In this paper a new method of emission tomography using coded apertures is analysed. The coded image of a radioactive distribution is created using a single linear Fresnel zone plate. The decoding procedure is performed using a computer algorithm simulating the optical phenomenon. This numerical reconstruction requires bidimensional Fourier transform algorithms. On the contrary, a linear Fresnel zone plate only requires a one dimensional Fourier transform algorithms is workable in most of the available nuclear medicine computers. The experimental results demonstrated the focalisation properties of this code (tomographic effect) and the parameters found after numerical reconstruction were similar to those expected from the optical theory. Practically, this technique should make it possible to perform morphological studies of moving organs, i.e. dynamic tomography which should be for example very helpful in cardiac studies.  相似文献

α-Hexachlorocyclohexane (α-HCH) is the only chiral isomer of the eight 1,2,3,4,5,6-HCHs and we have developed an enantiomer-specific stable carbon isotope analysis (ESIA) method for the evaluation of its fate in the environment. The carbon isotope ratios of the α-HCH enantiomers were determined for a commercially available α-HCH sample using a gas chromatography-combustion-isotope ratio mass spectrometry (GC-C-IRMS) system equipped with a chiral column. The GC-C-IRMS measurements revealed δ-values of -32.5 ± 0.8‰ and -32.3 ± 0.5‰ for (-) α-HCH and (+) α-HCH, respectively. The isotope ratio of bulk α-HCH was estimated to be -32.4 ± 0.6‰ which was in accordance with the δ-values obtained by GC-C-IRMS (-32.7 ± 0.2‰) and elemental analyzer-isotope ratio mass spectrometry (EA-IRMS) of the bulk α-HCH (-32.1 ± 0.1‰). The similarity of the isotope ratio measurements of bulk α-HCH by EA-IRMS and GC-C-IRMS indicates the accuracy of the chiral GC-C-IRMS method. The linearity of the α-HCH ESIA method shows that carbon isotope ratios can be obtained for a signal size above 100 mV. The ESIA measurements exhibited standard deviations (2σ) that were mostly < ± 0.5‰. In order to test the chiral GC-C-IRMS method, the isotope compositions of individual enantiomers in biodegradation experiments of α-HCH with Clostridium pasteurianum and samples from a contaminated field site were determined. The isotopic compositions of the α-HCH enantiomers show a range of enantiomeric and isotope patterns, suggesting that enantiomeric and isotope fractionation can serve as an indicator for biodegradation and source characterization of α-HCH in the environment.  相似文献

Novel variants of HIV-1 replication inhibitors of the styrylquinoline class, bearing an additional acid group or a propenoic acid moiety at the C-5 position of the quinoline have been synthesized. Key steps included Heck reaction and palladium catalyzed carbonylation reaction of 5-haloquinaldine derivatives. These compounds exhibited reinforced anti-integrase potency and significant antiviral activities.  相似文献

We retrospectively reviewed the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of giant hemangiomas in 24 patients. MRI studies comprised T1-weighted, T2-weighted and serial gadolinium-enhanced spoiled gradient echo (SGE) images. Morphologic features, signal characteristics and enhancement patterns were assessed. Histopathologic evaluation was obtained in nine patients. On T2-weighted images all lesions (size 5.7-24 cm) were hyperintense relative to the spleen and two dominant patterns of heterogeneity were demonstrated: a central heterogeneous area of either bright, dark, or mixed signal intensity, and a network of multiple fibrous septa of low signal intensity. Histopathologic evaluation of two lesions with a central bright area demonstrated the presence of hypocellular myxoid tissue. Central enhancement (9 lesions) and an irregular flame-shaped peripheral pattern of enhancement (12 lesions) were present in lesions with a mean diameter greater than 10 cm. Although giant hemangiomas show greater variability in their MR imaging appearance, an accurate diagnosis can be made through still characteristic features of high signal intensity on T2-weighted images and discontinuous peripheral enhancement.  相似文献

We use Large Eddy Simulation to investigate the influence of upstream boundary conditions on the development of a backward facing step flow. The first inlet condition consists of a mean turbulent boundary layer velocity profile perturbed by a white noise. The second relies upon a precursor calculation where the development of a quasi-temporal turbulent boundary layer is simulated. In this case, the quasi-longitudinal vortices in the upstream turbulent boundary-layer trigger the destabilization of the shear layer just behind the step, resulting in a shortening of the recirculation length and an increase of the characteristic frequency associated to the Kelvin–Helmholtz vortices. The mean flow and the characteristic frequencies of pressure fluctuations are strongly dependent of the upstream flow. It demonstrates the importance of realistic boundary conditions for the simulation of complex 3D flows or for flow control simulations. To cite this article: J.-L. Aider, A. Danet, C. R.
