The surface morphology of free-surface PCL ringed spherulites was investigated by using atomic forcemicroscopy. The spherulites were obtained by crystallization of PCL/PVC blends of different compositions. It was found thatthe ringed spherulite exhibited regularly fluctuating rings on its surface. Compared with the bright-dark ring pattern of thespherulite under a polarizing microscope, it was proved that the optical characteristics of the ringed spherulite underpolarizing microscope coincided with its surface characteristics. The bright rings in polarizing micrographs of the spherulite coincided with the convex rings on its surface, while the dark rings coincided with the concave rings. 相似文献

采用共沉淀法技术制备了Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0.10固溶体,并对其进行了比表面积、储氧量的测试和XRD的表征.将其用于低贵金属Pt-Rh型三效催化剂的制备,考察了CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3对三效催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0.10具有与Ce0.50Zr0.50O2相似的立方结构和相近的储氧量,经高温(1000 ℃)后仍能保持较大的比表面积(38.66 m2·g-1).和含Ce0.50Zr0.50O2的三效催化剂相比,含CeO2-ZrO2-Y2O3的三效催化剂经高温老化后,C3H8,CO,NO仍具有较高的转化率和较低的起燃温度. 相似文献

The gas-phase photocatalytic oxidation of aniline on a new kind of porous nano-TiO2 composite films is investigated. The composite film was prepared on glass fiber with the water glass as binders and dilute
H2SO4 solution as solidifying reagent. The surface characters were observed by scanning electron microscope. The photocatalytic
degradation of aniline on the composite films was carried out in a TiO2/UV system. Some important factors affecting the photodegradation, such as the concentration of TiO2, the initial concentration of aniline, and the existing water vapor, are also studied. The product of photocatalytic oxidation
was detected by Fourier transform-Infrared. The partial intermediate products were absorbed on TiO2 surface, which resulted in catalyst deactivation. But when it was irradiated under UV illumination or solar irradiation for
some time, the catalyst could be reused without loss of catalytic activity.

A liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method was developed and validated to determine the concentrations of adefovir [9-(2-phosphonylmethoxyethyl)adenine, PMEA] in human plasma. After one-step protein precipitation of plasma samples by methanol, adefovir was analyzed by LC/MS/MS using positive electrospray ionization. Chromatography was performed on a C18 column. The extraction recoveries of adefovir were found to be 85.1-89.3%. Adefovir was stable under routine laboratory conditions. A minimal matrix effect resulting in a slight ionization enhancement of adefovir (<10.9%) was observed, which did not markedly affect the behavior of the calibrations curves and accuracy and precision data. The method had a chromatographic run time of 7.8 min and a linear calibration curve over the concentration range 1.5-90 ng/mL for adefovir. The lower limit of quantification of the method was 1.5 ng/mL. The intra- and inter-day precision was less than 8.4%. These results indicated that this LC/MS/MS method has high selectivity and efficiency, and acceptable accuracy, precision and sensitivity. The validated LC/MS/MS method has been successfully used in a pharmacokinetic study in healthy volunteers treated with oral adefovir dipivoxil at 10 and 20 mg. 相似文献

Rational manipulation of supramolecular structures on surfaces is of great importance and challenging. We show that imidazole-based hydrogen-bonded networks on a metal surface can transform into an isostructural coordination network for facile tuning of the pore size and guest recognition behaviours. Deposition of triangular-shaped benzotrisimidazole (H3btim) molecules on Au(111)/Ag(111) surfaces gives honeycomb networks linked by double N–H⋯N hydrogen bonds. While the H3btim hydrogen-bonded networks on Au(111) evaporate above 453 K, those on Ag(111) transform into isostructural [Ag3(btim)] coordination networks based on double N–Ag–N bonds at 423 K, by virtue of the unconventional metal–acid replacement reaction (Ag reduces H+). The transformation expands the pore diameter of the honeycomb networks from 3.8 Å to 6.9 Å, giving remarkably different host–guest recognition behaviours for fullerene and ferrocene molecules based on the size compatibility mechanism.A hydrogen-bonded network on a Ag(111) surface can transform into an isostructural Ag(i) coordination network, giving drastically different host–guest recognition behaviours. 相似文献
