Zinc oxide nanopencil arrays were synthesized on pyramidal Si(1 0 0) substrates via a simple thermal evaporation method. Their field emission properties have been investigated: the turn-on electric field (at the current density of 10 μA/cm2) was about 3.8 V/μm, and the threshold electric field (at the current density of 1 mA/cm2) was 5.8 V/μm. Compared with similar structures grown on flat Si substrates, which were made as references, the pyramidal Si-based ZnO nanopencil arrays appeared to be superior in field emission performance, thus the importance of the non-flat substrates has been accentuated. The pyramidal Si substrates could not only suppress the field screening effect but also improve the field enhancement effect during the field emission process. These findings indicated that using non-flat substrates is an efficient strategy to improve the field emission properties.  相似文献

Dendritic Pt–Cu nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile one-step method with the help of surfactant Brij58 at room temperature, and we also studied the effects of different Pt–Cu ratios on the morphology and size of nanoparticles. In addition, we further tuned the morphology of the Pt–Cu nanostructures by introducing bromide ions, eventually leading to the appearance of some tripod-like structures. Compared with dendritic Pt–Cu and commercial Pt black, these tripod-like Pt–Cu nanostructures exhibited higher electrocatalytic activity and CO tolerance for catalyzing methanol oxidation.

The star graph is one of the most attractive interconnection networks. The cycle embedding problem is widely discussed in many networks, and edge fault tolerance is an important issue for networks since edge failures may occur when a network is put into use. In this paper, we investigate the cycle embedding problem in star graphs with conditional faulty edges. We show that there exist fault-free cycles of all even lengths from 6 to n! in any n-dimensional star graph Sn (n ? 4) with ?3n − 10 faulty edges in which each node is incident with at least two fault-free edges. Our result not only improves the previously best known result where the number of tolerable faulty edges is up to 2n − 7, but also extends the result that there exists a fault-free Hamiltonian cycle under the same condition.  相似文献

In order to solve large sparse linear complementarity problems on parallel multiprocessor systems, we construct modulus-based synchronous two-stage multisplitting iteration methods based on two-stage multisplittings of the system matrices. These iteration methods include the multisplitting relaxation methods such as Jacobi, Gauss–Seidel, SOR and AOR of the modulus type as special cases. We establish the convergence theory of these modulus-based synchronous two-stage multisplitting iteration methods and their relaxed variants when the system matrix is an H ?+?-matrix. Numerical results show that in terms of computing time the modulus-based synchronous two-stage multisplitting relaxation methods are more efficient than the modulus-based synchronous multisplitting relaxation methods in actual implementations.  相似文献

近年来,设计和合成高性能非富勒烯受体(NFAs)材料已经成为太阳能电池研究领域的前沿课题。基于DA'D型稠环结构的NFAs由于具有吸光系数高、能级和带隙可调、结构易于修饰、分子可高效合成、光电学性能优异等优点而受到了越来越广泛的关注。在短短7年的时间里,能量转换效率(PCE)从3%~4%提高到18%。2019年初邹应萍等报道了一个优秀的受体分子Y6,与PM6共混制备单结电池,获得了15.7%的能量转换效率。Y6类受体材料的中心给电子单元为DA'D型稠环结构,缺电子单元(A')通过氮原子与两个给电子单元(D)并联形成稠环结构,这有助于降低前线分子轨道能级并增强吸收,同时与氮相连的两个烷基链和位于噻吩并噻吩β位的两个侧链则有助于提高溶解度及调节结晶性。自Y6问世以来,人们对分子的结构剪裁进行了深入的研究,并报道了数十种新的结构。在这些新的受体中,DA'D部分的结构裁剪对提高器件效率和太阳能电池的性能起着至关重要的作用。本文对A'、D单元和侧链结构修饰的研究进展进行了综述。通过选择几组受体,对最近报道的分子进行分类,并将它们的光学、电化学、电学和光电性质与精确的结构修饰相关联,从而对结构-性能关系进行全面概述。  相似文献
