Over the past several years, there have been many significant advances toward the realization of electronic computers integrated on the molecular scale and a much greater understanding of the types of materials that will be useful in molecular devices and their properties. It was demonstrated that individual molecules could serve as incomprehensibly tiny switch and wire one million times smaller than those on conventional silicon microchip. This has resulted very recently in the assembly and demonstration of tiny computer logic circuits built from such molecular scale devices. The purpose of this review is to provide a general introduction to molecular and nanoscale materials and devices in electronics.  相似文献

A C60-pyrrolidine derivative with a hydrophobic-hydrophilic-hydrophobic structure (2-{3,4-di{2-[2-(2-decyloxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}}phenyl-3,4-fulleropyrrolidine, DTPF) has been synthesized and well-characterized. This compound could form stable nanospheres by simply injectingits tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution into water and then removing THF by purging gaseous nitrogen in sequence. Novel nanoassemblies of DTPF nanospheres and gold nanoparticles were obtained through in situ photoreduction of aqueous HAuCl4 in the presence of DTPF nanospheres, which were confirmed by UV-visible, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy methods. It is proposed that the interaction between the positively charged nitrogen atom and the gold nanoparticles is the main driving force for the formation of the nanoassemblies.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional complex, [Cu(bbdc)(phen)]·(H2O)(bbdc = 2-bromo-1,4-benzenedicarboxylate dianion; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal structure consists of infinite chains of [Cu2( 4-bbdc)]2+ units connected by bis-monodentate bbdc ligands, the coordination mode of which [ 4-bbdc] is very rare in the phenyldicarboxylate complexes. The substituent group of bbdc is believed to be the growth key of this coordination network.  相似文献

The 222Rn emanation fraction (EF) released from the technically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive material (TE-NORM) wastes at certain sites of petroleum and gas production was determined. The samples were analyzed by γ-ray spectrometry to determine the activity concentration of the 226Ra content, of which the 222Rn emanation fraction was calculated. The results showed that the 222Rn emanation fraction differs in the oil and gas production sites and it is independent of the activity concentration of 226Ra. Wood has been treated with guanidine phosphate, guanidine nitrate, guanidine carbonate and guanidine chloride to impart flame retardancy. The samples were subjected to differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetry (TG) from ambient temperature to 800°C in air to study their thermal behaviors. From the resulting data, kinetic parameters for different stages of thermal degradation were obtained following the method of Broido. For the decomposition of wood and flame retardant wood, the activation energy was found to decrease from 116 to 54 kJ mol–1; the char yield was found to increase from 5.6 to 34.9%, LOI from 18 to 41.5, which indicated that the flame retardancy of treated wood was improved. Effects of the different compounds on the degradation and flammability of wood have also been proposed.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

用自由基聚合法合成了聚N 异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAAM)样品,用乌氏粘度计考查了该聚合物的四氢呋喃(THF)溶液和水溶液的粘度与温度的依赖关系.发现PNIPAAM THF体系的特性粘数随温度升高而增大,PNIPAAM H2O体系的特性粘数 温度曲线表现出较为复杂的变化规律.并用实验确定的特性粘数对合成样品的分子量进行了表征Mn=844×105g·mol-1.  相似文献

A copper-catalyzed dehydrogenative cross-coupling reaction between unactivated ethers and simple ketones mediated by pyrrolidine has been developed. Under the catalysis of CuBr2 and in the presence of pyrrolidine, either tetrahydrofuran 2a or tetrahydropyran 2b can react smoothly with a series of methyl aryl ketones 1am to give desired coupling products 3aamb using TBHP as an oxidant. The advantages of the dehydrogenative cross-coupling reaction are adoption of unmodified ethers as substrates, good tolerance of many functional groups and use of cheap copper salt as a catalyst. A plausible radical mechanism through enamine attack is proposed.  相似文献

We report on a multiplex bead-based competitive immunoassay using suspension array technology for the simultaneous detection of the pesticides triazophos, carbofuran and chlorpyrifos. Three hapten-protein conjugates were covalently bound to carboxylated fluorescent microspheres to serve as probes. The amount of conjugates and antibodies were optimized. The new multi-analyte assay has dynamic ranges of 0.02–50 ng?mL?1, 0.5–500 ng?mL?1 and 1.0–1000 ng?mL?1 for triazophos, carbofuran and chlorpyrifos, respectively, and the detection limits are 0.024, 0.93 and 1.68 ng?mL?1. This new multiplex assay is superior to the traditional ELISA in possessing a wider detection range, better reproducibility and the feature of multi-target detection. Cross-reactivity studies indicated that the bead-array method is highly selective for the three target pesticides, and that individual analyses have no significant influence between each other, also without cross-reactions from other structurally related pesticides. The method was applied to analyze vegetables spiked with the three pesticides, and the recoveries were in ranges of 78.5–112.1 %, 72.2–120.2 % and 70.2–112.8 %, respectively, with mean coefficients of variation of <15 %.

Gliding arc discharge process was used for the treatment of methyl violet wastewater. First, the intermediate products were studied by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, and ultraviolet–visible spectrometer. Second, the effects of inorganic anions including chloride (Cl?), carbonate (CO3 2?), sulfate (SO4 2?), phosphate (PO4 3?), nitrate (NO3 ?) on the degradation efficiency of methyl violet were examined. The research results indicated that hydroxyl radicals attacked carbon atom that situated in the center of dye molecule, and the conjugating structure of methyl violet was destroyed, and dye was degraded and decolored, so a possible degradation pathway was proposed by the analysis of intermediate products detected. The methyl violet degradation rate decreased with increasing anions concentrations, and their order of sequence according to the inhibition reaction was CO3 2? > Cl? > SO4 2? > NO3 ?.  相似文献

The molecular structure, heats of formation, energetic properties, strain energy and thermal stability for a series of substituted difurazano[3,4-b:3′,4′-e]piperazines and their analogues were studied using density functional theory. The results show that it is a useful way to increase the heat of formation values of energetic compounds by incorporating a five- or six-membered aromatic heterocycle to construct a fused ring system. The calculated detonation properties reveal that introducing one heterocycle to construct a fused ring structure greatly enhances their detonation properties. The substitution of the –NF2, –NO2 or –NHNO2 group is very useful for enhancing the detonation performance for the substituted derivatives. According to molecular structure and natural bond orbital analysis, the introduction of the –NO2, –NF2 or –NHNO2 group decreases the stability of the substituted derivative. There is a weak N–NO2 bond conjugation in the NO2-substituted derivatives. An analysis of the bond dissociation energies for several relatively weak bonds suggests that all the unsubstituted derivatives have good thermal stability, but the substitution of –NO2 or –NF2 remarkably decreases their stability. Considering the detonation performance and thermal stability, eight compounds may be considered as the potential candidates of high-energy density materials with less sensitivity.  相似文献
