to that of {η5-C5H5V(CO)3}2μ-dpam.  相似文献

The structures of the crystalline lithium enolates derived from 3, 3-dimethyl-2-butanone and from cyclopentanone have been determined by X-ray analysis. Both structures are tetrameric aggregates based on a Li4O4-cube, each Li+-ion being additionally bonded to the O-atom of a tetrahydrofuran solvent molecule.  相似文献

This combined experimental and theoretical study details the vicarious nucleophilic substitution by amination of 5,7‐dinitrobenzotriazol ( 1 ) and 4,6‐dinitrobenzotriazole‐3‐ium‐1‐oxide ( 4 ) with trimethylhydrazinium iodide to afford the new corresponding one‐ and two‐time aminated compounds and investigations of its mechanism by EPR spectroscopy. The preferred position for the first amination is computed by spin density population and verified by X‐ray crystallography. The zwitterionic structure of 4 is investigated in solution by 1H NMR spectroscopy and in solid state by X‐ray diffraction. Furthermore, the crystal structure of 1 is presented. The energetic behavior of the aminated products as well as the starting materials 1 and 4 was investigated, regarding sensitivities and performance.  相似文献

The formation of weakly bound molecular complexes between dimethyl ether (DME) and the trifluoromethyl halides CF3Cl, CF3Br and CF3I dissolved in liquid argon and in liquid krypton is investigated, using Raman and FTIR spectroscopy. For all halides evidence is found for the formation of C? X???O halogen‐bonded 1:1 complexes. At higher concentrations of CF3Br, a weak absorption due to a 1:2 complex is also observed. Using spectra recorded at temperatures between 87 and 125 K, the complexation enthalpies for the complexes are determined to be ?6.8(3) kJ mol?1 (DME?CF3Cl), ?10.2(1) kJ mol?1 (DME?CF3Br), ?15.5(1) kJ mol?1 (DME?CF3I), and ?17.8(5) kJ mol?1 [DME(?CF3Br)2]. Structural and spectral information on the complexes is obtained from ab initio calculations at the MP2/ 6‐311++G(d,p) and MP2/6‐311++G(d,p)+LanL2DZ* levels. By applying Monte Carlo free energy perturbation calculations to account for the solvent influences, and statistical thermodynamics to estimate the zero‐point vibrational and thermal influences, the ab initio complexation energies are converted into complexation enthalpies for the solutions in liquid argon. The resulting values are compared with the experimental data deduced from the cryosolutions.  相似文献

A plasmophore sensitized optode was developed for imaging ammonia (NH(3)) concentrations in muscle tissues. The developed ammonia sensor and an equivalent non plasmophore version of the sensor were tested side by side to compare their limit of detection, dynamic range, reversibility and overall imaging quality. Bio-degradation patterns of ammonia release from lean porcine skeletal muscle were studied over a period of 11 days. We demonstrate that ammonia concentrations ranging from 10nM can be quantified reversibly with an optical resolution of 127 μm in a sample area of 25 mm × 35 mm. The plasmophore ammonia optode showed improved reversibility, less false pixels and a 2 nM ammonia detection limit compared to 200 nM for the non-plasmophore sensor. Main principles of the sensing mechanism include ammonia transfer over a gas permeable film, ammonia protonation, nonactin facilitated merocyanine-ammonium coextraction and plasmophore enhancement. The vast signal improvement is suggested to rely on solvatochroism, nanoparticle scattering and plasmonic interactions that are utilized constructively in a fluorescence ratio. In addition to fundamental medicinal and biological research applications in tissue physiology, reversible ammonia quantification will be possible for a majority of demanding imaging and non imaging applications such as monitoring of low ammonia background concentrations in air and non-invasive medicinal diagnosis through medical breath or saliva analysis. The nanoparticle doped sensor constitutes a highly competitive technique for ammonia sensing in complex matrixes and the general sensing scheme offers new possibilities for the development of artificial optical noses and tongues.  相似文献

The efficient production of many medicinally or synthetically important starting materials suffers from wasteful or toxic precursors for the synthesis. In particular, the aromatic non-protected primary amine function represents a versatile synthetic precursor, but its synthesis typically requires toxic oxidizing agents and transition metal catalysts. The twofold electrochemical amination of activated benzene derivatives via Zincke intermediates provides an alternative sustainable strategy for the formation of new C−N bonds of high synthetic value. As a proof of concept, we use our approach to generate a benzoxazinone scaffold that gained attention as a starting structure against castrate-resistant prostate cancer. Further improvement of the structure led to significantly increased cancer cell line toxicity. Thus, exploiting environmentally benign electrooxidation, we present a new versatile and powerful method based on direct C−H activation that is applicable for example the production of medicinally relevant compounds.  相似文献
