Radical cationic repair process of cissyn thymine dimer has been investigated when (1) sugar‐phosphate backbones were substituted by hydrogen atoms, (2) phosphate group was substituted by two hydrogen atoms each on a sugar ring and (3) sugar‐phosphate backbone was taken into account. The effect of the interactions between N1 and N1′ lone pairs and the C6‐C6′ antibonding orbital are the most important evidences for the cleavage of the C6‐C6′ bond in the first step of radical cationic repair mechanism in the absence of the sugar‐phosphate backbone. The impact of the N1 and N1′ lone pairs on the C6‐C6′ bond cleavage decreases and the energy barrier of the cleavage of that bond significantly increases in the presence of the deoxynucleoside sugars and the sugar‐phosphate backbone.  相似文献

Thiols can be readily converted to their corresponding nitrosothiols with a combination of oxalic acid and sodium nitrite in t-butanol at room temperature (26-30°C). The reaction mixture could be solidified with decreasing its temperature to, 15°C and was stored for several days without any destruction of the nitrosothiols.  相似文献

Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes of the general type [M(N2O2)] are described. The N2O2 ligands used are [N,N'-bis(2-hydroxy-6-methoxybenzylidene)propane-1,3-diamine] (HOMeSalpn) and [N,N'-bis(2-hydroxy-6-methoxybenzylidene)propane-1,2-diamine (HOMeSalpr). These complexes have been characterized by IR, UV-vis, CV, TG-DTA and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The electrochemical behavior of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile solution indicates that the first reduction process corresponding to Cu(II)-Cu(I) and Ni(II)-Ni(I) is electrochemically irreversible. The new copper complexes have been applied for the preparation of copper nanoparticles using non-ionic surfactant (Triton X-100) by thermal reduction. The copper nanoparticles with average size of 48nm were formed by thermal reduction of [N,N'-bis(2-hydroxy-6-methoxybenzylidene)propane-1,3-diamine]copper(II) in the presence of triphenylphosphine thus releasing the reduced copper and affording the high-purity copper nanoparticles.  相似文献

Different novel phthalazino[2,3‐b]phthalazine‐5,7,12,14‐tetraones were synthesized in a simple and environmentally benign method from the reaction of phthalic anhydrides with semicarbazide or thiosemicarbazide using montmorillonite K‐10 clay as solid heterogeneous acidic catalyst and microwaves under solvent‐free conditions in good yields and short reaction times. A Ph3P‐catalyzed cyclization of α‐halogeno ketones 2 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) 3 produced halogenated α,β‐unsaturated γ‐butyrolactone derivatives 4 in good yields (Scheme 1, Table). The presence of electron‐withdrawing groups such as halogen atoms at the α‐position of the ketones was necessary in this reaction. Cyclization of α‐chloro ketones resulted in higher yields than that of the corresponding α‐bromo ketones. Dihalogeno ketones similarly afforded the expected γ‐butyrolactone derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

The complexation reaction of macrocyclic ligand (4??-nitrobenzo-15C5) with Y3+ cation was studied in acetonitrile-methanol (AN-MeOH), acetonitrile-ethanol (AN-EtOH), acetonitrile-dimethylformamide (AN-DMF) and ethylacetate-methanol (EtOAc-MeOH) binary mixtures at different temperatures using conductometry method. The conductivity data show that in all solvent systems, the stoichiometry of the complex formed between 4??-nitrobenzo-15C5 and Y3+ cation is 1: 1 (ML). The stability order of (4??-nitrobenzo-15C5). Y3+ complex in pure non-aqueous solvents at 25°C was found to be: EtOAc > EtOH > AN ?? DMF > MeOH, and in the case of most compositions of the binary mixed solvents at 25°C it was: AN??MeOH ?? AN-EtOH > AN-DMF > EtOAc-MeOH. But the results indicate that the sequence of the stability of the complex in the binary mixed solutions changes with temperature. A non-linear behavior was observed for changes of logK f of (4??-nitrobenzo-15C5 · Y3+) complex versus the composition of the binary mixed solvents, which was explained in terms of solvent-solvent interactions and also the hetero-selective solvation of the species involved in the complexation reaction. The values of thermodynamic parameters (??H c ? and ??S c ? ) for formation of the complex were obtained from temperature dependent of the stability constant using the van??t Hoff plots. The results represent that in most cases, the complex is both enthalpy and entropy stabilized and the values and also the sign of thermodynamic parameters are influenced by the nature and composition of the mixed solvents.  相似文献

The structural and electronic properties of a (4, 0) zigzag single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) under parallel and transverse electric fields with strengths of 0-1.4×10~(-2) a.u. Were studied using the density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP/6-31G~* method. Results show that the properties of the SWCNT are dependent on the external electric field. The applied external electric field strongly affects the molecular dipole moments. The induced dipole moments increase linearly with increase in the electrical field intensities. This study shows that the application of parallel and transverse electric fields results in changes in the occupied and virtual molecular orbitals (Mos) but the energy gap between the highest occupied MO (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied MO (LUMO) of this SWCNT is less sensitive to the electric field strength. The electronic spatial extent (ESE) and length of the SWCNT show small changes over the entire range of the applied electric field strengths. The natural bond orbital (NBO) electric charges on the atoms of the SWCNT show that increase in the external electric field strength increases the separation of the center of the positive and negative electric charges of the carbon nanotube.  相似文献
