Synthesis of 5-cyclopropyluracil and 5-cyclopropylcytosine by the Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction

5-Cyclopropyluracil and cyclopropylcytosine were prepared by the Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of 5-bromo-2,4-di(trimethylsilyloxy)pyrimidine and 5-bromo-2,4-O,N-bis-trimethylsilylcytosine with tributylstan-nylcyclopropane. The reactions also gave dehalogenated pyrimidine bases as by-products. Attempts to use 2,4-O,N-bis-trimethylsilyl-5-iodocytosine as the halide gave complete dehalogenation.     

光化学-荧光分析法研究——Ⅲ.片剂及注射液中安定的测定

本文提出了测定安定的光化学—荧光分析新方法。安定在含有十二烷基硫酸钠的稀硫酸介质中,经紫外光照射后,产物能发射荧光(=368nm,=476nm)。安定浓度在0～2.5μg/ml范围内,荧光强度与浓度成良好的线性关系。方法的相对标准偏差为1.5％,检出限为0.044μg/ml,可用于片剂及注射液中安定含量的测定。     

(2E,4E)-3-苯基-2-[2-(N-乙氧羰基甲基氨基)-苯硫基]-2,4-己二烯酸乙酯——一个新的分子内重排反应产物

２，３－二氢－２－甲基－４－苯基－１，５－苯并硫氮杂卓与重氮乙酸乙酯反应，得到非预期的分子内重排的开环产物。通过元素分析、ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ及Ｘ－晶体衍射分析确定了它的结构，并根据产物的结构，对这一新反应的反应机理进行了探讨和研究。     

三元配合物钯（Ⅱ）-2,2''-联吡啶-L-天冬氨酸与DNA作用研究

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex.     

Formation of ring calcium oxalate patterns induced by domains in DPPC Langmuir-Blodgett films

The ring patterns of calcium oxalate crystals were induced by domains in Langmuir-Blodgett （LB） films of dipalmitoylpho- sphatidylcboline （DPPC）. The result was explained by the defects at the ring boundaries of liquid condensed （LC） and liquid expanded （LE） phases of LB film. These boundaries could provide less free energy and much more nucleating sites for COM crystals.

Characterizing the "shell phase" formed from amphiphilic picolinates

The shell phase forms when certain picolinates are subjected to energy input (via sonication or vortexing) while exposed to a water/toluene mixture. A shell, about 600 A thick and containing the picolinate and (very likely) toluene, surround the water droplets that are always produced during the mixing process. Solubility in either phase appears to be deleterious to shell formation. The shells, stable for months, are not easily distorted but can be punctured, even skewered, with a syringe needle without destroying the sphere, yet there is enough mobility among the molecules to repair the physical damage after the needle is removed. This, plus the absence of evidence for crystallinity, suggests a solid or semisolid film forms when picolinates, with the aid of an aromatic solvent, are provided the energy to rearrange themselves on water droplet surfaces. Structure-activity comparisons among the 10 compounds studied indicate that chain-chain association and intermolecular hydrogen bonding are dominant forces in a side-by-side self-assembly of the molecules within the shells.
