The 40,42,44,48Ca(d, ρ) 39,41,43,47K and40,44Ca(d, t)39,43 reactions have been studied at 52 MeV. Angular distributions have been taken and spectroscopic factors have been extracted by means of a DWBA analysis for states with excitation energies up to typically 10 MeV. Analog relations are proposed for mass-39 and mass-43 nuclei. A discussion of proton occupation numbers for various shells above and below the Fermi surface shows a substantial and about equal core excitation for 42Ca and 44Ca. Typically 70 % of the 1d52 hole strengths have been located. The corresponding energy averaged strength distributions show quasihole structures whose widths are dominated by phonon-hole coupling to the first 2+ state in the target nucleus.  相似文献

Despite the importance of the isocyanate group in chemistry, very few examples of isocyanate-modified silicas have been reported, and all of the strategies described so far led to partial or total hydrolysis or condensation of the isocyanate group. By synthesizing trichlorosilane isocyanate as the coupling reagent, we show that oxidized silicon wafers are successfully modified with the isocyanate group. Our method is achieved in mild conditions, at low temperature, without side-reactions and allows the formation of a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of isocyanates. The isocyanate group then offers a flexible way to further functionalize silica substrates with different nucleophiles, due to its high and specific reactivity.  相似文献

Solutions of the nonlinear Ginzburg-Landau equations in cylindrical symmetry have been computed for a type I superconductor. From these solutions the behaviour of a circular cylinder of infinite length in a magnetic field parallel to its axis has been deduced. For a series of values of the magnetic field solutions are given in two cases. The first case was calculated with the assumption of no fluxoid frozen in (fluxoid quantum number n=0), whereas in the second case a vortex with fluxoid quantum numbern=1 was assumed on the axis of the cylinder. For both series of solutions investigation of the thermodynamic stability was carried out. This and further thermodynamic considerations led to the result that in a gedankenexperiment the transition from the normal to the superconducting state and vice versa can be performed in a reversible manner. The expulsion of the magnetic field from the sample during the reversible transition to the superconducting state (Meissner-Effect) is also described by the solutions. Further results are the existence of a supercooled state down to a magnetic fieldH c2=κ√2Hcb and of a superheated state up to a fieldH c1>H cb. The value ofH c1 depends on the radius of the cylinder. If a condensation to the superconducting state takes place at a fieldH 0 whereH c2<H 0<H cb, condensation withn=0 seems to be preferred in comparison to that withn=1.  相似文献

A new and compact photoacoustic sensor for trace gas detection in the 2-2.5 microm atmospheric window is reported. Both the development of antimonide-based DFB lasers with singlemode emission in this spectral range and a novel design of photoacoustic cell adapted to the characteristics of these lasers are discussed. The laser fabrication was made in two steps. The structure was firstly grown by molecular beam epitaxy then a metallic DFB grating was processed. The photoacoustic cell is based on a Helmholtz resonator that was designed in order to fully benefit from the highly divergent emission of the antimonide laser. An optimized modulation scheme based on wavelength modulation of the laser source combined with second harmonic detection has been implemented for efficient suppression of wall noise. Using a 2211 nm laser, sub-ppm detection limit has been demonstrated for ammonia.  相似文献

The phenomenon of polymorphism in poly(vinylidene fluoride) has been observed recently by several authors. It has also been reported that high-resolution NMR measurements demonstrate the presence in this polymer of head-to-head linkages, resulting from the “backward” addition of from 5-6% of the monomer units. Since the van der Waals radii of fluorine (1.35 Å) and hydrogen (1.1-1.2 Å) are similar, the cocrystallization in a polymer chain of units that differ only by the substitution of fluorine atoms for hydrogen atoms is not unexpected. The two polymorphic forms of poly(vinylidene fluoride), examined in this investigation, have different chain conformations. Chains in phase I have a planar zigzag conformation, while chains in phase II are assumed to exhibit a 21 helical conformation. The incorporation into the polymer chain of small amounts of tetrafluoroethylene or trifluoroethylene comonomer favored the crystallization of phase I. This is in accord with the relative abilities, deduced from consideration of atomic size, of these comonomers to cocrystallize with vinylidene fluoride units in the two indicated chain conformations of the polymer. Since tetrafluoroethylene units are present in the head-to-head structure in the homopolymer, it can be concluded that the elimination of the head-to-head structure will eliminate or restrict crystallization in phase I.  相似文献

Matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization imaging mass spectrometry (MALDI IMS) is a molecular imaging technology uniquely capable of untargeted measurement of proteins, lipids, and metabolites while retaining spatial information about their location in situ. This powerful combination of capabilities has the potential to bring a wealth of knowledge to the field of molecular histology. Translation of this innovative research tool into clinical laboratories requires the development of reliable sample preparation protocols for the analysis of proteins from formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) tissues, the standard preservation process in clinical pathology. Although ideal for stained tissue analysis by microscopy, the FFPE process cross‐links, disrupts, or can remove proteins from the tissue, making analysis of the protein content challenging. To date, reported approaches differ widely in process and efficacy. This tutorial presents a strategy derived from systematic testing and optimization of key parameters, for reproducible in situ tryptic digestion of proteins in FFPE tissue and subsequent MALDI IMS analysis. The approach describes a generalized method for FFPE tissues originating from virtually any source.  相似文献

Real-time imaging in the terahertz (THz) spectral range was achieved using a milliwatt-scale, 2.8 THz quantum cascade laser and an uncooled, 160 x 120 pixel microbolometer camera modified with Picarin optics. Noise equivalent temperature difference of the camera in the 1-5 THz frequency range was estimated to be at least 3 K, confirming the need for external THz illumination when imaging in this frequency regime. Despite the appearance of fringe patterns produced by multiple diffraction effects, single-frame and extended video imaging of obscured objects show high-contrast differentiation between metallic and plastic materials, supporting the viability of this imaging approach for use in future security screening applications.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the entropy solution for a first-order stochastic conservation law with a multiplicative source term involving a Q-Brownian motion. After having defined a measure-valued weak entropy solution of the stochastic conservation law, we present the Kato inequality, and as a corollary, we deduce the uniqueness of the measure-valued weak entropy solution, which coincides with the unique weak entropy solution of the problem. The Kato inequality is proved by a doubling of variables method; to that purpose, we prove the existence and the uniqueness of the strong solution of an associated stochastic nonlinear parabolic problem by means of an implicit time discretization scheme; we also prove its convergence to a measure-valued entropy solution of the stochastic conservation law, which proves the existence of the measure-valued entropy solution.  相似文献

Current biomimetics for medical applications use a single biomimetic approach to imitate natural structures, which can be insufficient for reconstructing structurally complex natural systems. Multipronged efforts may resolve these complexities. To achieve interesting nanostructure‐driven optical properties, a dual‐biomimetic system contained within a single nanoagent was engineered to recapitulate chlorosomes, efficient light‐harvesting organelles that have unique dye assemblies and tunable photonic properties. A series of chlorin dyes was synthesized, and these hydrophobic assemblies were stabilized inside a high‐density lipoprotein, a second biomimetic that enabled in vivo utility. This system resulted in tunable tumor imaging of intact (photoacoustic) and disrupted (activatable fluorescence) nanostructures. The successful demonstration of this multipronged biomimetic approach opens the door for reconstruction of complex natural systems for biomedical applications.  相似文献
