本文绘出了一种金属固体线膨胀系数的测量方法,即采用光纤位移传感器的方法（光纤微位移法）来测量固体的线膨胀系数．测量了黄铜的线胀系数,分别用逐差法和线性回归法处理了实验数据,并与标准值进行了比较．     

Pogostone Enhances the Antibacterial Activity of Colistin against MCR-1-Positive Bacteria by Inhibiting the Biological Function of MCR-1

The emergence of the plasmid-mediated colistin resistance gene mcr-1 has resulted in the loss of available treatments for certain severe infections. Here we identified a potential inhibitor of MCR-1 for the treatment of infections caused by MCR-1-positive drug-resistant bacteria, especially MCR-1-positive carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE). A checkerboard minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) test, a killing curve test, a growth curve test, bacterial live/dead assays, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, cytotoxicity tests, molecular dynamics simulation analysis, and animal studies were used to confirm the in vivo/in vitro synergistic effects of pogostone and colistin. The results showed that pogostone could restore the bactericidal activity of colistin against all tested MCR-1-positive bacterial strains or MCR-1 mutant–positive bacterial strains (FIC < 0.5). Pogostone does not inhibit the expression of MCR-1. Rather, it inhibits the binding of MCR-1 to substrates by binding to amino acids in the active region of MCR-1, thus inhibiting the biological activity of MCR-1 and its mutants (such as MCR-3). An in vivo mouse systemic infection model, pogostone in combination with colistin resulted in 80.0% (the survival rates after monotherapy with colistin or pogostone alone were 33.3% and 40.0%) survival at 72 h after infection of MCR-1-positve Escherichia coli (E. coli) ZJ487 (blaNDM-1-carrying), and pogostone in combination with colistin led to one or more order of magnitude decreases in the bacterial burdens in the liver, spleen and kidney compared with pogostone or colistin alone. Our results confirm that pogostone is a potential inhibitor of MCR-1 for use in combination with polymyxin for the treatment of severe infections caused by MCR-1-positive Enterobacteriaceae.     

SiN团簇光电子能谱的指认

应用含时密度泛函理论研究了SiN团簇低能激发态的性质.将计算结果与前人已有的计算结果进行了比较，此外还根据计算得到的低能激发能对SiN^-阴离子的光电子能谱进行了理论指认.研究表明，SiN^-阴离子的基态为¹Σ态，而光电子能谱上的X峰和A峰分别对应于¹Σ→²Σ和¹Σ→²Π的跃迁.研究结果还表明，用含时密度泛函的方法来处理激发态的问题是成功的. 关键词： 团簇 光电子能谱 基态 激发态     

双层散射介质的单次后向散射光谱分析

从上皮组织的结构特点出发,基于米氏(Mie)散射理论,建立了双层散射介质的单次后向散射光谱的理论模型,该模型通过偏振门屏蔽来自下层的噪声背景,只保留来自上层的单次散射光。计算分析了粒子的形态学参量如平均尺寸及其分布、相对折射率变化时,单次散射光谱的特征。并用傅里叶波形分析法研究了这些参量对单次后向散射光谱曲线形状及其谐波幅值的影响。结果表明,这些只经历了表层粒子单次散射的光谱信号对表层粒子的平均尺寸及其分布、相对折射率具有灵敏性。对光谱曲线波纹结构的幅值、频率,散射强度,光谱谐波的幅值有直接的影响。研究结果对早期癌症的散射光谱特征识别及其特征提取有重要的实用价值。     

Calibrating an optical fiber humidity sensor and applying it in real-time monitoring of relative humidity in fresh concrete

A doubly cladding single-mode fiber humidity sensor is fabricated by agarose. The sensor has an insertion loss of -0.08 dB and a power change of -17.83 dB. The responses of the sensor to a relative humidity （RH） range form 30% to 100% at a temperature range form 25 to 34 ~C are validated. The experiments demonstrate that the absorbability of agarose gel to moisture decreases with increasing RH in measured gas. We propose a calibration method that uses lookup tables and construct a corresponding calibration matrix. Using the sensor, we conduct real-time monitoring of RH in fresh concrete during its hardening nrocess.

双层钙钛矿La1.8Ca1.2Mn2O7磁性相关I-V非线性与电输运性质

采用传统固相反应法制备了双层钙钛矿结构锰氧化物La_1.8Ca_1.2Mn₂O₇陶瓷,并用X射线粉末衍射法,扫描电镜,HL5500PC Hall效应分析仪和综合物性测量系统(PPMS)对其磁、电性质进行了表征.结果表明:经过两次高温烧结可合成具有双层Sr₃Ti₂O₇型四方结构的La_1.8Ca_1.2Mn_2<     

丁酮分子内价轨道1a″的电子动量谱学研究

用高分辨率电子动量谱仪进行丁酮分子的结合能谱和内价轨道1a″电子动量谱的实验工作，以及用Hartree-Fock和密度泛函理论方法对1a″轨道电子动量谱的理论研究. 得到了各价轨道的电离能值以及理论计算的总能、偶极矩和1a″轨道的二维密度图. 并比较了内价轨道1a″的电子动量谱的实验和理论计算结果，实验结果与理论计算符合较好.     

Diels–Alder dimerization of Morita–Baylis–Hillman acetates catalyzed by organocatalysts

DABCO-catalyzed dimerization of Morita–Baylis–Hillman acetates to synthesize a series of 3-alkyl-4-(E)-alkenyl-cyclohex-1-ene-1,4-dicarbonyl compounds in excellent yields with modest to excellent diastereoselectivity is reported. A plausible reaction mechanism is also proposed on the basis of previous literature and preliminary investigation the asymmetric version of the reaction.     

The effective ionization coefficients and electron drift velocities in gas mixtures of CF3I with N2 and CO2 obtained from Boltzmann equation analysis

The electron swarm parameters including the density-normalized effective ionization coefficients(α-η)/N and the electron drift velocities V e are calculated for a gas mixture of CF3I with N2 and CO2 by solving the Boltzmann equation in the condition of a steady-state Townsend(SST) experiment.The overall density-reduced electric field strength is from 100 Td to 1000 Td(1 Td = 10-17V·cm2),while the CF3I content k in the gas mixture can be varied over the range from 0% to 100%.From the variation of(αη)/N with the CF3I mixture ratio k,the limiting field strength(E/N) lim for each CF3I concentration is derived.It is found that for the mixtures with 70% CF3I,the values of(E/N) lim are essentially the same as that for pure SF 6.Additionally,the global warming potential(GWP) and the liquefaction temperature of the gas mixtures are also taken into account to evaluate the possibility of application in the gas insulation of power equipment.
