The need for more efficient power cycles has attracted interest in super-critical CO2 (sCO2) cycles. However, the effects of high CO2 dilution on auto-ignition at extremely high pressures has not been studied in depth. As part of the effort to understand oxy-fuel combustion with massive CO2 dilution, we have measured shock tube ignition delay times (IDT) for methane/O2/CO2 mixtures and hydrogen/O2/CO2 mixtures using sidewall pressure and OH* emission near 306?nm. Ignition delay time was measured in two different facilities behind reflected shock waves over a range of temperatures, 1045–1578?K, in different pressures and mixture regimes, i.e., CH4/O2/CO2 mixtures at 27–286 atm and H2/O2/CO2 mixtures at 37–311 atm. The measured data were compared with the predictions of two recent kinetics models. Fair agreement was found between model and experiment over most of the operating conditions studied. For those conditions where kinetic models fail, the current ignition delay time measurements provide useful target data for development and validation of the mechanisms.  相似文献

The synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones by cyclocondensation of anthranilamide with ketones in aqueous media using Hβ zeolite is reported. The scope of the reaction was explored by various ketones such as aromatic, aliphatic and cyclic ketones. Based on the preliminary mechanistic results, a tentative mechanism for the formation of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones using zeolite catalyst (Hβ) is predicted. The reusability study, large-scale experiment and water as solvent showed significant benefits of this catalytic protocol in comparing to earlier methods.  相似文献

The use of quantitative carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ((13)C NMR) for the determination of resin loadings has been investigated. Magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectra have been obtained for solvent-swollen resins on a conventional 7 mm CP/MAS probe using the two pulse phase modulation (TPPM) proton decoupling sequence. Loadings of resin-bound organic compounds were evaluated via addition of tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)silane as reference or using the carbon resonances of the polymeric resin material as an internal standard. Results for several functionalized Wang and trityl resins are consistent with those obtained using well-established analytical methods. The (13)C NMR method has interesting applications in the field of solid-phase organic synthesis (SPOS), since no functional group acting as a support for the attachment of a quantifiable chromophore must be available in the material of interest.  相似文献

The title compounds, both C23H21ClN2OS, are isomeric, with (I) and (II) being the N‐3‐methyl­phenyl and N‐2‐methyl­phenyl derivatives, respectively. The dihedral angle between the 4‐chloro­phenyl group and the thio­phene ring in (II) [38.1 (1)°] is larger than that in (I) [7.1 (1)°], indicating steric repulsion between the chloro­phenyl and o‐toluidine groups in (II). In both compounds, an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond forms a pseudo‐six‐membered ring, thus locking the molecular conformation. In the crystal structures, mol­ecules are connected via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the b axis in (I) and along the c axis in (II). Intermolecular C—H⋯O/S and π–π interactions are also observed in (II), but not in (I).  相似文献

The conformation and tautomeric structure of (Z)‐4‐[5‐(2,6‐difluorobenzyl)‐1‐(2‐fluorobenzyl)‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyridin‐3‐yl]‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐N‐(2‐oxopyrrolidin‐1‐yl)but‐3‐enamide, C27H22F3N3O5, in the solid state has been resolved by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. The electron distribution in the molecule was evaluated by refinements with invarioms, aspherical scattering factors by the method of Dittrich et al. [Acta Cryst. (2005), A 61 , 314–320] that are based on the Hansen–Coppens multipole model [Hansen & Coppens (1978). Acta Cryst. A 34 , 909–921]. The β‐diketo portion of the molecule exists in the enol form. The enol –OH hydrogen forms a strong asymmetric hydrogen bond with the carbonyl O atom on the β‐C atom of the chain. Weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist between the weakly acidic α‐CH hydrogen of the keto–enol group and the pyridinone carbonyl O atom, and also between the hydrazine N—H group and the carbonyl group in the β‐position from the hydrazine N—H group. The electrostatic properties of the molecule were derived from the molecular charge density. The molecule is in a lengthened conformation and the rings of the two benzyl groups are nearly orthogonal. Results from a high‐field 1H and 13C NMR correlation spectroscopy study confirm that the same tautomer exists in solution as in the solid state.  相似文献

Reactions of hydroxyl (OH) radicals with 1-butene (k(1)), trans-2-butene (k(2)), and cis-2-butene (k(3)) were studied behind reflected shock waves over the temperature range 880-1341 K and at pressures near 2.2 atm. OH radicals were produced by shock-heating tert-butyl hydroperoxide, (CH(3))(3)-CO-OH, and monitored by narrow-line width ring dye laser absorption of the well-characterized R(1)(5) line of the OH A-X (0, 0) band near 306.7 nm. OH time histories were modeled using a comprehensive C(5) oxidation mechanism, and rate constants for the reaction of OH with butene isomers were extracted by matching modeled and measured OH concentration time histories. We present the first high-temperature measurement of OH + cis-2-butene and extend the temperature range of the only previous high-temperature study for both 1-butene and trans-2-butene. With the potential energy surface calculated using CCSD(T)/6-311++G(d,p)//QCISD/6-31G(d), the rate constants and branching fractions for the H-abstraction channels of the reaction of OH with 1-butene were calculated in the temperature range 300-1500 K. Corrections for variational and tunneling effects as well as hindered-rotation treatments were included. The calculations are in good agreement with current and previous experimental data and with a recent theoretical study.  相似文献

Electron affinity of plasma embedded muonium (μ+e?) and pionium (π+e?) has been estimated using a general three‐body formalism within variational framework. Electron correlation is taken care of using extended Hylleraas basis sets. The stability of the three‐body systems have been studied under the Debye screening model of the plasma, which changes the Coulombic potential to the screened Coulomb one. The electron affinity of the muonium and pionium is maximum for free systems, and it decreases gradually toward zero with increase of the plasma strength, which tends to push the three‐body system toward gradual instability. To improve our understanding of the combustion characteristics of propyne, new experimental data for ignition delay times (IDTs), pyrolysis speciation profiles and flame speed measurements are presented in this study. IDTs for propyne ignition were obtained at equivalence ratios of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 in ‘air’ at pressures of 10 and 30 bar, over a wide range of temperatures (690–1460 K) using a rapid compression machine and a high-pressure shock tube. Moreover, experiments were performed in a single-pulse shock tube to study propyne pyrolysis at 2 bar pressure and in the temperature range 1000–1600 K. In addition, laminar flame speeds of propyne were studied at an unburned gas temperature of 373 K and at 1 and 2 bar for a range of equivalence ratios. A detailed chemical kinetic model is provided to describe the pyrolytic and combustion characteristics of propyne across this wide-ranging set of experimental data. This new mechanism shows significant improvements in the predictions for the IDTs, fuel pyrolysis and flame speeds for propyne compared to AramcoMech3.0. The improvement in fuel reactivity predictions in the new mechanism is due to the inclusion of the propyne + H?2 reaction system along with ?H radical addition to the triple bonds of propyne and subsequent reactions.  相似文献
