置换法测定气液平衡

本文工作在流通法的原理上提出一种不分析组成测定汽液平衡的新方法。它通过配置样品与汽液平衡测定仪汽相浓度区或液相浓度区的等体积置换,测定配样组成所对应的露点或泡点。置换法的基本原理双循环汽液平衡测定仪在达到操作稳态时,存在着三个浓度区间的划分以及相互之间的物料平衡关系。流通法的基本作法是,将平衡液相回流或平衡汽相回流引出,并以等流量的配制样品注入混合区。溶质量随时间的变化规律为,     

Swelling kinetics and release characteristic of crosslinked chitosan: Polyether polymer network (semi-IPN) hydrogels

The aqueous swelling kinetics of a series of crosslinked chitosan (cr-CS) with glutaraldehyde (GA) interpenetrating polyether hydrogels have been studied as functions of pH, the N-deacetylation degree of chitosan, the amount of crosslinking agent, the electrolyte composition in solution, temperature, and gel composition. Based on these results, the swelling mechanism of the hydrogels was discussed. The release profiles of chlorhexidini acetas from the semi-IPN were also investigated. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

丙酮在XeCl准分子激光辐射下的多光子电离和碎裂研究

我们用扩散分子束多光子电离光谱技术研究了丙酮在XeCl准分子激光辐射下的多光子电离和碎裂行为。实验表明丙酮没有产生母体离子峰(m/e=58), 只给出m/e=43和15两个峰, 分别对应于丙酮光解所产生的两个碎片CH_3 CO和CH_3。其离子信号(1)分别与激光强度(Ⅰ)的3和3.6次方成正比。分析表明离子是由中性碎片电离产生的。     

Photodegradation of a 1,3,4-thiadiazole-urea herbicide. Isolation,characterization, X-ray crystal structure and synthesis of photoproducts

The photodegradation of 1,3-dimethyl-1-(2-(3-fluorobenzylthio)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)urea as a thin film and in solution is described. The two photoproducts from thin-film photolysis were characterized by spectral and synthetic methods. The X-ray crystal structure of one of the photoproducts is also reported. The rearrangements were shown to involve an S-to-N benzyl migration, followed by a sulfur-oxygen substitution.     

Synthesis of 1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro-[1,4] diazepino[6,5,4-jk ]earbazole and related compounds

1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-Octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]earbazole (VIa) was synthesized from 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzodiazepine (la) via the route shown in Scheme 1. Other compounds which were prepared similarly are 3-acetyl-6-chloro-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino-[6,5,4-jk]carbazole(Vb) and 3-methyl-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]carb-azole (VIII). Chemical transformations which were carried out with VI and 3-acetyl-1,2,3,4,8,9, 10,11-octahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5,4-jk]carbazole (Va) are also described.     

Ordered porous films based on fluorinated polyimide derived from 2,2′-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane dianhydride and 3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane

One of fluorinated polyimides was synthesized from 2,2′-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) and 3,3′-dimethyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane (DMMDA) by two-steps method, which had good solubility and hydrophilicity. 6FDA-DMMDA polyimide was dissolved in chloroform (CHCl₃) and cast on a glass substrate in a humid atmosphere. It was found that 6FDA-DMMDA/CHCl₃ solution was easy to form ordered porous structure at high concentration, and the reason was discussed in detail. In addition, the influences of solution concentration, the atmosphere humidity, were also tested.     

High-resolution Hadamard transform microscope fluorescence imaging: quantifying the DNA content in single cells

This study presents a novel miniaturized Hadamard transform fluorescence imaging microscope, by combining a conventional fluorescence microscope with Hadamard transform multiplexing encoding using a one-dimensional movable mask to realize spatial resolution and a linear CCD for multichannel detection. The microscope can provide high-resolution automatically-generated 0–255 gray level HT images for morphological analysis and visualization of a single cell, and normalized HT images for cellular quantitative measurements. The microscopes imaging capability was applied to measure the DNA content in human lymphocyte, chicken erythrocyte and eel erythrocyte, and a comparative study was performed. The results show that the calibrated DNA content in a chicken erythrocyte is 2.32 pg when human lymphocyte is used as the standard, and eel erythrocyte may be a potentially reliable and novel standard for determining DNA contents in other species because it has a stable DNA value of 2.06 pg, with a CV of 4.3% when 20 eel erythrocytes are measured. The results also demonstrate that the HT imaging microscope should be valuable in the fields of medicine and cell biology.     

Trivalent atom contribution on solid-solid transformation of Ga13 polycation intercalated clay into sodalite investigated by X-ray absorption spectroscopy

Solid-solid transformation mechanism of Ga Keggin-type ion intercalated clay into sodalite has been clarified by X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-rayabsorption spectroscopy (XAS). To follow the structural evolution precisely by XANES and EXAFS, the XAS active element containing polycation [Ga13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ was intercalated into montmorillonite (MMT). FT-IR and XAS spectra confirm that the formation of sodalite framework is initiated by the delocalized rearrangement between silicate networks and collapsed interlayered Ga species, and is followed by the incorporation of Al in the octahedral sheet of clay (MMT). According to the XAS studies, it is found that the formation of Ga(Al)-O-Si species is strongly influenced by the trivalent cations, which are rapidly changed in the environment, followed by reaction with the silicate network of clay during the solid-solid transformation.     

气相色谱法测定废水中的烷基汞

以巯基棉（ＳＣＦ）为吸附剂，用柱上富集技术，浓缩富集水中的烷基汞（氯代甲基汞，氯代乙基汞）。用少量的２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ洗脱，用甲苯作萃取剂从洗脱液中萃取烷基汞。对于简单水体，该有机相可直接用于气相色谱测定；对于复杂水体，采用反萃取的方法测定，即可进一步浓缩，又可减少背景峰。用玻璃填充柱－电子捕获检测器响应的气相色谱法测定，最低检测限为８．６×１０￣（－１２）ｇ，可检测到废水中０．３４ｎｇ／Ｌ的单一烷基汞（２．５Ｌ水样）。对样品的保存条件也作了探索。     

~(13)C NMR法研究环氧戊烯醛的热异构化

本文利用~(13)C NMR方法研究顺式环氧戊烯醛(1)的热异构化。测定了1在受热前后的~(13)CNMR谱,标识了它和它的热异构化产物的~(13)C NMR谱线;通过对异构化过程的动力学考察,表明1的热转化遵从一级反应规律,分别求出了80,100,120和140℃下的反应速度常数,并估算了活化能;同时也监测了异构化产物的变化过程。
