Complexes of the general formula [ReIII(L)Cl(PPh3)2] have been synthesised by reacting H2L and [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] in ethanol. Here H2L represents imines of α-amino acids (glycine, l-alanine, l-valine, l-phenylalanine) derived from salicylaldehyde and naphthaldehyde. The crystal structure of one complex has been determined. The complexes are mononuclear, paramagnetic and display paramagnetic 1H NMR in CDCl3 solution. Their spectral and redox properties are scrutinised.  相似文献

Novel hot-melt type flexible, tough, thermally stable, processable, thermoplastic, aromatic polyimides have been synthesized involving reaction of a keto-ether containing diamine with hinged aromatic dianhydrides followed by thermal and chemical cyclodehydration. Inherent viscosity in DMAC at 35°C of the synthesized polymers ranged 1.02 to 1.4 dl/g (0.5% solution). The polymers showed a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 250°C to 180°C as determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermomechanical analysis (TMA). Thermogravimetric analysis showed polymer stability up to 510°C, in both air and nitrogen atmospheres. All the polymers have shown good melt-flow. Films of 1.5–2.8 ml thickness were made and tested for mechanical properties at room temperature, 177°C and 210°C. The developed films are suitable for adhesion of Ti/Ti specimens and showed a lap shear strength of 5575 psi. Melt-fusion of the polymers gave tough moldings. Graphite cloth composites have been made and tested for mechanical properties.  相似文献

High mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) is a nuclear protein that can interact with a receptor for advanced glycation end-products (RAGE; a multi-ligand immunoglobulin receptor) and mediates the inflammatory pathways that lead to various pathological conditions, such as cancer, diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Blocking the HMGB1/RAGE axis could be an effective therapeutic approach to treat these inflammatory conditions, which has been successfully employed by various research groups recently. In this article, we critically review the structural insights and functional mechanism of HMGB1 and RAGE to mediate inflammatory processes. More importantly, current perspectives of recent therapeutic approaches utilized to inhibit the communication between HMGB1 and RAGE using small molecules are also summarized along with their clinical progression to treat various inflammatory disorders. Encouraging results are reported by investigators focusing on HMGB1/RAGE signaling leading to the identification of compounds that could be useful in further clinical studies. We highlight the current gaps in our knowledge and future directions for the therapeutic potential of targeting key molecules in HMGB1/RAGE signaling in the pathophysiology of inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

We report the quantum transport studies on Bi2Se3 single crystal with bulk carrier concentration of ~1019 cm–3. The Bi2Se3 crystal exhibits metallic character, and at low temperatures, the field dependence of resistivity shows clear Shubnikov–de Haas (SdH) oscillations above 6 T. The analysis of these oscillations through Lifshitz–Kosevich theory reveals a non‐trivial π Berry phase coming from three‐dimensional (3D) Fermi surface, which is a strong signature of Dirac fermions with three‐dimensional dispersion. The large Dingle temperature and non zero slope of Williamson–Hall plot suggest the presence of enhanced local strain field in our system which possibly transforms the regions of topological insulator to 3D Dirac fermion metal state. The paper deals with growth estimates and approximation (not necessarily entire) of solutions of certain elliptic partial differential equations. These solutions are called generalized bi-axially symmetric potentials (GBASP's). To obtain more refined measure of growth, we have defined $q$-proximate order and obtained the characterization of generalized $q$-type and generalized lower $q$-type with respect to $q$-proximate order of a GBASP in terms of approximation errors and ratio of these errors in sup norm.  相似文献

The detection and identification of markers of scheduled chemicals plays an important role in verification analysis of Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). This paper describes the gas chromatography electron ionization mass spectrometric (GC/EI-MS) analysis of N,N-dialkylaminoethyl-2-methoxyethyl ethers (DAEMEs), which are identified as characteristic degradation markers of N,N-dialkylaminoethyl-2-chlorides. N,N-dialkylaminoethyl-2-chlorides produced DAEMEs on reacting with the universally used decontamination solution (DS-2). DAEMEs were prepared by condensation of N,N-dialkylaminoethyl-2-chlorides with 2-methoxy ethanol the active ingredient of DS-2. Based on the GC/EI-MS analysis of DAEMEs the generalized fragmentation routes are proposed which rationalize most of the characteristic ions in EI-MS.  相似文献
