181Hf ions were implanted at (900±10)K into (100) cleaved single crystal diamonds. After subsequent annealing residence site parameters were determined for the implanted ions employing the (133 keV)–(482 keV) cascade in181Ta in TDPAC technique. Fractions of 5% each were determined that experience axially symmetric electric field gradients (EFG) Vzz(1)=5.5×1017 V cm–2 and Vzz(2)=9.6×1017 V cm–2, respectively. The bulk of the ions are strongly disturbed by still higher electric field gradients.  相似文献

At pH 4.5 (citrate buffer), D -gluconhydroximo-lactone ( 2 ), the N-methylurethane 3 and the N-phenylurethane 4 inhibit competitively the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl β-D -glucopyranoside by emulsin. The IC50 values of 2, 3 , and 4 were 1.6 × 10?4, 1.0 × 10?4, and 5.8 × 10?6 M , respectively. The Ki values of 2 and 4 were 9.8 × 10?5 and 2.3 × 10?6 M , respectively, while D-glucono-1,5-lactone ( 1 ) showed IC50 = 1.1 × 10?4 M and Ki = 3.7 × 10?5 M .  相似文献

On the Steric Course of the Reaction of Enamines Derived from Open-Chain Aldehydes and Ketones with Nitro-olefins Yielding 2,3-Disubstituted 4-Nitroketones The relative configuration of the nitro-ketone 12 obtained by the title reaction has been proved by a Baeyer-Villiger degradation and subsequent reduction to the amino-alcohol (±)-(u)- 20 , the relative configuration of which is identical with a sample prepared from 2-methyl-3-hydroxybutyrate of known configuration (Scheme 1). The stereochemical course of the title reaction is thus as predicted by our topological rule. It is assumed that the other nitro-ketones 13–18 described here are also formed by (lk)-combination of the trigonal centers of the educts (diastereoselectivity > 90%, see Formulae and Fig. 1). It is not possible to reverse this relative topicity by employing (Z)- instead of (E)-components of the starting materials, due to the reversibility of the primary step of these Michael additions (Schemes 2 and 3, and Fig. 2).  相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of New Selenido-bridged Ruthenium Clusters The reaction of Se(SiMe3)2 with [RuCl2(PPh3)3], or a mixture of [RuCl2(PPh3)3] and alkylphosphines leads to the formation of selenido-bridged ruthenium clusters. In this publication the compounds [Ru6Se8(PPh3)6] ( 1 ), [Ru6Se8(PEt3)6] ( 2 ) und[Ru6Se8(PnPr3)6] ( 3 ) are described.The compounds 1-3 contain Ru616+ cluster cores with Ru2+ and Ru3+ centers. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by single crystal X-ray structural analyses.  相似文献

The direct and repetitive injection of untreated biological fluids (e.g., hemolyzed blood, plasma, serum, cell culture and tissue homogenates) onto an HPLC-system and the subsequent analysis of low-molecular weight compounds (e.g. drugs, xenobiotics, metabolites) is rendered possible by a coupled-column configuration and special precolumn packings. For this purpose a new family of chemically and enzymatically tailored reversed-phase packing materials have been prepared. The LC-integrated sample clean-up with these restricted access (bimodal) phases is based on the complete nonadsorptive size exclusion of macromolecules (e.g. proteins) and on the simultaneous dynamic partitioning of the target molecules. The bonded phase which exclusively covers the internal pore surface of a glyceryl-modified silica is a butyryl-(C-4), capryloyl-(C-8) or stearoyl-(C-18) moiety. These ligands allow a classical reversed-phase or ion-pair chromatography during the sample work-up step. The capacity of the n-alkyl phase is comparable with conventional silica based RP-materials. The broad hydrophobic retentive capability of these packings allows the extraction of a wide variety of compounds of biomedical interest. The electroneutral and hydrophilic particle exterior (glyceryl-residues) was generated using either soluble or immobilized enzymes (lipase, esterase) which cleave the fatty acid esters exclusively at the outer surface. Unwanted macromolecular components of a sample (e.g. proteins) are quantitatively eluted in the void volume due to the restricted access given by the pore size (6 nm) and the nonadsorptive external diol coverage. The lifetime of a precolumn (25 × 4 mm I.D.) packed with these novel bimodal, i.e. RP-SEC phases exceeds more than 200 injections of 500 l plasma. In addition to the synthesis, this paper describes an application of each of these Alkyl-Diol Silica (ADS) precolumn packings in fully automated coupled-column HPLC systems for the analysis of drugs and endogenous compounds in different biological matrices.Dedicated to Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. The impending implementation of billions of Internet of Things and wireless sensor network devices has the potential to be the next digital revolution, if energy consumption and sustainability constraints can be overcome. Ambient photovoltaics provide vast universal energy that can be used to realise near-perpetual intelligent IoT devices which can directly transform diffused light energy into computational inferences based on artificial neural networks and machine learning. At the same time, a new architecture and energy model needs to be developed for IoT devices to optimize their ability to sense, interact, and anticipate. We address the state-of-the-art materials for indoor photovoltaics, with a particular focus on dye-sensitized solar cells, and their effect on the architecture of next generation IoT devices and sensor networks.

Background  

SCF ubiquitin ligases share the core subunits cullin 1, SKP1, and HRT1/RBX1/ROC1, which associate with different F-box proteins. F-box proteins bind substrates following their phosphorylation upon stimulation of various signaling pathways. Ubiquitin-mediated destruction of the fission yeast cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor Rum1p depends on two heterooligomerizing F-box proteins, Pop1p and Pop2p. Both proteins interact with the cullin Pcu1p when overexpressed, but it is unknown whether this reflects their co-assembly into bona fide SCF complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of the tetradentate ligand N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (L-OH) with MoO2Cl2 in methanol in the presence of NaOMe and PF6- results in the formation of [MoO2(L-O)]PF6. Similarly, the reaction of N-(2-mercaptobenzyl)-N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (L-SH) with MoO2(acac)2 leads to the formation of [MoO2(L-S)]+. The dioxo-molybdenum complex [MoO2(L-O)]+ reacts with phosphines in methanol to afford phosphine oxides and an air-sensitive molybdenum complex, tentatively identified as [Mo(IV)O(L-O)(OCH3)]. The latter complex is capable of reducing biological oxygen donors such as DMSO or nitrate, thereby mimicking the activity of DMSO reductase and nitrate reductase. Reaction of [MoO2(L-O)]PF6 with PPh3 in other solvents than methanol leads to the formation of the Mo(V) dimer [(L-O)OMo(micro-O)MoO(L-O)](PF6)2. The crystal structures of [MoO2(L-O)]PF6 and the micro-oxo bridged dimer are presented.  相似文献

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterised by selective neuronal death in the brain stem and spinal cord. The cause is unknown, but an increasing amount of evidence has firmly certified that neuroinflammation plays a key role in ALS pathogenesis. Neuroinflammation is a pathological hallmark of several neurodegenerative disorders and has been implicated as driver of disease progression. Here, we describe a treatment study demonstrating the therapeutic potential of a tandem version of the well-known all-d-peptide RD2 (RD2RD2) in a transgenic mouse model of ALS (SOD1*G93A). Mice were treated intraperitoneally for four weeks with RD2RD2 vs. placebo. SOD1*G93A mice were tested longitudinally during treatment in various behavioural and motor coordination tests. Brain and spinal cord samples were investigated immunohistochemically for gliosis and neurodegeneration. RD2RD2 treatment in SOD1*G93A mice resulted not only in a reduction of activated astrocytes and microglia in both the brain stem and lumbar spinal cord, but also in a rescue of neurons in the motor cortex. RD2RD2 treatment was able to slow progression of the disease phenotype, especially the motor deficits, to an extent that during the four weeks treatment duration, no significant progression was observed in any of the motor experiments. Based on the presented results, we conclude that RD2RD2 is a potential therapeutic candidate against ALS.  相似文献
