The nature of the MoH···I bond in Cp2Mo(L)H···I‐C≡C‐R (L= H, CN, PPh2, C(CH3)3; R=NO2, Cl, Br, H, OH, CH3, NH2) was investigated using electrostatic potential analysis, topological analysis of the electron density, energy decomposition analysis and natural bond orbital analysis. The calculated results show that MoH···I interactions in the title complexes belong to halogen‐hydride bond, which is similar to halogen bonds, not hydrogen bonds. Different to the classical halogen bonds, the directionality of MoH···I bond is low; Although electrostatic interaction is dorminant, the orbital interactions also play important roles in this kind of halogen bond, and steric interactions are weak; the strength of H···I bond can tuned by the most positive electrostatic potential of the I atom. As the electron‐withdrawing ability of the R substituent in the alkyne increases, the electrostatic potential maximum of the I atom increases, which enhances the strength of the H···I halogen bond, as well as the electron transfer.  相似文献

In recent years, the nanostructure for solar cells have attracted considerable attention from scientists as a result of a promising candidate for low cost devices. In this work, quantum dots sensitized solar cells with effective performance based on a co-sensitized Cd S∕Cd Se:Mn~(2+)(or Cu~(2+)) nanocrystal, which was made by successive ionic layer absorption and reaction, are discussed. The optical, physical, chemical, and photovoltaic properties of quantum dots sensitized solar cells were sensitized to Mn~(2+)and Cu~(2+)dopants. Therefore, the short current(JSC)of the quantum dot sensitized solar cells is boosted dramatically from 12.351 mA∕cm~2 for pure Cd Se nanoparticles to 18.990 mA∕cm~2 for Mn~(2+)ions and 19.915 mA∕cm~2 for Cu~(2+)ions. Actually, metal dopant extended the band gap of pure Cd Se nanoparticles, reduced recombination, enhanced the efficiency of devices, and improved the charge transfer and collection. In addition, Mn~(2+)and Cu~(2+)dopants rose to the level of the conduction band of pure Cd Se nanoparticles, which leads to the reduction of the charge recombination, enhances the lightharvesting efficiency, and improves the charge diffusion and collection. The results also were confirmed by the obtained experimental data of photoluminescence decay and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.  相似文献

The surface of magnesium oxysulfate (MOS) whiskers was treated through plasma polymerization to increase the compatibility between the MOS whiskers and a polymer matrix. Different plasma parameters were chosen to determine the most hydrophobic coating. The surface structure of the plasma-treated MOS whiskers was examined. The MOS whiskers retained their crystal structure after plasma treatment, as shown by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) analyses. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy analyses revealed that a polymer sheath was formed on the surface of the MOS whiskers, and interfacial chemical bonds were generated between the polymer sheath and the MOS whiskers. The thin-layer polymer sheath was uniform around the entire surface of the MOS whiskers and exhibited a typical amorphous structure, as determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) combined with selected area electron diffraction (SAED) analyses. The possible reaction mechanism on the surface of the MOS whiskers under plasma treatment was then proposed. Finally, the effect of surface treatment was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), measurement of the contact angle and contact angle hysteresis, and torque rheometer. Results showed that plasma treatment could markedly increase the hydrophobicity of the MOS whiskers' surface, effectively reducing the agglomeration and improving the dispersibility of the MOS whiskers in the matrix, which results in the improved compatibility between the MOS whiskers and the polyvinyl matrix, as well as the processability of the composites.  相似文献

Nanotechnology research has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Advances in information technology enable efficient investigation of publications, their contents, and relationships for large sets of nanotechnology-related documents in order to assess the status of the field. This paper presents the development of a new knowledge mapping system, called Nano Mapper (), which integrates the analysis of nanotechnology patents and research grants into a Web-based platform. The Nano Mapper system currently contains nanotechnology-related patents for 1976–2006 from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), European Patent Office (EPO), and Japan Patent Office (JPO), as well as grant documents from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) for the same time period. The system provides complex search functionalities, and makes available a set of analysis and visualization tools (statistics, trend graphs, citation networks, and content maps) that can be applied to different levels of analytical units (countries, institutions, technical fields) and for different time intervals. The paper shows important nanotechnology patenting activities at USPTO for 2005–2006 identified through the Nano Mapper system.  相似文献

Phagocytes such as neutrophils play a vital role in host defense against microbial pathogens. The anti-microbial function of neutrophils is based on the production of superoxide anion (O2•-), which generates other microbicidal reactive oxygen species (ROS) and release of antimicrobial peptides and proteins. The enzyme responsible for O2•- production is called the NADPH oxidase or respiratory burst oxidase. This multicomponent enzyme system is composed of two transmembrane proteins (p22phox and gp91phox, also called NOX2, which together form the cytochrome b558) and four cytosolic proteins (p47phox, p67phox, p40phox and a GTPase Rac1 or Rac2), which assemble at membrane sites upon cell activation. NADPH oxidase activation in phagocytes can be induced by a large number of soluble and particulate agents. This process is dependent on the phosphorylation of the cytosolic protein p47phox. p47phox is a 390 amino acids protein with several functional domains: one phox homology (PX) domain, two src homology 3 (SH3) domains, an auto-inhibitory region (AIR), a proline rich domain (PRR) and has several phosphorylated sites located between Ser303 and Ser379. In this review, we will describe the structure of p47phox, its phosphorylation and discuss how these events regulate NADPH oxidase activation.  相似文献

A series of novel benzimidazole‐containing aromatic polyimides were prepared from synthesized 5,4′‐diamino‐2‐phenyl benzimidazole (DAPBI), and commercial dianhydrides by the conventional two‐step polymerization. The obtained films were amorphous and could afford flexible, transparent, and tough films with excellent thermal and mechanical properties. They showed high levels of tension strength of up to 234 MPa, modulus of up to 5.6 GPa without any stretching. According to thermal stability measurements, the glass‐transition temperatures of the polymers were observed between 329 and 425 °C. The 5% weight‐loss temperatures of most polyimides were above 600 °C in nitrogen. Excellent properties of these polyimides were proved to be attributed to the rigid‐rod structure and hydrogen bond of intermacromolecular. SAXS and SEM results showed self‐molecular orientation caused the formation of rod‐like extended conformations. It was demonstrated that high degree of supramolecular order led to the increase of thermal stability and mechanical properties of the polyimide films. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
