茶叶中三氯螨杀醇残留量的快速HPLC测定法

用微量化技术处理茶叶样品，样品经石油醚提取、浓硫酸磺化后，用反相液相色谱分离、测定样品处理液中的三氯杀螨醇残留量，２３４ｎｍ检测，外标法定量。测定低限为０．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，回收率为９１．５％～９９．３％，变异系数为１．５３％～６．９２％之间。     

Low temperature catalytic conversion of methane to methanol by barium sulfate nanotubes supporting sulfates: Pt(SO4)2, HgSO4, Ce(SO4)2 and Pb(SO4)2

Barium sulfate nanotubes perform excellently in supporting sulfates (Pt(SO4)2, HgSO4, Ce(SO4)2 and Pb(SO4)2) for low temperature catalytic conversion of methane to methanol under strongly acidic conditions in a conventional gas-phase reactor.     

Synthesis and herbicidal activities of methyl-1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonate monosalts

A series of 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5 and its corresponding phosphonate monosalts 6 were synthesized as potential herbicide. The phosphonate monosalts can be prepared from 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5, which were synthesized by the condensation of O,O-dimethyl-1-hydroxyalkylphosphonates with dichlorophenoxyacetic chloride. This method provides a simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of phosphonate derivatives containing sensitive groups to acid, base or water such as carboxylate ester bond; and the herbicidal activity of title compounds was evaluated in a set of experiments in greenhouse. Most of the compounds exhibited notable herbicidal activity.     

含吡唑啉酮三脚架结构的化合物及其稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性能

合成了一种含吡唑啉酮的三脚架结构化合物 1,1,1 三 { 1′ [2′ 氧杂 5′ 氧代 5′ ( 1″ 苯基 3″ 甲基吡唑啉酮 4″ 基 )戊基 ] }丙烷 (H3 L)及其 7个稀土配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、荧光光谱等对H3 L及其稀土配合物的组成及性质进行了表征。分析结果表明 :H3 L的分子式为C45H50 N6O9,配合物的组成比为REL·0 5H2 O (RE =La ,Sm ,Eu ,Gd ,Tb ,Dy ,Yb) ;该三脚架形配体分别以醚氧、烯醇氧及吡唑酮环上的羰基氧与稀土离子进行配位 ,形成内配型配合物。荧光光谱分析表明SmL·0 5H2 O ,EuL·0 5H2 O ,TbL·0 5H2 O ,DyL·0 5H2 O配合物具有三价稀土离子的特征线状荧光 ,其中TbL·0 5H2 O的荧光强度最强 ,表明T(配体 )→5D4(Tb)能级更为匹配 ,从而进行分子内能量有效传递 ;由EuL·0 5H2 O的荧光光谱图形推测 ,Eu3 +离子在该配合物中处于非对称中心     

4—氟—3—羟基—1—取代苯基—6—哒嗪酮类结构及其反应的研究

氟代马来酐和苯肼缩合,反应先在乙醚后在25％盐酸中进行。4-氟-3-羟基-1-苯基-6-哒嗪酮(Ⅰ)的收率达54％,文献仅26％。Ⅰ和吗啡啉反应,得熔点为243～244℃的白色晶体。熔点及元素分析结果(表1)表明,产物为4-吗啡啉基-3-羟基-1-苯基-6-哒嗪酮(Ⅱ),据此作者认为氟原子位于第4位。     

Two Novel Sub-skeleton Types of ent-Kauranoids from Isodon gesneroides

Two novel ent-kauranoids with new sub-skeleton types, gesneroidins G and H were isolated as white powder from the ether extract of the leaves of Isodon gesneroides through normal phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,6α,7β-triacetoxyl-15-hydroxyl-14-oxo-ent- 15,16-seco-kaur-11,17-olide and Iα-hydroxyl-3β,6α,7β,11 β-tetraacetoxyl-ent-nor-15,17-kaur-8,16-olide on the basis of the spectral evidences including ID and 2D NMR spectra.     

高比表面积窄孔分布氧化铝的制备研究 Ⅰ.沉淀条件的影响

 以硫酸铝液为原料，以氨水、氢氧化钠和铝酸钠为碱沉淀剂，采用pH摆动法制备了高比表面积、大孔径、窄孔分布、大孔体积氧化铝，考察了沉淀剂、沉淀温度及沉淀时酸侧pH值对氧化铝物性的影响，并对pH摆动法与等pH沉淀法的结果进行了比较．结果表明，通过改变制备参数可以获得高比表面积、大孔体积的氧化铝，当沉淀温度为70℃，pH摆动3或4次时，氧化铝的孔体积可高达1．0ml／g，比表面积仍大于300m2／g．用pH摆动法制得的样品比用等pH沉淀法制得的样品容易酸溶，对挤压成型有利．不同样品在酸溶液中的分散性表明，用氨水沉淀剂可获得相对较小的沉淀粒子．改变沉淀时酸侧的pH值，可导致沉淀粒子的结构发生变化．     

Determination of the double-bond position in hexadecenols by mass spectrometry without prior chemical modification

Fourteen isomers of chemically unmodified hexadecenol were analysed by two types of quadrupole mass spectrometer, coupled with a gas chromatograph, for the location of the double-bond position. A series of spectra were interpreted in terms of mass spectral patterns on a fuzzy classification, in which the intensity ratios of six diagnostic pairs of the predominant ions were preferred in devising similarity indices. The accuracy of the method in the location of double-bond position was confirmed by testing with other series of spectra.     

六氯合铂酸钾与金属硫蛋白的体外反应

本文报道了K₂PtCl₆与兔肝Zn₇MT-Ⅱ和apoMT-Ⅱ的反应包含一个氧化还原反应和一个取代反应。通过紫外可见光谱、园二向色谱、柱层析和X-光电子能谱研究了该反应的性质、铂在反应产物中的键合位置和氧化态。金属硫蛋白(MT)被氧化成单体、双聚和多聚产物，其中含有分子间和分子内CyS-SCy二硫键。Pt(Ⅳ)被还原成Pt(Ⅱ)然后键合于产物中。随着K₂PtCl₆与MT的反应摩尔比和反应时间的增加，键合于产物中的Pt(Ⅱ)的计量数增加而蛋白中所含Zn(Ⅱ)的量减少。当Zn₇MT与4和超过10摩尔的K₂PtCl₆反应时，分别得到了Pt₄Zn₄MT和Pt₈MT。当apoMT与7及超过25倍的K₂PtCl₆在pH 2条件下反应时，分别得到了Pt₇MT和Pt₁₅MT。动力学数据表明K₂PtCl₆与apoMT的反应比与Zn₇MT的反应快。
