Novel 5-oxazolone derivatives containing an N-phenyl-aza-15-crown-5 moiety were synthesized for the first time. The structures of the new derivatives were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and FT-IR. In addition, evaluation of the visible absorption and emission properties of the structures were carried out in eight different solvents. The products show intense visible absorption maxima in the range 467-524 nm, and fluoresced strongly, with emission maxima from 496 to 689 nm in all the solvents tested.  相似文献

The analytical performance of a miniature quartz trap coupled with electrochemical hydride generator for antimony determination is described. A portion of the inlet arm of the conventional quartz tube atomizer was used as an integrated trap medium for on-line preconcentration of electrochemically generated hydrides. This configuration minimizes transfer lines and connections. A thin-layer of electrochemical flow through cell was constructed. Lead and platinum foils were employed as cathode and anode materials, respectively. Experimental operation conditions for hydride generation as well as the collection and revolatilization conditions for the generated hydrides in the inlet arm of the quartz tube atomizer were optimized. Interferences of copper, nickel, iron, cobalt, arsenic, selenium, lead and tin were examined both with and without the trap. 3σ limit of detection was estimated as 0.053 μg l− 1 for a sample size of 6.0 ml collected in 120 s. The trap has provided 18 fold sensitivity improvement as compared to electrochemical hydride generation alone. The accuracy of the proposed technique was evaluated with two standard reference materials; Trace Metals in Drinking Water, Cat # CRM-TMDW and Metals on Soil/Sediment #4, IRM-008.  相似文献

An electrically heated tungsten coil was used as a trap in the determination of antimony. The technique consists of three steps. Initially, SbH3 is formed by hydride generation procedure; then the analyte species in vapor form are transported to W-coil trap heated at 370 °C. Following the preconcentration step, the trap is heated to 895 °C; analyte species are revolatilized and transported to the flame-heated quartz atom cell where atomization and the formation of signal take place. The experimental parameters were optimized both for trap and no-trap studies. The most important experimental parameters are concentrations of HCl and NaBH4 solutions, H2 and Ar gas flow rates, and collection and revolatilization temperatures of W-coil. Accuracy was tested using a certified reference material, waste water EU-L-1. Limit of detection for the system is 16 ng l− 1 using a sample of 36 ml collected in 4.0 min. Enhancement factor in sensitivity was 17.  相似文献

This Communication describes a facile route to the preparation of ultrathin gold nanowires using linear chains formed from [(oleylamine)AuCl] complex via aurophilic interaction. The linear chains, with AuI...AuI bonds as the backbone and surrounded by oleylamines, can group together to form bundles of polymeric strands. When the AuI was reduced to Au0 by reacting with Ag nanoparticles in hexane, the polymeric strands functioned as both the source of Au and the template to mediate the nucleation and growth of Au nanowires. Using this method, we were able to produce Au nanowires with an average diameter of approximately 1.8 nm and an aspect ratio of >1000 in high yields (approximately 70%).  相似文献

Reconfiguration of membrane protein channels for gated transport is highly regulated under physiological conditions. However, a mechanistic understanding of such channels remains challenging owing to the difficulty in probing subtle gating‐associated structural changes. Herein, we show that charge neutralization can drive the shape reconfiguration of a biomimetic 6‐helix bundle DNA nanotube (6HB). Specifically, 6HB adopts a compact state when its charge is neutralized by Mg2+; whereas Na+ switches it to the expanded state, as revealed by MD simulations, small‐angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS), and FRET characterization. Furthermore, partial neutralization of the DNA backbone charges by chemical modification renders 6HB compact and insensitive to ions, suggesting an interplay between electrostatic and hydrophobic forces in the channels. This system provides a platform for understanding the structure–function relationship of biological channels and designing rules for the shape control of DNA nanostructures in biomedical applications.  相似文献

In this study, S-, S,S- and S,O-substituted novel nitrodiene compounds were synthesized. Cyclization products were formed when difunctional nucleophiles were used. The stereoisomerism of a heterocyclic nitrodiene is discussed with the help of XRD studies. The structures of all compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, MS) and microanalysis.  相似文献
