An immunoaffinity column for the selective extraction and concentration of the herbicide triclopyr from water samples and quantification on line by HPLC has been developed. The immunoaffinity device was prepared by immobilising triclopyr antibodies to hydrazide derivatized azlactona beds. Efficient desorption of bound triclopyr was achieved with 70% ethanol/water solution. The column was evaluated regarding selectivity, recovery, capacity, saturation volume and reusability. Obtained results show that immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) can be used for quantitative extraction, concentration and determination of triclopyr from water samples. 相似文献

According to a general theory of domain decomposition methods (DDM), recently proposed by Herrera, DDM may be classified into two broad categories: direct and indirect (or Trefftz‐Herrera methods). This article is devoted to formulate systematically indirect methods and apply them to differential equations in several dimensions. They have interest since they subsume some of the best‐known formulations of domain decomposition methods, such as those based on the application of Steklov‐Poincaré operators. Trefftz‐Herrera approach is based on a special kind of Green's formulas applicable to discontinuous functions, and one of their essential features is the use of weighting functions which yield information, about the sought solution, at the internal boundary of the domain decomposition exclusively. A special class of Sobolev spaces is introduced in which boundary value problems with prescribed jumps at the internal boundary are formulated. Green's formulas applicable in such Sobolev spaces, which contain discontinuous functions, are established and from them the general framework for indirect methods is derived. Guidelines for the construction of the special kind of test functions are then supplied and, as an illustration, the method is applied to elliptic problems in several dimensions. A new variable inclination shock tube has been set up especially for the visualization of shock induced high speed flows. This device allows for the generation of shock waves of Mach numbers ranging from 1.05 to 4, moving horizontally, vertically from up to down or the opposite, or with any inclination angle. It is coupled with a suitable high-speed camera shadowgraph visualization system, and the whole facility has been realized so as to be both very easy to use and movable. 近年来,催化CO2合成精细化学品的研究备受关注。本研究在温和条件下利用金属双氮杂环卡宾催化剂实现CO2与末端炔烃的直接羧化反应,并提出合理的催化机理。首先,合成制备了铜基、银基两种金属双氮杂环卡宾催化剂,实验证明银双氮杂环卡宾配合物具有较好催化活性。通过改变环境条件和底物种类,对反应条件及催化剂底物适应性进行了探究,利用核磁共振谱仪表征产物分子结构并计算直接羧化反应的催化产率。结果表明,适宜催化条件为:1.2eq Cs2CO3作为添加剂、1大气压、室温、无水溶剂和1(mmol)%催化剂用量。银基金属催化剂活性较铜基催化剂高并具有广泛的底物适应性,对苯乙炔的催化产率高达93%;对乙炔气体同样具有良好的催化活性。此类催化剂具有优良的催化活性,能催化合成丙炔酸等重要医药中间体,在工业应用上具有极大潜力和广阔前景。 相似文献

Until now, an unconditional nonlinear energy stability analysis for thermal convection according to Navier-Stokes theory had not been developed for the case in which the viscosity depends on the temperature in a quadratic manner such that the viscosity has a maximum. We analyse here a model of non-Newtonian fluid behaviour that allows us to develop an unconditional analysis directly when the quadratic viscosity relation is allowed. By unconditional, we mean that the nonlinear stability so obtained holds for arbitrarily large perturbations of the initial data. The cyclometalated complex [RuII(o‐C6H4‐py)(MeCN)4]PF6 ( 1 ) with a σ‐Ru? C bond and four substitutionally labile acetonitrile ligands mediates radical polymerization of different vinyl monomers, viz. n‐butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, and styrene, initiated by three alkyl bromides: ethyl 2‐bromoisobutyrate, methyl 2‐bromopropionate, and 1‐phenylethyl bromide. The polymerization requires the presence of Al(OiPr)3 and occurs uncontrollably as a conventional radical process. The variation of the molar ratio of the components of the reaction mixture, such as initiator, Al(OiPr)3 and catalyst, affected the polymerization rates and the molecular weights but did not improve the control. A certain level of control has been achieved by adding 0.5 eq of SnCl2 as a reducing agent. Tin(II) chloride decreased the rate of polymerization and simultaneously the molecular weights became conversion‐dependent and the polydispersities were also narrowed. Remarkably, the level of control was radically improved in the presence of excess of the poorly soluble catalyst ( 1 ), when the added amount of ( 1 ) was not soluble any more, i.e., under heterogeneous conditions, the system became adjustable and the living polymerization of all three monomers was finally achieved.
