In this paper, the qualitative analysis methods of a dynamical system are used to investigate the peakon soliton solutions of K(2;-2; 4) equation: ut + a(u2)x + b[u-2(u4)xx]x = 0. The phase portrait bifurcation of the traveling wave system corresponding to the equation is given. The explicit expressions of the peakon soliton solutions are obtained by using the portraits. The graph of the solutions are given with the numerical simulation. This supplements the results obtained in [4]. 相似文献
Poly(benzyl malate) (PBM), together with its derivatives, have been studied as nanocarriers for biomedical applications due to their superior biocompatibility and biodegradability. The acquisition of PBM is primarily from chemical routes, which could offer polymer-controlled molecular weight and a unique controllable morphology. Nowadays, the frequently used synthesis from L-aspartic acid gives an overall yield of 4.5%. In this work, a novel synthesis route with malic acid as the initiator was successfully designed and optimized, increasing the reaction yield up to 31.2%. Furthermore, a crystalline form of PBM (PBM-2) that polymerized from high optical purity benzyl-β-malolactonate (MLABn) was discovered during the optimization process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed that the crystalline PBM-2 had obvious diffraction peaks, demonstrating that its internal atoms were arranged in a more orderly manner and were different from the amorphous PBM-1 prepared from the racemic MLABn. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves and thermogravimetric curves elucidated the diverse thermal behaviors between PBM-1 and PBM-2. The degradation curves and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images further demonstrated the biodegradability of PBM, which have different crystal structures. The hardness of PBM-2 implied the potential application in bone regeneration, while it resulted in the reduction of solubility when compared with PBM-1, which made it difficult to be dissolved and hydrogenated. The solution was therefore heated up to 75 °C to achieve benzyl deprotection, and a series of partially hydrogenated PBM was sequent prepared. Their optimal hydrogenation rates were screened to determine the optimal conditions for the formation of micelles suitable for drug-carrier applications. In summary, the synthesis route from malic acid facilitated the production of PBM for a shorter time and with a higher yield. The biodegradability, biosafety, mechanical properties, and adjustable hydrogenation widen the application of PBM with tunable properties as drug carriers. 相似文献
Obesity is a persistent metabolic condition resulting from the excessive accumulation or abnormal distribution of body fat. This study aimed to establish an experimental rat model of obesity. The efficacy of treating obesity with Hedan tablets (HDT) was assessed by monitoring changes in weight, blood lipid levels, analyzing inflammatory factors, evaluating organ indices, and observing liver tissue pathology. Furthermore, we utilized 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing technology to explore changes in intestinal flora. In addition, GC–MS was used to measure fecal short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) content. The onset of obesity led to a significant decrease in the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria. Conversely, the administration of HDT demonstrated a substantial ability to increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria. Obesity resulted in a noteworthy reduction in total SCFAs, a trend significantly reversed in the HDT group. Through correlation analysis, it was determined that HDT mitigated the inflammatory response and improved blood lipid levels by augmenting the abundance of Lactobacillus, Limosilactobacillus, Ruminococcus, and Enterococcus. These particular intestinal flora were identified as regulators of SCFA metabolism, thereby ameliorating metabolic abnormalities associated with obesity. Moreover, HDT intervention elevated the overall fecal concentration of SCFAs, thereby improving metabolic disorders induced by obesity. The anti-obesity effects of HDT are likely attributable to their capacity to influence the composition of intestinal flora and boost SCFA levels in the intestine. 相似文献
In the present work, the graphene oxide/blue phase liquid crystal composites and long aminoalkyl chains functionalized graphene/blue phase liquid crystal composites were prepared by doping the additives into a blue phase exhibiting liquid crystal host. It is found that the blue phase temperature range could be widened by dispersing a small amount of functionalized graphene. It suggests that anisotropic two-dimensional flake nanoparticles may be of great usefulness for stabilizing blue phases. 相似文献
Shale reservoirs are characterized by very low permeability in the scale of nano-Darcy. This is due to the nanometer scale of pores and throats in shale reservoirs, which causes a difference in flow behavior from conventional reservoirs. Slip flow is considered to be one of the main flow regimes affecting the flow behavior in shale gas reservoirs and has been widely studied in the literature. However, the important mechanism of gas desorption or adsorption that happens in shale reservoirs has not been investigated thoroughly in the literature. This paper aims to study slip flow together with gas desorption in shale gas reservoirs using pore network modeling. To do so, the compressible Stokes equation with proper boundary conditions was applied to model gas flow in a pore network that properly represents the pore size distribution of typical shale reservoirs. A pore network model was created using the digitized image of a thin section of a Berea sandstone and scaled down to represent the pore size range of shale reservoirs. Based on the size of pores in the network and the pore pressure applied, the Knudsen number which controls the flow regimes was within the slip flow regime range. Compressible Stokes equation with proper boundary conditions at the pore’s walls was applied to model the gas flow. The desorption mechanism was also included through a boundary condition by deriving a velocity term using Langmuir-type isotherm. It was observed that when the slip flow was activated together with desorption in the model, their contributions were not summative. That, is the slippage effect limited the desorption mechanism through a reduction of pressure drop. Eagle Ford and Barnett shale samples were investigated in this study when the measured adsorption isotherm data from the literature were used. Barnett sample showed larger contribution of gas desorption toward gas recovery as compared to Eagle Ford sample. This paper has produced a pore network model to further understand the gas desorption and the slip flow effects in recovery of shale gas reservoirs.
