Two new 2‐dodecyl benzotriazole (BTz) based donor‐acceptor‐donor (DAD) type polymers were synthesized and characterized in terms of their electrochemical and spectral properties. These DAD type polymers were synthesized electrochemically from furan or thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (TT) end‐capped BTz monomers. Furan based and thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene based monomers showed monomer oxidations at 1.15 and 1.25 V, respectively, which eased the formation of conducting polymer films without overoxidation. Cyclic voltammetry and spectroelectrochemistry studies showed that both materials are multicolored electrochromic polymers. Bisphosphonates can be labeled with Technetium-99m (99mTc) and are used for bone imaging because of their good localization in the skeleton and rapid clearance from soft tissues. Over the last decades bone scintigraphy has been used extensively in the evaluation of oncological patients to provide information about the sites of bone lesions, their prognosis and the effectiveness of therapy by showing the sequential changes in tracer uptake. Since the lesion visualization and lesion/bone ratio are important utilities for a bone scanning radiopharmaceutic; in this study incorporation of 99mTc labeled alendronate sodium (99mTc–ALD) was evaluated in U2OS (human bone osteosarcoma) and NCI-H209 (human bone carcinoma) cell lines. ALD was directly labeled by 99mTc, radiochemical purity and stability of the complex were analyzed by radioactive thin layer chromatography and radioactive high performance liquid chromatography studies. For cell incorporation study, NCI-H209 and U2OS cell lines were used with standard cell culture methods. The six well plates were used for all experiments and the integrity of each cell monolayer was checked by measuring its transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) with an epithelial voltammeter. Results confirmed that ALD was successfully radiolabeled with 99mTc. 99mTc–ALD incorporated with NCI-H209 and U2OS cells. The uptake percentages of 99mTc–ALD in NCI-H209 and U2OS cell lines were found significantly different. Since 99mTc–ALD highly uptake in cancer cell line, the results demonstrated that radiolabeled ALD may be a promising agent for bone cancer diagnosis. 相似文献

Several 6-substituted-8-nitrothiazolo[3,2-c]pyrimidine derivatives have been obtained very efficiently by a multicomponent cyclisation of 2-(nitromethylene)thiazolidine, formaldehyde and various aliphatic or aromatic amines in water, using both microwave irradiation and conventional heating. Reaction yields were considerably higher and the reaction times very much reduced using microwave heating when compared to conventional heating, resulting in the definition of a rapid and efficient synthetic protocol. 相似文献

Base-catalyzed one-pot cyclocondensation reactions of acryloyl and cinnamoyl chlorides with β-nitroenamine derivatives have been performed under mild conditions and target 7-substituted thiazolo-[3,2-a] or imidazolo-[1,2-a]pyridin-5-one derivatives were prepared successfully in moderate to good yields. The cyclization reactions may proceed via Michael addition followed by iminoketene-amide tautomerization in view of the products formed. 相似文献

In this paper we develop a general theory of modules which are invariant under automorphisms of their covers and envelopes. When applied to specific cases like injective envelopes, pure-injective envelopes, cotorsion envelopes, projective covers, or flat covers, these results extend and provide a much more succinct and clear proofs for various results existing in the literature. A new donor‐acceptor copolymer consisting of triazoloquinoxaline and 9,9‐dialkylfluorene units on the main chain has been synthesized, characterized and evaluated as donor material in bulk heterojunction solar cells using PC61BM as an acceptor. The resulting polymer PTQF showed good thermal stability and solubility in common organic solvents. Cyclic Voltammetry measurements showed that the PTQF has HOMO–LUMO energy levels of ?5.13 and ?3.62 eV, respectively. DFT calculations revealed that the HOMO is delocalized all over the thiophene and fluorene units and the LUMO is localized mainly on the triazole and pyrazine units. PTQF absorbs broadly in the visible region and exhibits a bandgap of 1.4 eV. Photovoltaic devices exhibited 1.7% efficiency for 1:2 PTQF:PC61BM blend ratio using Ca/Ag electrodes. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2013 相似文献

This review discusses and compares the methods given for the determination of rare earth elements (REE) in natural water samples, including sea, river, lake, tap, ground and waste waters as well as Antarctic ice. Since REE are at very low concentrations in natural waters, numerous different preconcentration methods have been proposed to enable their measurement. These include liquid liquid extraction, dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction and solidified floating drop micro-extraction. In addition to liquid-liquid extraction methods, solid phase extraction using commercial resins, resins made in-house, silica-based exchange materials and other solid media is also discussed. These and other techniques such as precipitation/co-precipitation and flotation are compared in terms of speed, preconcentration factors achieved, precision, accuracy and limits of detection (LOD). Some papers have discussed the direct determination of REE in these sample types. Some have used specialised sample introduction systems such as ultrasonic nebulization whereas others have used a standard sample introduction system coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection. inert perfluoro chemicals (PFCs) have been used for the first time for optical O2 sensing purposes.
The response to oxygen of the Ru complex in 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (RTIL-I) and 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium
bromide (RTIL-II) has been evaluated in terms of sensitivity, stability, regeneration ability and response time. The response
times were 2 and 5 s, respectively, and the signal changes were reversible. Better oxygen solubility, enhanced molar absorption
coefficients and photostabilies were found for the RTILs. The stability the Ru complex in RTILs was tested over 12 months
and it is when stored in the ambient air of the laboratory.

A novel series of 1,3,5‐trisubstituted‐2‐pyrazoline derivatives ( 4a ‐ 4k ) was synthesized and their chemical structures characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy. These compounds were evaluated as inhibitors for of type A and type B monoamine oxidase (MAO) enzymes. The most common inhibitors of MAO enzymes used to treat depression and anxiety such as selegiline and moclobemide drugs were used as reference agents. A result of biological evaluation of these compounds revealed compounds 4c , 4d , and 4? as potent and selective MAO A inhibitors. The most active compound 4? , which is 2,4‐dimethoxy at phenyl ring, showed strong inhibitory activity at MAO A (IC50 of 0.0445 ± 0.0018μM). Furthermore, compounds 4c and 4d showed significant inhibition profile on MAO A with the IC50 values 0.1423 ± 0.0051μM and 0.2148 ± 0.0067μM, respectively. 相似文献
