4,4'-Dinitrocarbanilide (DNC) was extracted from chicken, duck, goose, and snake eggs and isolated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. DNC was detected by ultraviolet absorbance at 347 nm and quantitated by comparison with a calibration standard. Recoveries of DNC from fortified control chicken, duck, goose, and snake egg samples were determined for DNC levels of 0.16, 10, and 16 microg/g. The mean recoveries from chicken, duck, goose, and snake eggs were 92 +/- 4, 88 +/- 9, 87 +/- 7, and 95 +/- 6%, respectively. The method limits of detection for DNC in chicken, duck, goose, and snake eggs ranged from 0.015 to 0.035 microg/g. The reported method is much simpler than and equally efficient as previous methods developed for the determination of DNC residues in egg contents.  相似文献

A model has been developed for calculating the enthalpy, entropy and free energy change associated with the creation of cavities in a liquid the size of which corresponds to the volume occupied by a solvent molecule. The molar enthalpy change H cav equals the molar enthalpy of vaporization of the liquid, the free energy change G cav is given by G cav=–RT ln (V m ·p eq /RT) (V m =molar volume,p eq =equilibrium vapor pressure) and is related to the standard free energy of vaporization. This relationship provides an estimate of the free energy of cavity formation required to accomodate a substrate in the liquid. It has been shown, that the free energy of solvation of a substrate can be dissected into different contributions accounting for (1) the concentration dependence of partial molar free energy quantities, (2) the formation of holes in the solvent, (3) the existence of specific, short range solute-solvent interactions and (4) the dielectric polarization of the medium. Application of this concept leads to an equation of the general form G S G R =a(DN S –DN R )+b(AN S –AN R )+c(G vp oS G vp oR ), where G represents the free energy of reaction or activation,DN the donor number,AN the acceptor number and G vp o the standard free energy of vaporization of a solventS and a reference solventR, resp.

An n-octylmethyl, diphenyl-polysiloxane called SOP-50-Octyl was prepared by a condensation reaction of bis(dimethylamino) n-octylmethylsilane with diphenylsilanediol. The resulting copolymer was a gum with high molecular weight and was obtained with a yield of 80%. 1H and 29Si NMR spectroscopy revealed that the copolymer was a 52% octylmethyl, 48% diphenyl-polysiloxane with random microstructure. Small cyclic impurities could be almost quantitatively removed via a purification step. SOP-50-Octyl was used as stationary phase for the preparation of wall coated open tubular fused silica capillary columns for gas-liquid chromatography. The capillary columns exhibited high separation efficiency and high inertness. The stationary phase offered a unique selectivity due to its unique composition. The Rohrschneider-McReynolds constants indicated a low overall polarity in spite of the high phenyl content, as the polarity was distinctly decreased by the octyl substituent. Furthermore, the octyl substituent was responsible for a high column bleed, reducing the maximum allowable operating temperature to 280 degrees C. The elution temperatures of apolar compounds were increased due to increased interaction of the octyl substituent with the analytes. Some applications with volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds illustrate that SOP-50-Octyl is an excellent choice for confirmational analyses.  相似文献

This review addresses the special problems associated with the micro-structural characterization of thin and ultrathin organic films, primarily by optical spectroscopies. Films which are deposited by Langmuir-Blodgett techniques, self-assembly chemistry, and bulk film deposition techniques are considered. The use of enhanced optical excitation using surface phasma resonances and integrated optical structures is discussed extensively, as is the use of ellipsometry. Discussion of the spectroscopies used is broken into a section on electronic spectroscopies and an extensive discussion of vibrational spectroscopies. Vibrational information may be obtained with photons (absorption or scattering) or electrons (loss spectra), and the types of experimental systems amenable to each, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each are explored.  相似文献

Synthesis and Molekular Structures of N‐substituted Diethylgallium‐2‐pyridylmethylamides (2‐Pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amine ( 1a ) and (2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamine ( 1b ) form with triethylgallane the corresponding red adducts 2a and 2b via an additional nitrogen‐gallium bond. These oily compounds decompose during distillation. Heating under reflux in toluene leads to the elimination of ethane and the formation of the red oils of [(2‐pyridylmethyl)(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]diethylgallane ( 3a ) and [(2‐pyridylmethyl)‐di(tert‐butyl)silylamido]diethylgallane ( 3b ). In order to investigate the thermal stability solvent‐free 3a is heated up to 400 °C. The elimination of ethane is observed again and the C‐C coupling product N, N′‐Bis(diethylgallyl)‐1, 2‐dipyridyl‐1, 2‐bis(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)amido]ethan ( 4 ) is found in the residue. Substitution of the silyl substituents by another 2‐pyridylmethyl group and the reaction of this bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine with GaEt3 yield triethylgallane‐diethylgallium‐bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 5 ). The metalation product adds immediately another equivalent of triethylgallane regardless of the stoichiometry. The reaction of GaEt3 with 2‐pyridylmethanol gives quantitatively colorless 2‐pyridylmethanolato diethylgallane ( 6 ).  相似文献

The applicability of pulsed field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to nanocapsule systems is demonstrated on dispersed poly-n-butylcyanoacrylate nanocapsules as a model system. Spectroscopic data are presented that allow for the structural characterization of the inner cavities, the observation of Brownian motion of the capsules and the detection of rapid molecular exchange through the capsule walls. An analytical formula is proposed that yields equilibrium populations and average residence times of a given tracer molecule, thus leading to crucial information regarding the permeability of the capsule walls. Based on these analytical methods, two varieties of nanocapsules are compared that derive from two different preparation procedures. It is found that thinner capsule walls obtained under acidic conditions of the organic phase during interfacial polymerization lead to correspondingly higher exchange rates of benzene as a tracer molecule.  相似文献

Die mittleren Abstände betragen: Ge[6]–O=1,863, Ge[4]–O=1,704 und P–O=1,525 Å.

The crystal structure of Ge5O[PO4]6 has been determined and refined by least-squares, using three-dimensional x-ray data fromWeissenberg-photographs: space group ;a=7.994±0.004 andc=24.87±0.01 Å;Z=3; 467 independent reflections;R=0.086.The crystal structure consists of isolated [GeO6] octahedra and [Ge2O7] double tetrahedra which are linked by [PO4] groups forming a three-dimensional network. The average interatomic distances are: Ge[6]–O=1.863, Ge[4]–O=1.704 and P–O=1.525 Å.
