Fe3O4-supported copper (II) Schiff-Base complex has been synthesized through post-modification with 1,3-phenylenediamine followed by further post-modification with salicylaldehyde and coordination with Cu(II) ion. The resulted Fe3O4@SiO2-imine/phenoxy-Cu(II) magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were characterized by various techniques including SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, EDX, VSM, FT-IR, and ICP. The catalytic activity as a magnetically recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for one-pot, three-component synthesis of 2-amino-4H-chromene derivatives was examined. The catalyst is efficient in the reaction and can be recovered by magnetic separation and recycled several times without significant loss in the catalytic activity. 相似文献

Methylglycine, also known sarcosine, is dramatically used in drug molecules and its metal complexes can interact to DNA and also do cleavage. Hence, to study the influence of methylglycine ligand on biological behavior of metal complexes, two water-soluble platinum (II) complexes with the formula cis-[Pt(NH3)2(CH3-gly)]NO3 and cis-[Pt(NH2-CH3)2(CH3-gly)]NO3 (where CH3-gly is methylglycine) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods, molar conductivity measurements, and elemental analyzes. The anticancer activity of synthesized complexes was tested against human breast adenocarcinoma cell line of MCF7 using MTT assay and results showed excellent anticancer activity with Cc50 values of 126 and 292 μM after 24 h incubation time, for both complexes of cis-[Pt(NH3)2(CH3gly)]NO3 and cis-[Pt(NH2-CH3)2(CH3gly)]NO3, respectively. Also, the interaction between Pt(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA was extensively studied by means of absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence titration spectra displacement with ethidium bromide (EtBr), and circular dichroism studied in Tris-buffer. The obtained spectroscopic results revealed that two complexes can bind to highly polymerized calf thymus DNA cooperatively and denature at micromolar concentrations. The fluorescence data indicate that quenching effect for cis-[Pt(NH3)2(CH3gly)]NO3 (Ksv?=?9.48 mM?1) was higher than that of cis-[Pt(NH2-CH3)2(CH3gly)]NO3 (Ksv?= 1.98 mM?1). These results were also confirmed by circular dichrosim spectra. Consequently, docking data showed that cis-[Pt(NH3)2(CH3gly)]NO3 with more interaction energy binds on DNA via groove binding which is more compatible with experimental results. 相似文献

The electron-impact (EI) mass spectra of a series of O-alkyl methylphosphonothionocyanidates were studied for Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) purposes. General EI fragmentation pathways were constructed and discussed, and collision-induced dissociation studies of the major EI ions were performed to confirm proposed fragment structures by analyzing fragment ions of deuterated analogs and by use of density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Thiono–thiolo rearrangement, McLafferty-type rearrangement, and a previously unknown intramolecular electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction were observed and confirmed. The study also focused on differentiation of isomeric compounds. Retention indices for all compounds, and an electrophilicity index for several compounds, are reported and interpreted. 相似文献

A new fungicide controlled release formulation was prepared by the reaction of p‐styrenesulphonyl chloride with biphenyl‐2‐ol (Dowicide A) as fungicide. The resulting monomer containing the fungicide was polymerized with benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The monomer and the polymer were identified by spectroscopic methods, and molecular weight of the polymer was determined by GPC. Also mp, Tg and Td of the polymer were identified by DSC. The release characteristic of the polymer was studied in neutral, alkaline, and acidic media. Also, the effect of the temperature on the release of bioactive agent (Dowicide A) was investigated. The hydrolysis data showed that the release rates are strongly dependent upon the pH of the medium and the temperature. 相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of 3-methylcatechol as a model compound has been studied in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline as a bi-dentate nucleophile in water/acetonitrile(70/30,v/v) solution using cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential coulometry. The results revealed that anodically generated 3-methylcyclohexa-3,5-diene-1,2-dione participates in inter and intramolecular Michael addition reactions with 1,10-phenanthroline and via an ECEC pathway converts to the corresponding heterocyclic compound.The present work has led to the development of a facile and one-pot method with high atom economy under ambient conditions and in an undivided cell using a carbon electrode. 相似文献
