Six aromatic compounds with embedded thiophenes differing in the number of rings (2-5) and thiophene orientation along the long axis of the molecule (syn, anti) were investigated. Photophysical properties, steady-state absorption, fluorescence, phosphorescence, lifetimes, quantum yields, and a comprehensive time-resolved spectroscopic analysis (femtosecond and nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopy) have been studied as a function of molecular structure.  相似文献

The spectral dependence of photoconductivity in the doped narrow-gap semiconductor Pb0.75Sn0.25Te(In) under the action of terahertz laser radiation pulses has been studied at temperatures 4.2–30 K. It is shown that the photoconductivity spectrum of the semiconductor spreads at least up to the wavelength of 500 μm. This value is more than twice higher than the red cutoff wavelength of 220 μm in uniaxially stressed Ge(Ga) which is known as the most long-wavelength photodetector among sensitive photon detectors of radiation. Mechanisms responsible for photosensitivity of PbSnTe(In) in the terahertz spectral range are discussed.  相似文献

We report a first measurement of inclusive B→Xsη decays, where Xs is a charmless state with unit strangeness. The measurement is based on a pseudoinclusive reconstruction technique and uses a sample of 657×10(6)BB pairs accumulated with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- collider. For MXs < 2.6 GeV/c2, we measure a branching fraction of [26.1±3.0(stat)-2.1+1.9(syst)-7.1+4.0(model)]×10(-5) and a direct CP asymmetry of ACP=-0.13±0.04-0.03+0.02. Over half of the signal occurs in the range MXs > 1.8 GeV/c2.  相似文献

We report the results of a search for D0-D0 mixing in D0 --> K+ pi- decays based on 400 fb(-1) of data accumulated by the Belle detector at KEKB. Both assuming CP conservation and allowing for CP violation, we fit the decay-time distribution for the mixing parameters x and y, as well as for the parameter R(D), the ratio of doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays to Cabibbo-favored decays. The 95% confidence level region in the (x'2,y') plane is obtained using a frequentist method. Assuming CP conservation, we find x'2 < 0.72 x 10(-3) and -9.9 x 10(-3) < y' < 6.8 x 10(-3) at the 95% confidence level; these are the most stringent constraints on the mixing parameters to date. The no-mixing point (0,0) has a confidence level of 3.9%. Assuming no mixing, we measure R(D) = (0.377 +/- 0.008 +/- 0.005)%.  相似文献

The intermittent behavior of spatially extended systems is investigated using the example of unidirectionally coupled Pierce diodes. It isshown that the same type of intermittency as in finite-scaled systems is characteristic of this system near the boundary of the chaotic phase synchronization regime, i.e., needle-eye type intermittency, which is in fact also equivalent to type I intermittency with noise in the supercritical region.  相似文献

The La0.67Ba0.33MnO3(40 nm) films are quasi-coherently grown on an NdGaO3(001) substrate with an orthorhombic unit cell distortion of ~1.4%. The biaxial compressive stresses generated during nucleation and growth lead to a decrease in the unit cell volume of the grown layers. This, in turn, results in a decrease (by ~35 K) in the temperature of the maximum in the dependence of the electrical resistivity ρ of the layers on the temperature. For T < 150 K, the electrical resistivity ρ of the films increases in proportion to ρ2 T 4.5 and the coefficient ρ2 decreases almost linearly with increasing magnetic field H. The negative magnetoresistance (≈?0.17 for μ0 H = 1 T) reaches a maximum at temperatures close to room temperature. The response of the electrical resistivity ρ of the La0.67Ba0.33MnO3(40 nm) films to the magnetic field depends on the crystallographic direction of the film orientation and the angle between H and I (where I is the electric current through the film).  相似文献

Spontaneous emission of terahertz radiation from structures with GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells in a longitudinal magnetic field has been studied. It is shown that some bands in the emission spectrum can be related to radiative electron transitions between resonant and localized impurity states, as well as to the transitions with participation of subband states. The temperature dependence of the equilibrium intraband absorption of terahertz radiation and its modulation in a longitudinal electric field in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells has been investigated.  相似文献

We report the observation of a new DsJ meson produced in B+-->D0DsJ-->D0D0K+. This state has a mass of M=2708+/-9(-10)(+11) MeV/c2, a width Gamma=108+/-23(-31)(+36) MeV/c2 and a 1- spin-parity. The statistical significance of this observation is 8.4 sigma. The results are based on an analysis of 449 x 10(6) BB events collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider.  相似文献

A mechanism of joint electroreduction of nickel(II) and iron(II) ions is proposed and experimentally substantiated. The mechanism is based on the hypothesis that nickel and iron hydroxo complexes are discharged on common active sites formed as a result of electrochemical adsorption of nickel hydroxo complexes. The analysis of kinetic equations derived for partial current densities of the evolution of iron and nickel to form the alloy shows that the kinetics of these processes is determined by the concentration of ions of both types. It is shown that at the joint deposition of nickel and iron, the rate constant for iron(II) electroreduction exceeds the rate constant for nickel(II) electroreduction and this predetermines the enrichment of the resulting alloy with the more electronegative component.  相似文献
