The Black Sea tritium level was investigated in 33 places southward the Danube Delta covering about 360 km of the Black Sea Western Shore. Both surface (10 cm depth) and bottom (up to 20 m depth) water samples were collected. In the close vicinity of Danube Delta, the tritium activity concentration in the surface water was around 28 TU, which is almost the same as that of the Danube River waters, but it decreased to about 5 TU in the bottom water. This discrepancy slowly diminished wherein at about 120 km southward, the tritium content in both surface and bottom water reached almost the same constant value of 6.5 ± 2.3 TU. This value, about two and a half times smaller than that reported 17 years ago, remained almost unchanged for the last 240 km of shore up to the Turkish border.  相似文献

Iron-based nanoparticles prepared by precipitation from solid solution of saturated binary Cu-Fe alloy were studied by transmission electron microscopy, high-energy X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The results showed that the investigated as-prepared nanoparticles contained two phases. The major phase was determined as α?F e and the minor phase as γ?F e 2 O 3. Furthermore, additionally annealed samples in Ar protective atmosphere were investigated. Results showed clear decrease in contribution of α?F e phase and also revealed the presence of various iron oxides (maghemite, magnetite, hematite and w?stite).  相似文献

This study presents the improved method of smectite type clays pillaring, using aluminum salts. To achieve this goal, natural clay with a percentage of more than 95% montmorillonite was used. In order to analyze the pillaring process, a thermal procedure was used (thermal programmed desorption). The results of the pillaring process show that a controlled distance between the foliar band structures as long as 18·10–10 m can be obtained. The clays modified by pillaring can be used as molecular sieves in microfiltration processes or as agents in residual water chemical depolluting processes. They also have zeolite properties which make them reusable.  相似文献

The in situ spectroelectrochemical cyclic voltammetric studies of the antimony-monocapped nickel(II) and iron(II) tris-pyridineoximates with a labile triethylantimony cross-linking group and Zr(IV)/Hf(IV) phthalocyaninate complexes were performed in order to understand the nature of the redox events in the molecules of heterodinuclear zirconium(IV) and hafnium(IV) phthalocyaninate-capped derivatives. Electronic structures of their 1e-oxidized and 1e-electron-reduced forms were experimentally studied by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy and UV−vis−near-IR spectroelectrochemical experiments and supported by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The investigated hybrid molecular systems that combine a transition metal (pseudo)clathrochelate and a Zr/Hf-phthalocyaninate moiety exhibit quite rich redox activity both in the cathodic and in the anodic region. These binuclear compounds and their precursors were tested as potential catalysts in oxidation reactions of cyclohexane and the results are discussed.  相似文献

A series of new pyrrole derivatives were designed as chemical analogs of the 1,4-dihydropyridines drugs in order to develop future new calcium channel blockers. The new tri- and tetra-substituted N-arylpyrroles were synthesized by the one-pot reaction of 1-methyl-3-cyanomethyl benzimidazolium bromide with substituted alkynes having at least one electron-withdrawing substituent, in 1,2-epoxybutane, acting both as the solvent and reagent to generate the corresponding benzimidazolium N3-ylide. The structural characterization of the new substituted pyrroles was based on IR, NMR spectroscopy as well as on single crystal X-ray analysis. The toxicity of the new compounds was assessed on the plant cell using Triticum aestivum L. species and on the animal cell using Artemia franciscana Kellogg and Daphnia magna Straus crustaceans. The compounds showed minimal phytotoxicity on Triticum rootlets and virtually no acute toxicity on Artemia nauplii, while on Daphnia magna, it induced moderate to high toxicity, similar to nifedipine. Our research indicates that the newly synthetized pyrrole derivatives are promising molecules with biological activity and low acute toxicity.  相似文献

The immunoreactivity or/and stress response can be induced by nanomaterials’ different properties, such as size, shape, etc. These effects are, however, not yet fully understood. This study aimed to clarify the effects of SiO2 nanofibers (SiO2NFs) on the cellular responses of THP-1-derived macrophage-like cells. The effects of SiO2NFs with different lengths on reactive oxygen species (ROS) and pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β in THP-1 cells were evaluated. From the two tested lengths, it was only the L-SiO2NFs with a length ≈ 44 ± 22 µm that could induce ROS. Compared to this, only S-SiO2NFs with a length ≈ 14 ± 17 µm could enhance TNF-α and IL-1β expression. Our results suggested that L-SiO2NFs disassembled by THP-1 cells produced ROS and that the inflammatory reaction was induced by the uptake of S-SiO2NFs by THP-1 cells. The F-actin staining results indicated that SiO2NFs induced cell motility and phagocytosis. There was no difference in cytotoxicity between L- and S-SiO2NFs. However, our results suggested that the lengths of SiO2NFs induced different cellular responses.  相似文献

Diastereoselective double C−H heteroarylation of chiral ferrocenes provides valuable compounds with multiple functionalities using mild reaction conditions and simple reagents. Pd-Complexes with chiral mono-protected amino acids afforded corresponding heteroarylated ferrocenyl amines in good yields and high diastereomeric purities. In this way, a variety of indole, thiophene, pyrrole, or furan substituents were introduced to the ferrocene moiety. Furthermore, a range of relevant functional groups, for example ketone, ester, chloro, nitro, or silyl, are tolerated by this method. An alternative combination of amino acid and ferrocenyl amine configurations was leveraged to provide the complementary diastereomeric products. The products of C−H heteroarylation can be transformed into corresponding phosphines. Absolute configurations of CH-activation products were confirmed by the combination of X-ray crystallographic analysis and CD spectroscopy. 19F NMR kinetic study and DFT calculations provided insights into the reaction mechanism and reasons governing stereoinduction.  相似文献
