Two new kaempferol glycosides from the seeds of Camellia semiserrata Chi

Two new acetylated kaempferol glycosides were isolated from the seeds of Camellia semiserrata Chi,their structures were elucidated as kaempferol-3-O-[(3-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)(4-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1) and kaempferol-3-O-[(2-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)(4-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-gluco -pyranoside](2) by spectral experiments(including ESI-MS,1D- and 2D-NMR).     

Promoting effect of ethanol on the synthesis of N-（2-methylphenyl）-hydroxylamine from o-nitrotoluene in Zn/H2O/CO2 system

The promoting effect of ethanol on the synthesis of N-（2-methylphenyl）hydroxylamine from o-nitrotoluene in Zn/H₂O/CO₂ system was observed.By adding appropriate amount of ethanol,the selectivity of N-（2-methylphenyl）hydroxylamine increased from 71%to 90%when the reduction was carried out at 25℃under normal pressure of CO₂.     

Influences of reaction conditions on methane decomposition over non-supported Ni catalyst

Effects of reaction temperature and methane gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) on methane decomposition over non-supported Ni catalyst have been investigated in this work.Methane molecules activation,Ni particles growth and nano-carbon diffusion were the main factors influencing methane decomposition stability of non-supported Ni.The results of methane decomposition activity test on the non-supported Ni catalyst showed that the prepared non-supported Ni could exhibit a good methane decomposition performance with 273 gC/gNi and 2667 molH2/molNi at 500 -C and 45000 mL/(gcat h).Scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and temperature-programmed oxi- dation (TPO) have been carried out to characterize the used catalysts.The deposited carbon was carbon nanofibers,among which graphitic carbon formation increased with the reaction time of methane decomposition.Ni particle size was not the decisive factor during the carbon growing stage.     

直接乙醇燃料电池PtSn/C电催化剂的合成表征和性能

采用多元醇法制备了n(Pt)/n(Sn)比为2:1,3:1,4:1的PtSn/C电催化剂.通过XRD,TEM、循环伏安和氢化学吸附技术对催化剂进行了表征.TEM和XRD结果表明,不同比例的PtSn/C金属粒子的平均粒径均小于4nm,且粒径分布较窄;该系列催化剂中Pt具有fcc结构;PtSn间的相互作用使Pt晶格参数增大.循环伏安和氢化学吸附实验结果表明,加入Sn可抑制Pt对氢的吸附,Pt3Sn/C对乙醇的氧化电流比Pt4Sn/C高约1倍.用不同n(Pt)/n(Sn)比的催化剂作为直接醇类燃料电池阳极电催化剂,在相同条件下,随着Sn含量的增加,单电池最大输出功率逐渐增大,当Sn含量继续增大时,单池性能反而下降.导致不同比例PtSn催化剂活性差别的原因可能是由于Sn与Pt间的合金化程度不同和催化剂粒子尺寸效应及Sn含量对电池阻抗等几方面因素所致.对40h寿命测试前后的阳极Pt3Sn/C催化剂的分析(EnergydispersiveX-rayanalysis,EDX)结果表明,PtSn含量在测试前后均有所降低,PtSn催化剂的寿命尚有待改善.     

A new compound from the fruit of Amorpha fruticosa and activity against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity

A new isoflavone was obstained from the medicinal herb Amorpha fruticosa.It was elucidated asbenzopyran-12-one,1,4,10,11- tetrahydro-6′-[8′-(hydroxymethyl)ethenyl]-2,3-dimethoxy-8′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-O-α-D-arabinoside by spectroscopic methods including UV,IR,1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques.And the activity against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity of this compound was also studied,and found this compound can protect liver obviously from hepatotoxicity induced by acetaminophen (AAP).     

Synthesis of novel 1:2 Fe-complexed dye containing polyamine groups

A Fe-complexed dye containing crosslinkable polyamine groups was synthesized through diazotization and coupling reaction, chlorination,amination and metallization.The structure of the Fe-complexed crosslinking dye was characterized by FT-IR and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopic techniques.The dyeing and light fastness properties of the Fe-complex on silk and wool were tested,and the results showed that the novel Fe-complex exhibited both high fixation and good light fastness.     

新型单分散血清白蛋白印迹微球的制备

以猪血清白蛋白（PSA）为模板,采用分级印迹方法,制备了新型单分散多孔蛋白质表面印迹微球．将PSA吸附在5gm粒径、1000A孔径的球形硅胶表面及孔内后,将甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、甲又双丙烯酰胺为交联剂的聚合物溶液,通过真空负压引入到硅胶孔内,并在室温下聚合24h．反应完成后,用3mol／L NH4HF2刻蚀硅胶,获得形状和结构与硅胶颗粒互补的PSA印迹聚合物微球．竞争吸附实验结果表明,在非模板蛋白质存在的情况下,实现印迹颗粒对模板蛋白的高选择性吸附,选择因子达到3．6,说明该印迹聚合物材料有望成为一种可以同生物抗体相媲美的新型亲和材料．     

Characterization of catechol 1,2-dioxygenase from cell extracts of Sphingomonas xenophaga QYY

Sphingomonas xenophaga QYY, capable of growing significantly on more than ten kinds of aromatic compounds as sole carbon source, was used to study characterization of catechol 1,2-dioxygenase (C12O) in cell extracts. Characterization of the crude C12O showed that the maximum activity was obtained at 40-70℃ and pH 7.8-8.8. Metal ions had different influences on the activity of crude C12O. 用朗缪尔探针对一个新颖的双谐振腔多功能PSII系统的微波ECR等离子体进行了诊断,得出了会切场中工作气体压强和微波功率对等离子体密度和电子温度的影响,及真空室内等离子体的分布。
