SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW POLYSILOXANE CONTAINING N,N’-BIS(DIPHENYLSILYL)TETRAPHENYLCYCLODISILAZANE

A new kind of polysiloxane containing N,N'-bis(diphenylsilyl)tetraphenylcyclodisilazane was prepared by anionicnon-equilibrium polymerization with a "seed solution" as initiator. The monomer, N,N'-bis(hydroxydiphenylsilyl)-tetraphenyl-cyclodisilazane (BHPTPC), was synthesized via the hydrolysis of N,N'-bis(chlorodiphenylsilyl)tetraphenyl-cyclodisilazane (BCPTPC). A new method for the preparation of BCPTPC is also reported here with high yield and simplermanipulation. The synthesized polysiloxane containing N,N'-bis(diphenylsilyl)tetraphenylcyclodisilazane was characterized by ~1H-NMR, ~(29)Si-NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and intrinsic viscosity.     

傅里叶变换近红外光谱法测定大麦中蛋白质、淀粉和赖氨酸含量

采用傅里叶变换近红外光谱法测定大麦中蛋白质、淀粉、赖氨酸的含量，并用光谱影响值法(leverage)对异常值进行判断和处理。蛋白质、淀粉和赖氨酸含量近红外光谱分析模型的测定系数R。分别为0．985、0．973和0．978；检验集的化学值与模型预测值的相关系数r分别为0．9853、0．9644和0．9172，分析模型的预测相对标准偏差RSD分别为4．0％、2．4％和5．4％，该结果可替代经典分析方法，满足农产品快速分析的需要。     

草酸镁二水合物的非等温热分解动力学

The thermal decomposition of the magnesium oxalate dihydrate in a static air atmosphere was investigated by TG-DTG techniques. The intermediate and residue of each decomposition were identified from their TG curve. The kinetic triplet, the activation energy E, the pre-exponential factor A and the mechanism functionsf（a） were obtained from analysis of the TG-DTG curves of thermal decomposition of the first stage and the second stage by the Popesou method and the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method.     

冠醚菁染料及其中间体的特征红外光谱

本文首次报道冠醚菁染料3,3’-二乙基-5,6,5’,6’-双骈-(15-冠-5)-硫碳菁碘盐(1)和3,3’-二乙甲基-5,6-骈-(15-冠-5)-硫碳菁碘盐(2)以及合成中间体:4’-溴5’-硝基-苯骈-15-冠-5(3),2.2’-二硝基-4,5,4’,5’-双骈-(15-冠-5)-二本基二硫化物(4),2-甲基-5,6-骈-(15-冠-5)-苯骈噻唑(5)和2-甲基-3-乙基-5,6-骈-(15-冠-5)-苯骄噻唑碘盐(6)的特征红外光谱图。     

Ar+激光激励Pb2的色散荧光谱

The dispersed fluorescence spectra of Pb_2 dimer were recorded from the excitation of Ar~+ laser in HPOR. By the detailed spectroscopic analysis for this well-resolved fluorescence spectra, the ground state of pb_2 molecule and one of its electronically excited state were assigned preliminarily to be X~1∑_g~+ and F′Ⅱ_u state respectively.The spectral constants of the X and F are ω_e″=108.5 cm~(-1),ω_e″X_e″ = 0.209 cm~(-1), ω_e′=152.4 cm~(-1), ω_e′X_e′=0.636 cm~(-1) and T_e=19818,1 cm~(-1)., respectively     

Cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine: a highly effective catalyst for the borylation/suzuki coupling reaction

The cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine was an efficient catalyst for the borylation/Suzuki coupling reaction. The catalytic loading for the reaction containing bromoarenes was 1 mol %. When iodobenzene was used, the catalytic loading was as low as 0.1 mol %. Furthermore, the cyclopalladated ferrocenylimine also exhibited excellent catalytic power in the case of substrates containing electron-donating substituents, with yields reaching 93% or higher.     

聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单分子膜的原子力学显微镜研究

报道了利用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）技术对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＰＭＭＡ）单分子膜进行分子结构水平的观察研究．由ＡＰＭ图像中得到的ＰＭＭＡ单体所占面积与用π－Ａ曲线中换算出液面上ＰＭＭＡＬａｕｇｍｕｉｒ膜中单体的面积符合得很好．从ＡＦＭ图像中可见ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜中ＰＭＭＡ的线型碳链是与档板（ｂａｒｒｉｅｒ）平行的紧密排列，与ＬＢ提膜方向相垂直．并由此对ＰＭＭＡＬＢ膜的形成过程进行分析．此外，还观察到了在Ｓｉ基底上ＰＭＭＡ直链的卷绕伸直排列形态，初步分析了其形成原因．     

Separation of ephedrine stereoisomers by molecularly imprinted polymers--influence of synthetic conditions and mobile phase compositions on the chromatographic performance

Separation of ephedrine stereoisomers by molecularly imprinted polymers was performed to study the factors that affect the selectivity and column efficiency. The polymer synthesized with pentaerythritol triacrylate as the cross-linker and chloroform as the porogen was found to have the best overall separation performance. Investigation of the recognition mechanism by NMR and chromatographic analysis revealed that the major binding forces between the polymer stationary phase and ephedrine are the ionic and hydrogen bonding interactions. Studies of the influence of mobile phase compositions on the HPLC analysis have shown that a methanol-aqueous buffer was the suitable mobile phase for the separation in which pH, ionic strength and water content can be adjusted to optimize the chromatographic analysis.     

聚（甲基丙烯酸甲酯—二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵）的合成及表征

以水和乙醇作混合溶剂，用逐步滴加甲基丙烯酸甲酯的方法，通过自由基聚合，由溶解性和共聚活性差异较大的两种单体ＭＭＡ和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵合成了新型含阳离子共聚物聚，并用ＩＲ和＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ进行了分析表征。该共聚物溶于丙酮和水组成的二元溶剂，并与Ｐ（ＭＭＡ－ＭＡＡ）有较强的分子复合能力。     

芯片毛细管电泳程控电源的研制

设计并制作了一种小型的、可与PC机相联的程序控制电源，其中有两路输出电压，用于芯片毛细管电泳的分离和进样；而且，可程序控制输出电压和运行时间，并在PC机上以图形方式显示是泳电流。该电源适用于芯片毛细管电泳的过程监控。
