在利用k·p微扰理论获得应变Ge/Si1-xGex价带E(k)-k关系的基础上,研究得到了(001),(101),(111)面应变Ge/Si1-xGex沿不同晶向及各向同性的价带空穴有效质量.结果显示,应变Ge/Si1-xGex沿各晶向的带边有效质量随应力增大而减小,且沿[010]晶向最小;子带空穴有效质量在应力较大时变化不明显,并且在数值上与带边空穴有效质量相差不大.最后利用各向同性有效质量与文献结果进行比对,验证了结果的正确性. 相似文献

Surface slope profile is widely used in the metrology of grazing‐incidence reflective optics instead of surface height profile. Nevertheless, the theoretical and experimental model currently used in deterministic optical figuring processes is based on surface height, not on surface slope. This means that the raw slope profile data from metrology need to be converted to height profile to perform the current height‐based figuring processes. The inevitable measurement noise in the raw slope data will introduce significant cumulative error in the resultant height profiles. As a consequence, this conversion will degrade the determinism of the figuring processes, and will have an impact on the ultimate surface figuring results. To overcome this problem, an innovative figuring model is proposed, which directly uses the raw slope profile data instead of the usual height data as input for the deterministic process. In this paper, first the influence of the measurement noise on the resultant height profile is analyzed, and then a new model is presented; finally a demonstration experiment is carried out using a one‐dimensional ion beam figuring process to demonstrate the validity of our approach. 相似文献

Based on the Nagel-Schreckenberg (NaSch)
model of traffic flow, a modified cellular automaton (CA) traffic
model with the density-dependent randomization (abbreviated as the
DDR model) is proposed to simulate traffic flow. The fundamental
diagram obtained by simulation shows the ability of this modified
NaSch model to capture the essential features of traffic flow,
e.g., synchronized flow, metastable state, hysteresis and phase
separation at higher densities. Comparisons are made between this
DDR model and the NaSch model, also between this DDR model and the
VDR model. And the underlying mechanism is analyzed. All these
results indicate that the presented model is reasonable and more

The combination of dispersive magnetic permeability with nonlinear polarization leads to a series of nonlinear dispersion
terms in the propagation equations for ultrashort pulses in metamaterials. Here we present an investigation of modulation
instability (MI) of both coherent and partially coherent ultrashort pulses in metamaterials to identify the role of nonlinear
dispersion in pulse propagation. The Wigner–Moyal equation for partially coherent ultrashort pulses and the nonlinear dispersion
relation for MI in metamaterials are derived. Combining the standard MI theory with the unique properties of the metamaterial,
the influence of the controllable first-order nonlinear dispersion, namely self-steepening, and the second-order nonlinear
dispersion on both coherent and partially coherent MI, in both negative-index and positive-index regions of the metamaterial
for all physically possible cases is analyzed in detail. For the first time to our knowledge, we demonstrate that the role
of the second-order nonlinear dispersion in MI is equivalent to that of group-velocity dispersion (GVD) to some extent, and
thus due to the role of the second-order nonlinear dispersion, MI may appear in the otherwise impossible cases, such as in
the normal GVD regime.

考察研究了丹参主要有效成分隐丹参酮和丹参酮 A在不同酸性介质中的荧光特性。结果表明隐丹参酮和丹参酮 A均有很宽的 p H发光范围 ( p H=1- 11)。在 p H=2 - 3时 ,隐丹参酮和丹参酮 A荧光发射最强。在强酸 ( 5mol/L HCl)和强碱 ( 2 mol/L Na OH)介质中隐丹参酮和丹参酮 A的荧光均被显著猝灭 ,同时荧光光谱发生明显蓝移。表明隐丹参酮和丹参酮 A在强酸强碱下分子结构发生了明显变化。从而为它们的药理及其理化性质等的研究提供了分子结构信息等的依据 相似文献

Selected Mouse IgG of 1 mg/mL as target was fabricated on microarray for 500 sample dots.Label-free and real-time reaction dynamic processes were detected between the microarrays with Goat Anti-mouse IgG of 0.02 mg/mL using the obliqueincidence reflectivity difference(OIRD)method.We obtained the reaction results and the reaction dynamic curves of 500 protein dots.In addition,we also used label-free detection of protein microarrays of 10080 sample dots,including BSA and different concentrations of Mouse IgG and Rabbit IgG,by OIRD.The obtained reaction results between the protein microarray with 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-mouse IgG and 1 mg/mL Goat Anti-rabbit IgG are reported herein.Experimental results show that OIRD can be not only label-free high-throughput detection method for biological microarrays but also label-free real-time detection in the interaction processes of biomolecules. 相似文献

Wrinkling and buckling of nano-films on the compliant substrate are always induced due to thermal deformation mismatch.This paper proposes effective means to control the surface wrinkling of thin film on the compliant substrate,which exploits the curvatures of the curve cracks designed on the stiff film.The procedures of the method are summarized as:1)curve patterns are fabricated on the surface of PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)substrate and then the aluminum film with the thickness of several hundred nano-meters is deposited on the substrate;2)the curve patterns are transferred onto the aluminum film and lead to cracking of the film along the curves.The cracking redistributes the stress in the compressed film on the substrate;3)on the concave side of the curve,the wrinkling of the film surface is suppressed to be identified as shielding effect and on the convex side the wrinkling of the film surface is induced to be identified as inductive effect.The shielding and inductive effects make the dis-ordered wrinkling and buckling controllable.This phenomenon provides a potential application in the fabrication of flexible electronic devices. 相似文献

利用X射线衍射研究了CoNiZ(Z=Si,Sb,Sn,Ga等)合金在不同热处理条件下的相组成.当Z元素为Sn,Sb时,材料是完全的B2结构;但Z为Si时,材料变成面心立方的γ相.形成B2还是γ相由电子浓度和原子尺寸效应两种因素共同决定.而CoNiGa的研究结果表明,在合金中除了形成B2结构的同时还容易形成γ相,常表现出两相共存的特性.对材料进行不同方式的热处理可以使合金中两相的含量有所消长,γ相含量的多少对CoNiGa合金的马氏体相变有很大的影响.分析指出,两相共存及其所带来的物性变化是CoNiGa铁磁性形状记忆合金非常有利用价值的物理性质. 相似文献
