Highly Regioselective Sequential 1,1‐Dihydrosilylation of Terminal Aliphatic Alkynes with Primary Silanes

A regioselective double 1,1‐hydrosilylation of terminal aliphatic alkynes with primary silanes catalyzed by one cobalt catalyst has been developed. gem‐Bis(dihydrosilyl)alkanes containing four silicon‐hydrogen bonds are efficiently constructed in an atom‐economical manner. Tolerated substrates include simplest alkyne‐ethyne, a complicated drug derivative and various functionalized terminal aliphatic alkynes. Asymmetric approach using two catalysts is achieved with excellent enantioselectivities to access corresponding chiral products. The transformations of Si—H bonds into Si—C, Si—O, and Si—F bonds and the synthesis of enantioriched α‐hydroxysilane show synthetic utility.     

Z‐bpy,a New C2‐Symmetric Bipyridine Ligand and Its Application in Enantioselective Copper(I)‐Catalyzed Cyclopropanation of Olefins

A rigid C₂‐symmetric chiral bipyridine ligand Z‐bpy with a triptycene‐like backbone was designed and synthesized from simple chemicals in a scalable route. Using this new ligand, copper(I) catalyzed cyclopropanation of styrenes with commercial ethyl diazoacetate produced various corresponding cyclopropanes in high yields, diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity up to 97% ee.     

A ratio-metric fluorescent sensor design platform with red emission of Europium(III) as built-in fluorescence correction

A Eu^III-containing single molecule BCR-Eu as design platform for ratio-metric fluorescent sensor which includes a blue-emitting coumarin dye, a green-emitting BODIPY fluorophore and a Eu^III moiety as the origin of red light has been designed and synthesized. The compound BCR shows only green emission with large stoke shift when excited in 400 nm due to good fluorescence resonance energy transfer from coumarin to BODIPY. After embedding Eu^III complexes in the molecule, BCR-Eu exhibits dual emission which is equal in magnitude and independent of each other, when excited at the range of 305–365 nm. An emission from Lanthanide complexes as the stable built-in standard fluorescence peak offers a promising opportunity to enhance the precision of bioimaging and also an ideal design platform for future ratio-metric fluorescent sensor.     

Enantioselective Dicarbofunctionalization of Unactivated Alkenes by Palladium‐Catalyzed Tandem Heck/Suzuki Coupling Reaction

A highly enantioselective dicarbofunctionalization of unactivated alkenes was implemented by a Pd‐catalyzed asymmetric tandem Heck/Suzuki coupling reaction. This reaction represents the first example of a highly enantioselective intramolecular cyclization/cross‐coupling of olefin‐tethered aryl halides with alkyl‐, alkenyl‐ or arylboronic acids, and provides rapid access to a number of chiral compounds, such as dihydrobenzofurans, indolines, chromanes, and indanes bearing a quaternary stereocenter, in good yields with excellent enantioselectivities. The practicality of this reaction was validated in the modification of biologically complex molecules such as peptides, piperitol, CB2 receptor agonists, etc. Moreover, the synthesis of two enantiomers can be easily realized by simple change in the order of the steps in the coupling sequence.     

镍(Ⅱ)-PAN-吐温80分光光度法测定原油中的镍

以 1 (2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 萘酚 (PAN) -吐温 80为显色体系测定原油中的镍。配合物的最大吸收波长为 5 6 8nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 5 .3× 10 4L/ (mol·cm)。镍含量在 0～ 14 μg/ (2 5mL)范围内服从朗伯 -比耳定律。以三乙醇胺和硫脲作为掩蔽剂 ,可消除原油中铁 (Ⅲ )、钴 (Ⅱ )、铜 (Ⅱ )、钒 (V)等离子的干扰。人工合成样品的平均回收率为10 2 .12 % ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.83%。两种原油样品中镍含量测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 1.37%、2 .12 % ,加标回收率分别为 97.6 7%、98.76 %。

Simultaneous Determination of Aromatic Amines by Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Carbon Nanotubes/Poly (3-methylthiophene) Modified Dual-Electrode

Liquid chromatography with amperometric detection (LC-AD) is developed and applied to simultaneously determine five aromatic amines. In the LC-AD, a new carbon nanotubes/poly(3-methylthiophene) modified dual-electrode is fabricated and then used as the working electrode. It is found that this chemically modified electrode (CME) exhibits efficiently electrocatalytic oxidation for aromatic amines with relatively high sensitivity, stability and long-life. Thus, lower detection in LC-AD can be achieved, which are 4.0 × 10^–8 mol L^–1 for aniline, 1.6 ×10^–7 mol L^–1 for 4-nitroaniline, 1.0 × 10^–7 mol L^–1 for 4-chloroaniline, 1.5 × 10^–7 mol L^–1 for 1-naphthylamine, 1.7 × 10^–7 mol L^–1 for 2-bromoaniline. The recoveries of the five analytes are also determined, which range between 0.95 and 1.05 for drinking water, 0.86 and 1.10 for the LiWa River water.     

Direct optical detection of singlet oxygen from a single cell

Singlet oxygen has been detected in single nerve cells by its weak 1270 nm phosphorescence (a1deltag --> X3sigmag-) upon irradiation of a photosensitizer incorporated in the cell. Thus, one can now consider the application of direct optical imaging techniques to mechanistic studies of singlet oxygen at the single-cell level.     

Highly selective stir bar coated with dummy molecularly imprinted polymers for trace analysis of bisphenol A in milk

A water compatible molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) coated stir bar for bisphenol A(BPA) was prepared with 3,3',5,5'-tetrabromobisphenol A as the dummy template molecule in this study. The dummy molecularly imprinted polymers coated stir bar (DMIPs-SB) showed better selectivity than the bars coated with polydimethylsiloxane or non-imprinted polymers when used to extract BPA and its three analogues. The saturated adsorption amount of the DMIPs coating was 3.0 times over that of the non-imprinted polymers coating. To achieve the optimum extraction performance, several parameters, including extraction and desorption time, pH value, adsorption temperature and stirring speed were investigated. The high-performance liquid chromatography combined with the DMIPs-SB was employed in the analysis of BPA in aqueous solution. The linear range of BPA concentration in aqueous medium was 0.0228-2.28 ng/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and the detection limit was about 6.84 × 10(-3) ng/mL based on three times ratio of signal to noise. This method was directly applied to the determination of trace BPA in milk with satisfactory results.
