采用数值模拟的方法研究中性束辐射光谱(BES)对开展与中性束相关的光谱诊断与实验有重要的指导意义.本文在HL-2A托卡马克装置上利用ADAS数据库(Atomic Data and Analysis Structure,1998)计算有效束辐射系数和有效束衰减系数,分析了束辐射光谱强度与等离子体运行参数和中性束参数的关系,并在不同的中性束注入能量、等离子体密度分布和等离子体温度分布的情况下,获得了束辐射光谱强度的空间分布.在ne=2×1013 cm<

Considering the diffusion reaction at solid interfaces, the ignition temperature of compounds fabricated by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is modelled with the help of size-dependent activation energy. As reactant size decreases, ignition temperature also decreases. This is because of increased contact areas between the reactants and the lowered diffusion barrier, both of which must be calculated specifically for reactants in nanoscale. We describe a Q-switched Er:GdVO4 laser resonantly pumped by a MgO-doped periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator (MgO: PPLN OPO) at 1536 nm. In continuous-wave lasing, the maximum output power is 1.14 W with an incident pump power of 4.7 W and a slope efficiency of 27%. In Q-switched operation, 1.1 mJ of output pulse energy is achieved at 200 Hz. The upper-state lifetime at different pulse repetition frequencies is also calculated. 相似文献

This paper studies the magnetic hysteresis and refrigeration capacity of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys in detail during heating and cooling isothermal magnetisation processes. The Ni-Mn-Ga alloys show larger magnetic hysteresis when they transform from austenite to martensite, but smaller magnetic hysteresis when they transform from martensite to austenite. This behaviour is independent of either the pure Ni-Mn-Ga alloys or the alloys doped with other elements. Because of the existence of the magnetic hysteresis, the relation between the magnetic entropy change and refrigeration capacity is not simply linear. For practical consideration, magnetocaloric effect of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys should be investigated both on cooling and heating processes. 相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers, [Co(NH2-Aip)(H2Bibim)] n (1), [Co(NH2-Aip)(HBibimop)] n √ nH2O (2) and [Mn(NH2-Aip) √ H2O] n √ 2nH2O (3) with NH2-Aip and similar benzimidazole derivative ligands (NH2-Aip = 5-aminoisophthalic acid, H2Bibim = 2,2′-bibenzimidazole and HBibimop = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-oxapropane), have been synthesised under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. 5-Aminoisophthalic acid ligand adopts μ2-, μ3- and μ4-bridge coordination fashion and benzimidazole derivatives exist as terminal- and bridge-mode in complexes 1–3. The intricate hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions in supramolecular framework are discussed. Using the combination of ultraviolet–visible absorption titration and fluorescence spectra, the experimental results show that complexes 1 and 2 bind to DNA in an intercalative mode and their DNA-binding constants (K b ) are also found. 相似文献

The azido sugar,GalNAz,was successfully used for imaging and perturbing protein glycosylation in triple-negative breast cancer cell line,MDA-MB-231.After the incorporation of GalNAz in the triple-negative breast cancer cell line,the tumorigenicity of these cells was decreased.Results from gene analysis and drug treatment suggest that the tumorigenicity decrease may be attributed to the reduction of cancer stem cell population.Possible mechanisms of GalNAz induced cancer stem cells(CSCs) proportion change are discussed. 相似文献

Abstract Cefpirome was synthesized in 37.7% overall yield from 3-chloromethyl-7-phenylacetylamino cephalosporanic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester (GCLE) by sequential substitution of C-3 chloride with iodide and 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine, followed by a one-pot procedure including deprotection of carboxyl group, hydrolysis of 7-phenylacetamido, and reaction with 2-mercaptobenzothiazolyl-(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetate (MAEM). The reaction conditions were as follows: obtained from GCLE at low temperature (?5 to 0 °C) and absence of light, 3-iodomethyl-7-phenylacetylamino cephalosporanic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester (GILE) without purification was reacted directly with 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine, in which the molar ratio of GCLE, NaI, and 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine was 1:2:4, and the molar ratio of the resulting compound p-methoxybenzyl 7-phenylacetylamido-3-(2,3-cyclopenteno-1-pyridinio)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate iodide and MAEM was 1:1.1. The structure of the intermediate and the target compound obtained were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and mass spectroscopy. 相似文献
